Why are they so popular? Well, maybe because the public thinks they are legit and get hyped by the fact they are betting so much money. People are always desiring a lifestyle they can't have on the currently moment. Those streamers become the personification of what the public wants to be, because they are symbols of an easy life where money is easily acquired on the comfort of their homes and there are no difficulties: if you lose, you just play higher and higher sums of money until you profit. That is the dream of many of us here, but unreachable for real...
When people conclude they are being deceived by those streamers, the tendency is that traffic decreases and they lose relevance on long term. That is when casinos have to figure out a new and efficient marketing model to replace the old one.

They were already popular to begin with which is why casinos hire them to take advantage of their popularity and their fans while the streamers earn good money for having fun. It's a win-win situation basically.
The idea is to draw viewers in by showing these streamers win big which gives them hope and that's all the casinos need to fill up their coffers.

I came across a very interesting article about fake streamers https://www.ltccasino.com/fake-streamers-exposedSome facts and arguments struck me as very curious. I had never really thought about why nowadays the Twitch and Kick platforms have become so full of people streaming online casinos there. Having little experience playing at online casinos, I can't be sure that everything written in this article is true. What do you think about it? It's very interesting to hear the opinion of experienced players and people who are versed in this subject. Casinos hire streamers to gamble on their website and stream it. Usually, these fake streamers gamble with a lot of money that casino credits to them. Their duty is to express their emotions during gambling, to show anger when they lose and break keyboard and do some shit in order to make video go viral and collect many views. They have to be super happy and express happiness when they win. They have to look like real, genuine gamblers with genuine and heightened emotions. Think about it, these streamers create their channel in order to earn money, otherwise they wouldn't create channel. So, they earn money from youtube streams, donations, merch and also earn wage from casinos for playing on their website. Their streams are usually done very professionally. Definitely all of these streamers are fake. Watch them only for fun, never believe to their winnings and loses, they sometimes fake it to attract new customers. So they are basically actors and actresses, for the sake of advertisement. I see. I had not thought on the possibility of some streamers actually faking their wins and losses in order to attract people, over exaggerating their reactions to go viral. But it makes sense, in some degree. Was not that way small YouTubers started to become well known in the early days? They recorded themselves playing horror games and whenever there was a jump scare, they kind of exaggerated their fear and entertained their growing audience. I do not know to wait extent this is fair play, it may depend on whom one asks...

i believe this scenario is not new anymore. some casinos are already doing this long time. but if the casino is decent enough, they don't need to hire fake streamers just to attract some players on their platform. this is why new players should be very careful in taking the bait from what they are seeing online. not all streams are actually legit, most of them are just being paid by the casino they are promoting with.

Ah, that's the harsh truth which we can't ignore and we can't even do anything to stop those fake streamers because platforms like Twitch allow them to fool out the users and they really don't care much about the users who lose a lot of money when they view the videos of such streamers. These social media influencers and streamers are known for their negative psychological mindset and they know the art of manipulating the viewers who trust those corrupt influencers and streamers and do whatever they told them to do.
I have noticed many newbie gamblers who were streaming as professionals players and the followers were blindly following those stupid streams who were basically there to earn the referral profits. Those streamers earn money from Twitch and also from the casino sites that sponsor them, and they also make money when someone registers under their referral code. They really don't care about the audience because their main goal is to generate revenue and nothing else.

I just found out about this, I rarely look for information outside about gambling because the forum has provided a complete gambling board to discuss crypto-based gambling. Many streamers provide fake reviews because they have been paid to popularize new casinos among their subscribers and technically promote globally as you said above. I suggest you be careful looking for gambling references outside of forums, many streamers, bloggers, and even social media accounts have been ordered to promote scam casinos.

I wouldn't say they are faking anything as long as they are promoting legitimate casinos but many streamers are either sponsored by the casino for their entire wagering to show their brand to thousands of live viewers to attract potential customers which they tend to not expose publicly while it can be a moral loss for the one who is trusting them and hoping that this person is being entirely transparent.

I do not recommend to listening to any one of them. There is no point in taking them seriously since for you, they are mere entertainment, but for them you are a source of income. And they will market their "product" in any way that they can in order to earn some more money. They pretend to buy expensive cars while only renting them for a photoshoot, they pretend to be rich, even though they are not. They buy huge amounts of followers to make themselves seem more famous than they really are. Everything in their life is faked in order to earn your attention. The mentioned fake casino streamer is just one of many attempts to earn money while not actually putting in the real work. Basically they are the made-in-china version of streamers.

There are even streamers who switched from their usual games to casino games real quick. I've saw so many streamers on other streaming platforms such as facebook that these streamers are playing casino games where there primary audience are teens or I believe some of them are minors. I'm pretty sure that those kind of streamers are paid by the casino and I don't have a problem with that, my problem is on the streamer side. Imagine that your fanbase are teens and some of it are minors and suddenly you promoted or play on a casino where you are hyping your viewers on how easy you can make money online. For sure teens who has a strong curiosity will try it even if the streamers say that you need to be on a legal age before you try it.

The article did not reveal anything that we haven't already known. Yes, sponsored streamers often cheat. Probably the most popular way that it's done is through increased rakeback. This allows the streamer to attract attention by betting very high in a poker game, which excites the audience. It's fun to watch someone bet $10k on stream, which is something most of us will never do in our lives. If they lose they'll get some of the money back for promoting the casino and everybody is happy. The casino gets promoted, the gambler gets views, gains popularity, twitch pays him for the stream and he gets a chance to win against the casino without risking too much money, the viewers get to watch a fun show.

I am a type of person that do not believe something easily, streamers that are well known will be sponsored by game providers or betting sites, this is not an argument. Also a lot of things about this, like winning can much more be manipulated. In fact, I hardly watch anything related to streamers, they are there sponsored if they are well known, and some things will be just hidden about them.
Im also like this on which i dont really have that kind of interest or never ever in my life do really recognized with these so-called streamers. Even if they are really that considered legit or known but still the interest isnt there.Speaking about those gambling streamers then it is obviously that they ae really that funded on which it is really just that common sense because these streamers wont really be that using their own fund for them to play gambling because losing is really that would really come next in line. Manipulative? Possible because people been saying that these streamers do really hit up some huge win everytime that they do play and when there's someone tend to copy out but ended up on that different results on which it would really be just that normal that saying and impressions about non fair would really be there. Therefore, as a viewer then it would really be that depending on you whether you would really be making yourself that easily believed and follow the footsteps of these streamers and finding to mimic out on what they've been doing or just simply skip out. You wont really be that so dumb on easily making yourself follow on what they are doing. If you are really just that watching these people for entertainment then its just fine but on the time that you are already following on what they are doing which it is really that main job in the first place then be careful and watchful when it comes into your spending.

It is obvious that people have always trusted most ordinary guys like themselves. Especially if the streamer is a little stupid, it’s much more fun to watch him, and then think that “I would be even luckier and more skillful,” or “if this fool is lucky, then why won’t I be lucky?” The casino promoter knows this information very well, and I am sure that most streamers have unfairly inflated chances of winning, or they show rigged victories. Recently, I witnessed one of the streamers playing a game where it was required to guess 1 number out of 3, and so on several times. He guessed seven times in a row, while dancing in front of the camera like a fool. Honestly, is it possible to guess for 10 minutes stream? Of course not.

I follow Stake's Twitter account and I see many "max wins" on different slots... watching someone scoring a max win on some slot is fucking amazing, but most of us know it's not true. Take a look in the comments, most of us know it's a scam, but we still like to watch it, and some of us (if not all) will try to play the same slot after that...
In years of playing slots, I never won max win on any slot on any provider... I bought many bonuses, and I won even more bonus rounds with normal playing, but winning "max" gets out of my hands!

That sounds about right. If anyone would have such a large control over the influence in the casino industry right now, it would be stake. Many of us know the campaigns are a scam, the reason being is because advertisers try not to hide it. Casinos rather to take advantage of fools, than to deceive anyone who may not be a complete fool. The trickery is obvious so that there is less deceit. I saw on a similar thread that Rollbit had an image of someone betting 50k on options/binary and making over $3,000,000. Another user came out and said that it was fake and that cointelegraph either conducted/continued to sponsor it anyway.

well, is totally different to see a streamer playing with $1k than a streamer playing with $9M... And that is why these streams are that attractive to users, because is crazy to see guys playing $50k hands on blackjack, or doing $100k bonus buys, is just a high-quality bait.
But i wouldn't say is fake money, streamers have a roll-over, just like the depo bonus rules, if they can bet the starting balance X times, then they can keep the money. Each casino have it's own rules about this.

AFAIK, there have been some news about Twitch banning some gambling contents but I can't remember if that's only for specific websites they promote. But most of the casino streamers have their own sponsorships and that's why they do that on certain platforms to give exposure to their community where they are gambling. While some casino streamers just doing it for their own pleasure and there's no brand deals that are on it and they're just the casual type of gamblers.

I agree with you on the point that many streamers are casino sponsored ones while some are for online businesses and the last set is from the scammers or fake category. There are some things streamers will do to convince their clients to use the site and that is the manipulating side of the game by the sponsored streamers of any other categories. But even though the games are manipulated you can still win the game if you know how to play them.

It's very interesting to hear the opinion of experienced players and people who are versed in this subject. if we are to incline our self to online casino streamers we are just going to fall from one misguided online gambling site to another, a good number of those online streams are a sponsored stream. Doing your own research before interesting yourself to any of it is the only pragmatic step not to fall for a cheap commodity that was highly exalted, that's me being figurative. We may wonder why this keep happening, let me tell you, the vested interest is mutual, the streamer does what he does for a living likewise these fake casinos and I'd your gullible to fall for it then you're the one paying for their shits so the article didn't lie.
