So it's not really about the money for me, as long as I survive in this world with a comfortable life, I wouldn't be chasing a lot of money as I also like to retire spending time with my family, just be happy, I think that would make you rich already.

The first thing that comes to our mind when we hear the word "rich" is all about having lots of money and I agree with that, for me, it should be being financially secure, meaning you have an investment, some business, asset and also if you're not living paycheck to paycheck. having a large income doesn't mean you're rich, especially if you're living paycheck-to-paycheck. Yes in general it is like that, where wealth is our better living conditions than before, not feeling afraid in terms of basic needs in the long run, all needs will be easily met because we have above-average financial strength. For the problem of debt I agree with that, most of the time there is no pressure that we or they will feel the impact of debt itself, but for the problem of disease in my opinion is not included here, the disease will not see who the person is and whether the person is rich or not, still the disease is very likely to attack, this is more on a healthy lifestyle. Because it is not uncommon for us to see many rich people who turn out that one of the families has a fairly severe illness, so this is more about managing a healthy lifestyle even though basically they are sufficient for medical problems.

It's funny how all the responses here centers on personal achievements. I'd ask a question. Who do we consider rich? what does a person need to do in our lives before we accept they're rich? Giving! is the only factor used to measure riches in the society. If you have all the money in world, cars, buildings and financial freedoms without having humans who benefit from the wealth through giving and charity. People won't be satisfied with the fact that you're rich. A person that gives to people is a rich person. From my point of view, rich is feeling enough for everything without feeling lacking in anything personally and in life. Even though other people may see us as just normal, that won't be a problem because everyone never shows off all the wealth they have to the public or to anyone passing by on the street.

I couldn't agree more with you. To me richness in life has to do with freedom, both financial but also mental. If you have millions but you have been educated to need more no matter how much you have, you will always be a slave.

Of course everyone will have their own sensation in terms of satisfaction, and they will do something that will give them the sensation to confirm that they are rich people, as you said and maybe there are some of them who will spend large amounts of money to buy islands or yachts, none other than that they do just to confirm and admit to themselves and also maybe to others that they are not ordinary people.

Sometimes I always have difficulty defining what rich is. But I have an approach to defining richness from my own point of view. But I will divide the types of richness itself into two categories, namely financially rich and emotionally rich.

Financially rich may be a condition where we have a lot of money, unlimited income that continues to flow even without us having to work and of course we can buy the things we want and need at once. Have a lot of investment in all fields and we live happily.

This is why I am of the opinion that richness is subjective. An individual who comes from a close-knit family where there is no sickness, where they have a farm land that sustains them they may consider themselves to be rich. Yes, sometimes rich people or people who have a lot of wealth have different family problems, for example, like people who are rich in terms of wealth but they have poor family ties, maybe they are sibuk because of their respective careers, so there is a lack of time for togetherness. In contrast, a family with a modest budget can always gather to chat and joke. Indeed, in my opinion, there are also things that get in the way when you are rich, whether it's in terms of anything but there must be. I only know a few families who are rich and have good relationships within the family.

If someone is financially stable and does not lack any thing that can be acquire with money such a person I termed as a rich, though some people may be rich in other areas too but my impression of being rich has to do with the person ability to use money at their disposal to get whatever they want and my own country rich people who have money earn a lot of respect and more popular than people who might be rich with knowledge, being rich in term of money superceded any other form or type of richness, if you are rich in term money you can use it to acquire knowledge therefore the best type of richness is having abundant money.
