Not sure when he did it exactly but OP already bought the copper membership and the images are showing up perfectly. BTW, they did a great job with the announcement's design!
Regarding the sig campaign, I don't think limiting the number of participants to ten is a big problem at this stage. One of the biggest casinos have decided to reduce the number of its sig campaign (which is a long standing one participants) to ten after there used to be dozens of them.
