Congratulations for making a profit and to your wedding. Lucky it worked out just before your wedding day or else you're celebrating less if you didn't invest in bitcoin or if you didn't make a profit in that short period amount of time. My point here is that, aside from investment, make sure that you have another source of income to make your plan happens, especially like a wedding or something very important to avoid sudden changes of plan because of lack of funds.

Also, I know that you want to make your wedding extra special for both of you, but try to be practical as possible since marriage life is kinda hard if you're only going to rely on your investment alone.

First of all, why do this post?

Although these are personal, these two mentioned days were the most important of my life.

I am a small investor. I was not connected to this forum but I used to buy and invest in various coins. A few days ago I bought $870 worth of Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin was $25000. Today it has increased to around $1200-1400. It was one of the happiest days of my life. People do various important things with their earned money. I also did one of the most important things of my life with the money I earned from my investments. My most important job is to get married. I got married in a family and all wedding expenses and wedding party arrangements were done with my bitcoin investment money. In the country where I live, $1400 is about 2 lakhs money, which can cover the entire cost of a wedding. If I hadn't invested in Bitcoin I might not have seen this happy day and party with my friends. Writing about bitcoin and bitcoin forums may never end.

First of all, congratulations on your success wedding and happy married life. I read the post with joy as I recur many occasions in which Bitcoin have came to the rescue for me. Just to also remind you that family also comes with bigger financial obligations as children start coming, so I hope that you have not stopped investing in Bitcoin especially now that the price is still low.

If you have other means of generating income, please endeavor to set aside some amount to perform DCA weekly or monthly, this will enable you replenish your Bitcoin holding that you sold for the wedding. If I were in your shoes, I would not have sold all the Bitcoin but only the profits to perform the wedding. If need be, I will cut down on expenses to ensure I did not sell the entire Bitcoin. I'm not saying you did something wrong, that is your personal decision and I respect that. Once again, congratulations on your successful wedding.

Congrats on your wedding, i guess you made a short-term investment in crypto,  and it's one of the small celebrations to the biggest sooner or later once you get into more with the crypto itself, this extra profit will serve a good thing for your new life of start. He took a risk and got lucky. I don't see why a ton of forum members have an issue with how he made the money though.  In hindsight, everyone who owns bitcoin has a thing for the economy side of things as well in that we all want the price to go up. Certainly, not everyone would invest around the same time he was fortunate to do so just before the uphill in price. A win is a win in my opinion. Even the institutional investors we are hoping to come in through the ETF approval with only do so for the economic benefits.
