The shill accounts was a big mistake, I'm not sure it was done by themselves or they gave offer such as free credit to their players to make good feedback in the older ann thread. It will be appreciated if they can clarify about it honestly. No matter they did it themselves or paying people to do it, it was not a good marketing strategy. First of all, let me say an honest welcome to the forum, like i believe other users must have mentioned, please you guys should consider creating a proper Ann, a well-structured, professionally organized Ann thread has become a tradition of big and serious-minded gambling casinos offering their services on this forum. It was good that you clarified this in the TOS. Are people required to do KYC as soon as they create accounts, or when they make any deposits or withdrawals or only in case of any suspicious activity?

100k limit max for 1 month seems to be too little for high roller,was wondering if they are going to lure big players with that kind of Limit.
But its their casino and of course their rules so play or not , or choice also.

It was good that you clarified this in the TOS. Are people required to do KYC as soon as they create accounts, or when they make any deposits or withdrawals or only in case of any suspicious activity?

100k limit max for 1 month seems to be too little for high roller,was wondering if they are going to lure big players with that kind of Limit.

I'm not using opera browser anymore, I think this browser is not anymore popular, and it doesn't give you a good experience in exploring a gambling site. You have already answered the question. Opera mini is an inferior browser which most of the sites are working but Google Chrome is one of the best browser in the internet. The first time when I joined this forum I was using Opera Mini browser and in most of the time I used to lost my threads (articles) whenever I am resting for like 3 minutes. So that I just abandoned it and started using Chrome. And since when I started using Chrome I have not experienced such. And since as you used chrome and didn't experience the same thing again then, it was from the Opera Mini browser. And I don't think others would experienced it unless they were also using Opera Mini.

It works for me very well. I am using brave browser on this one and have no problem scrolling with what's with the promotions tab. Change your browser and see if it works. So set aside the Opera Browser because it seems that the problem is on them.

I think the user interface experience is based on the browser ^{(either on the computer or mobile)} that each user likes and the device's capacity since the Bets page provides a good user-friendly experience.

Betting history you mean in player account or on the general dashboard,  because from your comment you didn't mention that you make deposits or play any game on the casino,  so possibly because of that you may not be able to see your bet history.

I only experience such an issue if I create an account on any platform that requires email verification and I later forget to activate and verify the email, so this could be the case, and if the user has already done the e-mail verification, the only thing left now is for the technical team to check what could possibly be the issue.

When you talk about fixed matches, are the gamblers the ones who agree with both teams to decide the outcome of the game? 
 
If the user has been unlucky to pick a fixed match, or he was probably aware of that and wanted to take advantage of that at the casino, a void game and confiscating all his winnings won't also be far from a fair judgement, but why suspend the account entirely and also block him even from having his initial deposit withdrawn?
 
Aside from placing a bet on a fixed match, has the accuser committed any other form of abuse in your casino that resulted in the company losing funds to him? If not, I think it could really be fair enough to at least allow him to get his deposit back. This is just my opinion and a fair judgement.

Not defending the casinos here, but players do come and go as they pleases. Even if you post your accusations on them outside this community, who knows, players are born every minute and so they might fight this casinos and try their luck and play.

Anyhow, just go and bet on other casinos if you are not comfortable with them anymore.

As for the fixed match volleyball, I guess you just bet on the bad side here, maybe you bet on them accidentally and not knowing that it's fixed.

What would happen if I took a bet in this match without knowing? I would have been suspended because of this excuse of match fixing? This is actually a serious allegation here with all the blame on the gamblers, they have compensated the losses by deducting the funds from the gamblers account, which seems like a horrible decision to me.

If this match is fixed then the highest gamblers winnings can deduct the funds, but deducting the funds from the account and suspending their account in this way is definitely a bad impression for the gambling site. This community is already warning against this site after seeing this report. So gamblers need to be more careful and check well before playing on this gambling site.

When you talk about fixed matches, are the gamblers the ones who agree with both teams to decide the outcome of the game? 
 
If the user has been unlucky to pick a fixed match, or he was probably aware of that and wanted to take advantage of that at the casino, a void game and confiscating all his winnings won't also be far from a fair judgement, but why suspend the account entirely and also block him even from having his initial deposit withdrawn?
 
Aside from placing a bet on a fixed match, has the accuser committed any other form of abuse in your casino that resulted in the company losing funds to him? If not, I think it could really be fair enough to at least allow him to get his deposit back. This is just my opinion and a fair judgement.

Some casino seems to amazed me why when someone places a bet he lost the game they didn't involved themselves with correct scores but whenever are gambler is lucky and make his or her predictions correctly and happens to be big time winning at this point the casino owners would digging to know the form of techniques the gamer uses to have pass the game, or probably what strategy did he used at this point the could bind them with their ToC where it would only favor them during their judgement. Was there any moment for gambler to go have a discussion with team or player to know what outcome their games could be and how did they know it's a correct score?
When some casino's are making judgment they should know some facts that there isn't anything like correct while gambling because at some point if the correct score option aren't properly pick they gambler would still end up losing big time.

So this site is a little petty. I have lost a couple of thousand dollars on here recently but when i make a tiny deposit ($35 ish) and it ends up being a fraction under their min deposit, which is in very tiny print on their deposit page, i am told the funds are void and there is nothing they can do. No manual adjustment nothing at all.

you were the one who made a mistake so you can't really fault them if they are just following the rules they have implemented. though it would have been a nice gesture to let it slide especially IF(big IF) the difference between the deposit you made and their minimum deposit is very very small.

Min deposit is 0.0005 BTC and i deposited 0.0041 BTC. So a small difference.

My point was that after spending so much on there that they couldn't fix this for me shows poor customer service imo.

I understand why you think it is a poor customer service but in reality, it's really not, they just followed their rules and didn't give you an exemption, doing that doesn't make their customer service bad/poor.

anyway, as I said before, it would have been a nice gesture if they let it slide and credited the amount you deposited.

However you look at it, it's a silly move on their part. Now I will stay away from their site and they lose a lot of money from me, all over $35 and the inability to credit that money to me, whether I made a mistake or not.
