I also just checked it myself after i saw the negative feedback on the profile of their representative. I am yet to register and gamble on this platform, but this scam accusation means i wouldn't until their representative addresses it. I can see that their rep is active, so it would do their reputation a world of good if they can defend themselves, so the community can also listen to their own perspective.

If they clarify everything there's high chance that they could get the trust of people and they forget about those issues happened before. Its good if they settle everything since you know people here in Bitcointalk, they don't trust those casinos that have unresolved issue. He is very experienced in this forum but surely managing a signature campaign as an outsource is different than is responsible for everything in the casino company. It's not responsibility of a signature campaign manager but for contacting with the casino team or contact point, it's clearly that the campaign manager will be able to do that.

However, after that, how the Bets.io team response to community questions will be up to them.

The comments on their TrustPilot along with the very negative rating they have and the lack of responses there AND the spam promotions they keep sending via emails about "200% bonus upon depositing" is a MASSIVE red flag for me and I am not depositing a single dime in that circus.

True, an accusation alone is not enough to call a casino a scam. But as long as Bets.io has not given a clear statement, it makes sense that many people are hesitant to register when accusations like this come up. It is a shame that a reputation built since 2023 has to be ruined just because they are not willing to be open about handling this issue.

Thanks for this information, it is indeed a good research you did to bring these points out. However, I don't think about 200% deposit bonus is a source of concern because some other reputable casinos have such  high deposit bonus. Similarly,  sending marketing emails is not a bad signal too because, you can just block them  and you will not receive heir email gain. The only red flag I see here is the support not responding to inquiries. Not everyone love such in a place where they will be putting their  money with the hope of making big money someday.

I was also surprised seeing the negative feedback on their profile was already there before the campaign was launched. I am not sure if the campaign manager noticed the tag. The tag was left by yahoo eleven days ago and the campaign launched yesterday. So, instead of focusing on launching the campaign, they should have paid more attention to the scam accusation board and solve the scam accusation.

Almost every casino in the forum has been called out for scam accusations, resolving complaints is the best way to keep their reputation, neglecting complaints only accumulates more suspicion, free the air and trust can be strongly rebuild.

Maybe they have changed their team before coming here to alert bitcoiners that they are back with new giveaway to gamblers, I have predicted with some matches to see if my luck will come to reality because I have created account with Bets.io to see if I will be able to settle down with their games, some of the things that move bettors is when their funds or coins won is be release on time and it will motivate other new players to join, I hope Bets. io team will keep to their promise this time around.

Scam accusations can be valid or invalid but I agree that if there is or there are scam accusations which have yet been resolved, they need to look at such and resolve these cases as soon as possible.

I try checking with [LIST] Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum thread but I can not find Bets.io in the list.

I see, that DT member is yahoo62278 and it's not a good signal for the casino reputation but all DT members can be wrong with their Trust feedbacks, not only yahoo62278.

Generally it's better for Bets.io reputation if they resolve past cases, to make such cases as valid and resolved or invalid after all.

I won't dare to say that all DT members can be wrong with their Trust feedback. I am not sure if you meant that any DT members' feedback could be wrong. If so. I agree that any DT members could be wrong in different cases. But I am certain that all of them won't be wrong in a specific case. If you think all the DT members are wrong, you are probably wrong yourself, not the DT members. I think you should think twice before making that statement.

As for yahoo62278, he is a very prominent forum member, and he doesn't tag an account if the evidence cannot satisfy him. So, I won't say he is wrong about his feedback, but he may wait a bit longer to see if Bets.io addresses the scam accusation.

I see a few names mentioning me regarding this casino. I tagged them a couple weeks back when a user contacted me on telegram about a 15k theft. The casino closed their account and gave no reason and would not respond in the scam accusation thread either. Feel free to read the scam thread and form your own opinion.

I also sent a pm to their rep Nikita hoping that might give a little push and at least get a response from the team, but again nothing. The tag was a last resort to try to help the user get some answers.

I'm not 100% sure so I will revise my tag to a neutral for now. They appear to put you in an endless kyc loop so just be careful folks if you do decide to play there.

While some might argue that the casino(any casino) owes us no explanation, I disagree. If they are going to use this platform they should at a minimum make a response if a scam accusation pops up about their casino. There are a few platforms that refuse to engage in the scam accusation section but they do respond on askgamblers and casinoguru complaints most of the time.

I hate it when a casino is accused of scamming and they find it very hard to clear their name or respond to it, they have seen the accusation and they may actually have committed the crime or scam they accuse them of and that is why they are not bothered to respond to it, I think I saw them launching a signature campaign, if they can’t clear the air about this scam issue no one will use them.
I’m sure if they were not guilty they would have responded to the accusation, anyway thanks for bringing it up here I never knew they had such issues I think I need to visit the scam accusation board regularly.
