All of those links provided on how bad they are should have been seen by OP before if he did researched about them beforehand the transaction on this platform. However, I am not blaming him because when things go bad, that's the time when we try to search for the feedback of such platforms. It's either they're telling the truth about AML reason or they're just reasoning it out to discourage you for the exchange because it is taking time. Yet, I wish that this case will be solved OP and hopefully this thread gets their attention.
I assume that OP isn't worried or OP's instinct didn't have anything that tells that changenow is a fishy website but in a way, it's kind of weird that OP knows about this forum and didn't even care to check here in hopes that there's no problems on that service, I guess to some degree, OP should know better the next time to ask questions first if they're unsure about something online that involves money. That kind of habit will definitely save OP from potential headaches, hopefully others would take note and never do what OP did so the cycle at the least isn't vicious if won't be stopping anytime soon.
Not all that are in the forum really sees those accusations or bad review posted by other members because he might just visit once in a while. But just as what OP has experienced with this platform, everyone has to take time in researching before trusting them.

15 days have passed and I'm still repeating the same thing! But still the answer is the same. I don't think I'll get my coins back unless the culprit is caught. I would like to post news. Please explain where and how to post the news.


They should have just give you a timeframe on how long you should wait. If they're still investigating or doing some verifications, they have to give you some estimate but if that won't do then there's nothing you and they can do. That's sad because it feels like there's really no help from them on this case and I don't want to discourage you but it is looking what it is.

Definitely this company shouldn't be dealt with. If you check the history of the account, it still hasn't been resolved. I'm surprised that they are still actively posting but they aren't solving anything. There should be a warning already towards that site. They are definitely not responsible for how they are running things if they are even running legitimately

I see that they have some kind of invasion of positive feedback on Trustpilot, it doesn't seem natural anymore, as if they want to hide something.

Off-topic quickly, but I just checked them out and they have a very limited offering and I've never heard of them before, so I kind of wonder if they have an established reputation.
They have been in operation since 2014. Probably one of the few old exchanges left that refused to introduce KYC on their platforms. They only became more reorganized recently when they started a signature campaign. IMO, I would trust them more than the like of Changenow, Changelly etc.



I saw the status of the issue on BestChange. They (Changenow.io) claim they have refunded OP his funds. It would be nice if OP came around and updated us.

Congratulations on getting a full refund. I recall the previous threads going back some years regarding ChangeNOW and all of the associated names/brands/companies and how difficult it was for a forum member to get back his funds but he persevered and in the end managed to get a full refund.

Please lock this thread as you have achieved a refund and that was what you set out to do.

There's one thing we needed to first confirm and make deliberation on while looking into OP case, he's making complaints about the website while it has not been active for some time now, was it that he's just finding it convenience to make the complain about them and report the website after a long time waiting since his last experience, or he's nit just being straight forward in the exact situation of things happening, also i believe that websites like this should be first reported to their ANN thread before making a scam report on them.
