I sure have on multiple occasions had a plan of building my own online gambling casino, Infact, there was actually a time I had organized a team of 6 people including myself making us 7, I had a graphic designer, web developers and so on, but unfortunately, we couldn't build anything out due to lack of funds on me, they all wanted to be paid Bi-weekly even when we don't have system generating money running yet, so at the end of it all, I had no choice but to call the project off unfortunately.

And let me also mention that, even right now, I still have that dream of owning my one online gambling casino some day, and I will want it to be even bigger than stake is currently, I love gambling and if I achieve this, I will be a very happy and feel fulfilled, all I currently waiting for before I take a shot at this again is to become stable financially, the first trial have indeed thought me some lessons that not many people care about the dream and goal you have, they don't care as long as they get paid, if at any time you are not able to pay them, they will possibly leave you and your dream and look for the next paying client.

Owning your casino is not as easy as you think, there is a lot more you need to do than merely buying a white-label casino and making money just like that. Have you thought about upgrading even the white label for safety? What about standard registration, regulation, and both normal and professional staff employment? Obviously, you can't do this alone and all of the necessities require thousands of dollars. I've not even talked about the security expenses and marketing. Starting a casino needs financial sacrifices and it's still a "try by error" at the initial stage. And if not established and structured well, people would be discouraged from gambling with you.

Then simply build a charity organization instead  , and forget about building a gambling casino, business is business and charity is charity, it doesn't make sense to mix the two, you can either have one, or have both separately without mixing them..

OK, here is an idea I think will be much better, how much owning an online gambling casino and also owning a charity organization, this way, you get the money legitimately from gamblers, then move it to your charity organization to help those who need help in one way or the other?

On a more serious note now, taking thousand of dollars of people's money only to reward a few simply means your casino is not fair, if you are really that good and wanna have a very clear and peaceful conscience,  then but a casino where the house edge is 50:50, that is 50 percent on the gamblers, and 50 percent on the casino, this way, when ever a gambler looses, you know that indeed, he or she lost, not because of the system manipulation, but because he or she is simply not Lucky, atleast, this way, you are completely comfortable with whatever you are making as a profit from the casino. A script might be cheaper than buying a full casino but I think you will still need to inject a lot of things on it to become a full version casino. So that will still cost you a good money. It's not easy. And the spending's doesn't end there yet. As you said, we also need to market it and spend for the maintenance, and others... . Your ambition of creating your own version of casino sounds great and interesting. But it looks like you will lose easily on it.

Unless if you are already a wealthy man or you have won billions of dollars in the lottery and you are looking for a unique way of spending it. People like this are rare because many have became greedy when it comes to money.

Its difficult because you need to have a solid bankroll to start with and an exeptional reach.

First you need to buy a solution + license  and that costs +150k. You need to pay monthly fees to the providers and a revenue share with them.

One of the reason new start ups do not last. A very new business is over tasked. It is very risky that you have to invest very much and wait for profit on the long run.

I just brainstorm but an idea could be to invite one of the streamers to get a share of the company instead of just being an affiliate. That could maybe open some Doors to a big audience quite fast.

Yes because if you want to open your own casino, you don't have enough skills, you have to have a lot of money because of course this is a game related to money, if it's just the skills you have, you should apply to big companies, with the skills you have, it has the potential to make money for yourself. I also have friends who work in the IT field by creating applications and websites on the internet, and that is not cheap but has a high price value.

If you really want to open your own casino, I recommend that you have a lot of money because as I said, to open a casino you need a lot of money, especially since everything in the casino is related to money. But if you are really sure about your choice and desire, maybe you can borrow capital from the bank to open a massive casino. But if you are not sure don't do it, but I think if you borrow capital from the bank to open a casino if you can manage it well maybe you can return the capital quickly once again if you manage it well. Because of course there will be risks too, so it all comes back to yourself because the choice is yours.

No offense but for what reputation you got here for sure many casino aspiring owners will avoid to get link with your services offered since they might get afraid to be called as bad casino. Your reputation will not bring good to your potential clients that's why they may not avail the service what you offer.

I am not sure if that’s ever been my dream but always felt how they work in the background. Whether there is huge team of 50-100 employees, with business meetings everyday, planning and much more. Does it work like a company or not or is it just small team of 4-5 peeps who can run the entire casino? Considering the fact that we already have scripts available, anyone can buy it and start with casino launch already. So this could be easy game of 5 peeps. Maybe have a two developers, 2 in the support team and 1 of them could be accountant since it’s entirely finance based business. I am not sure if I would love to be on that side of casino or not. I don't think so. Everyone will not dream to have a casino. In my area ordinary casino shop, Christians are not allow to own it because they said it against their Christian faith. Let me tell you a story. It never crossed my mind to open my own casino business, i'd rather just play in it, that's all because opening your own gambling site in my opinion is not an easy matter, especially in our country, where licensing issues are often an obstacle to setting up a gambling business, especially as there are many offline and online gambling businesses that have emerged so competing with those businesses is already very difficult, i would rather build another business than a gambling business, my knowledge and also my mentality are still not enough to start it all.

If I'm not wrong, Money Pot was the name of the business that used to do this. They used to offer the API and users had the option to build their own casinos without bankroll. I Know 2 guys who used that service in the past and was a nice option because the money comes from investors, so, this way anyone can be the house and have its own engine.

So, i would love to see a service like that coming back in the future.
