Bitcoin means the boardless opportunity many of us can't find inside our local communities and countries and if it wasn't for this cryptocurrency, it seems we wouldn't be able to study, to work, to increase our patrimony, to thrive, to proportionate comfort and memorable moments for our beloved ones, and of course, to marry.

Congratulations on your wedding and congratulations on taking profits. This is one of the perks of being a bitcoin investor aside from it being a hedge against inflation, it is also a hedge against poverty and dependence on other people for material supplies. If you had not invested in Bitcoin earlier you would have struggled with organising your wedding party. I am a small investor. I was not connected to this forum but I used to buy and invest in various coins. A few days ago I bought $870 worth of Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin was $25000. Today it has increased to around $1200-1400. It was one of the happiest days of my life. People do various important things with their earned money. I also did one of the most important things of my life with the money I earned from my investments. My most important job is to get married. I got married in a family and all wedding expenses and wedding party arrangements were done with my bitcoin investment money. In the country where I live, $1400 is about 2 lakhs money, which can cover the entire cost of a wedding. If I hadn't invested in Bitcoin I might not have seen this happy day and party with my friends. Writing about bitcoin and bitcoin forums may never end.

Lucky enough you had made a profit on buying bitcoins and selling it, surely it helped to fund your wedding! You are from my country and you must have a lot of love from me, since you paid for the wedding by investing in bitcoins, it's really interesting. Even though you made $25,000 in bitcoins, maybe that was your short-term investment plan. If you had invested for the long term you might have expected to get more profit, but your important work is to sell it and solve important issues with your money. Even if you got a good profit from short term investment and you were able to spend on your wedding it might be your luck. First of all, congratulations on your wedding OP, I'm happy for you that you've bet on investing in Bitcoin and managed to profit. $870 is actually already huge for me, so I really respect your investment journey cause it's really inspiring. This actually shows how good investment is in Bitcoin if you put patience with knowledge. Not only that you could avoid inflation affecting your funds but also provide enough money from your profits in the volatility of Bitcoin. I'm also surprised that $1200-$1400 can already provide all your needs for a wedding cause here in my country that won't be enough unless you get married at a civil wedding which is budget-friendly. But if we compare it to a wedding like yours OP, it would cost almost $80k-$100k cause everything is pricey here, and you have managed to have a party celebration as well. That's actually a good spend of Bitcoin profits, for sure everyone here is investing to have money to provide their needs and wants.

But do not forget that your government had taxed 30% of bitcoin. So make sure to set aside 60k to pay as taxes in April 2024.

I too had used my Bitcoin profit to buy my first home. I was expected to add 20% while bank was lending me the remaining 80%. So I had sold off some of my bitcoins back in 2017 to chip in that 20%.

1,4k in my country could actually be used for a simple wedding, but many people get caught up in other aspects of life, like buying their dream items or even getting into new debts. I'm truly amazed by the priorities you've set. It's like a wake-up call for me, as I'm still unmarried and enjoying the vast world out there.

Because their evidence is in front of us that Bitcoin has changed the life of OP. Bitcoin have assumed the position of a life saviour right from the time that Bitcoin was created, right from the pizza story to all the other success stories that surround Bitcoin and its existence and how far it has gone within the space of time, you are right, if left for others there may tend to end up spending the money to acquire new phone or other none value items, but the ops have chosen to spend that money on his personal family life and also being here in the forum to continues his studies and thereafter taking advantage of future market conditions to keep the Bitcoin accumulation and gains on.
This may be the best thing to do because having to get married is a lifetime investment and at that, any means that aid such achievement is worth being celebrated just like what the ops have done by creating the thread to share his joy about his recent achievement.
