Being wealthy means being able to afford needs at the particular time you're in need and rich is living buoyantly and in excess wealth.
  There's a saying health is wealth, here's an interpretation logically; you can't be down health wise and be able to comfortably afford some needs, you'd first be concerned about your health before you can think of living the normal life because without good health, the life in general will not just be the normal way it ought to be. And when health is adequately taken care of, now the focus will be on comfortably fighting off every little need that may arise rich on the other hand is you comfortably affording both the health need and every other extra need that'd arise at the same time. Now we see that they both ball around financial capacity but one still supersede the other.

Defining wealth is actually both easy and difficult. The easy definition is that you are rich if you have a lot of money. The difficult definition is how much money you have. This is the most variable part. People's lives are different from each other. Where they live, the geography they live in is important for the scalability of people's wealth in my opinion. Because if you ask a textile worker in Bangladesh to define wealth, he will most likely say that he has a warm house and that he has enough money to cover his own expenses every month. Because the working conditions in the region where he lives are quite harsh and he has an income of almost 100 dollars per month. Now for this person, a monthly income of 1000 dollars is enough for him to feel rich. But on the other hand, if we ask a college graduate, middle class person living in Canada to define wealth, he will probably say having a big villa, having Ferrari's and Lamborghini's in his garage.

Being rich is being able to satisfy your basic needs for food an shelter forever, without having to work at all and being able to do the same for your closest family for decades.
If you have enough money that if you got sick today or injured and couldn't work, your family's lifestyle wouldn't change, then you're rich.

Looking for money just for the sake of it is a common drive. Although it's not necessarily bad, I agree that it would be smarter to set up streams where money comes to us instead of the other way around. I really understand what you are saying, to create conditions for money seeking we need to be equipped with skills in certain areas or you have to make money with money. When Money vs Money, you will make Money. When you are in this position you no longer need to bother looking for money because money will look for you. There are other rich people who are not satisfied or happy with the wealth they have. What is my anger? Maybe the real wealth is that you have a real 100% satisfaction in the life you are facing, and there are people who really love you no matter if you are rich or poor.
