My question will always be what KYC they may ask for, if they ask for US address it complicates things.
Almost every KYC card on the list asks for utility bills, bank statements etc. so that they can deliver the physical card to you, or to activate AVS. I don't think they will accept documents from outside the country.

soon there will be a new visa debit card released by aqua wallet - initially only in virtual card form it will be called as 'dolphin card' and will be able to spend Bitcoin (BTC), Liquid Bitcoin (L-BTC) and Tether (USDT) at any merchant that accepts visa without the need for identity verification the monthly spending limit should then be USD 4000 per card https://x.com/criptomike94/status/1916080112342098063

That is interesting. I have never seen a crypto debit card that takes deposits on the Liquid network of Bitcoin before. Even though the number of users there is quite low, it's a good development. Also, $4000 monthly limit is quite high for a KYC-free card. So you know if this needs an app to work?

I have noticed that lately many issuers of virtual cards are starting to prohibit their use in some EU countries where this was not the case before - let's say the last mentioned DolphinCard does not work in Slovenia, Croatia, Romania and Greece - I wonder what the problem is that these countries are lumped together with North Korea or Russia?
If anyone has recently used a virtual card that works in the Balkan region, supports Google Wallet, and doesn't have crazy fees, they can write here or in PM.

Why would EU countries be lumped together with sanctioned entities?

Why would EU countries be lumped together with sanctioned entities?
This is the decision of those who issue such cards (banks), although some may say that there is some kind of general prohibition or law that prevents them from doing so. However, it is not that all virtual cards do not work in these countries, but some banks for some reason put these countries on black lists - the west and the east of the EU differ in many ways, this is just one example that shows it.

Note to everyone from Brazil that Gnosis card became available in that region, and in ApplePay. Next one on their list of supported countries is Argentina. So you know if this needs an app to work?
It's going to work from Aqua, open source wallet. We already talked about that and announced Aqua card not long ago. There is already a dedicated page on their website with more information: https://jan3.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/36037146197019-Dolphin-Card-AQUA-Visa-Card

These jerks just banned me from their Telegram group minutes after I joined to ask them to clarify if the email I received means they're bankrupt or going out of business. Too bad I didn't save a screenshot of my message, but it doesn't matter. Choise.com will be removed from the list. Their Trustpilot reviews are terrible anyway, with many accusations that they are preventing customers from withdrawing their money. If I make a DO NOT BUY list for the website in the future, this will be one of the cards on that list. I have just received this email from Choise.com. I wonder if they are out of business? The email looks legit and was sent to my Proton Pass alias. Strangely, none of this is mentioned on their website, but it's still copyrighted by the liquidated company.

Welcome to telegram hell I didn't plan of using choise cards, but thank you for heads up. Most crypto cards are very risky and they have some flaws so I stopped using them for now. I am only waiting for Aqua Dolphin card to come out, I think this is going to be one of the best no-kyc crypto cards in the market.

according to the dolphin card, which i mentioned here, 50 beta testers have now been selected who now have the opportunity to load the virtual card with BTC and/or LBTC and of course to test it with the loaded amount. as a nice feature, each tester can also choose a card design. from monday, everyone else can then use/apply for the dolphin card https://x.com/AquaBitcoin/status/1923169207346225655

Note that you will need to send your email to get on a waiting list. I don't really care about card design because it is only virtual card for now, I am more interested to see how it is working. I don't understand why they are not accepting L-USDT for top-up, but it's easy to swap L-USDT to L-BTC in wallet. Note that US is not allowed yet, and they can't be added to g00gle Pay. Fee is 1% or 1 usd for purchases under 100 usd.

Apologies for the delays guys, I am going to add all the updates in one large edit. As a reminder, I'm still building the cards site. Specifically, I'm populating the SQL database with lots of cards data. It turns out that this is tedious manual work because I have to read through a lot of terms of service and FAQs. UPDATE: The website is almost ready! Data is already populated, just putting some finishing touches on the site before launching. It will be worth the wait.

I found another no-kyc virtual crypto card Kazepay.io, but use at your own risk. This card was not yet tested by me, but I was planning to test it with smaller amounts. Virtaul card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, and they have option physical card with verification.

Some information about the Bitrefill card. I have not done KYC on the card, being still at the first level. I have already made small deposits to test and see how it works. But, I recently made a deposit of a slightly larger amount than the previous ones and it took a long time for it to become available. When speaking to support, who were professional and quick to respond, they said that the deposit had been "rejected by the validation system", and they wanted to refund that amount. They returned it without any problems. However, I asked for more details to understand what was happening, and the answer was a bit vague, as quoted: The transaction was declined as it did not meet our internal processing criteria, following our routine compliance review and blockchain data assessments, in line with legal requirements for all transactions. This is a note to keep an eye on deposits made at Bitrefill, which may have some "limitations". Since everything was handled fairly quickly and was resolved, I won't point out anything negative. But I should be more careful.

It is not surprising, because more and more services that deal with cryptocurrencies have begun to apply AML checks that include the analysis of coins sent by their clients. I don't know how deeply they analyze transactions, but the fact is that there will be more and more situations like this, because anything not purchased through CEXs can pose a problem. I've had more declined transactions this year than I've had since I started using cryptocurrencies, the message is more than clear.

Did you sent them Bitcoin or some other coins? I have a theory that Bitcoin (and ethereum with it's stablecoins) have the most problem with this compliance rules, while it's not happening so much with other coins. We are seeing more and more services doing something similar, and I think this is only going to increase in future.

It was BTC. Well, something in the timeline of some coin was not in accordance with their considerations, and they blocked it. I can't complain about the support, it was very smooth. I just think that I would still be waiting for something today if I hadn't contacted them. But I can't say that, because I contacted them right away. The good thing is that I have already received the coins back, but on the platform it is still classified as pending. I think that this type of platform ends up being only useful for smaller amounts - less risk for them.
