I highly recommend you to purchase cooper membership so you can make a better announcement thread and add some picture and graphics into it. The text based ann threads aren't much attractive and that's why I recommend you to go for cooper membership and improve the ann thread by adding pictures and graphics into it.

I also recommend you to run a signature campaign as that will allow you to get Bets.io to reach more audience. I must say that Bets.io is a quite good domain name and with a signature campaign you'll get many new players on your site. Once again I welcome you to the forum and I also recommend you to run a review campaign if you want to have some feedback about your platform.

not sure what it is you consider as a spam but a lot of members ask a lot of questions, so don't be surprised if this one gets spammed to oblivion too. just so you know, it is possible to make a thread that is "self-moderate" What it does is you are able to delete posts in the thread that you think are off-topic/spam and keep the thread clean/on-topic.

Everyone has the chance to get their niche in the gambling industry, so it will depend on them how they will build their place on this community.
They can always improve how they market themselves and of course, every issue or complaint should be resolved accordingly.
They also need to listen some of the valid suggestions as these can help them in improving their services offered to the gamblers.
Remember, they have competitors which are already doing great, so it is hard to get those gamblers away from their turf.
