OPs judgement of Stake rigging keno is nothing to do with whether he played fair or cheated, but I think it's completely based on his experience, which I also believe have everything to do with the outcome of his game play. Lolz! This reminded me of a statement that says, "Politics is a dirty game". And when I in-depthly look at Politics, they are just like the same thing. The winners laugh and the losers mourn and accused the winner rigging and fraudulent activities. When you play for a casino for a very long time, you supposed understand the behaviour of the casino and when noticed that they are not doing they way your want again, you inform them and if it repeat itself again then you leave the casino and go to another one because casinos are looking for new customers to visit their site so you don't behave to stay in one place for a very long time. I don't really know what op really means but looking for a better casino to use is not something we need to be desperate about since there are several casinos here op can select from and use without being scared of issues and getting scammed. Well, when it comes to rigging a match, that is also known as match fixing, then this is very real and I don't think there should be anyone In gambling who should not already know this possibility.
But like you said, rigging in sports events is not something that is very common, most especially with big leagues, it is mostly common among the very small up and coming league, who are easily tempted and probably cajoled into doing this for the sake of making money.

For a gambler who does not want to risk losing money unnecessarily on fixed, rigged matches, then such a gambler may want completely avoid betting on games played by small leagues, for it is very difficult or even impossible to know matches that are fixed, rigged without the help of an insider.

Yeah, and all casino sites are rigged. You cannot get away from it even if you keep on switching to different websites. The house edge is there, please do not forget about that.
I have been playing KENO for a long time and all I can say is I have the ups and downs in that game. Sometimes, it's my go-to game if I want to restore my balance.

But if anyone feels that a casino has rigged the game, the best way to handle such is by bringing up evidence to support the claim and also building enough concrete evidence that will support such claims, That far so good, but stake still seems to be the best and most widely used casino that we have around.

When you are on loss then you would say its a scam.  

When it comes to choices then we do have lots of known and reputable casinos that we do have on this market aside from Stake but actually Stake should really be just enough.
