-snip-
The good old days of Bitcoin transactions being fun due to complete privacy are about to be long gone. With how things are happening, I am not surprised that they now putting "limitations" to transactions.

The best way to avoid tripping all these checks during payment is to only use services that use their own payment processing, or some software such as BTCPayServer or some no-KYC processor like Blockonomics. Do not pay via Coingate or Cryptomus.

Failing that, using a KYC card from this list and depositing  clean coins bitcoins to the service, or some altcoin from an address you've done an AML check on and received a low risk score.

Card payments still work fine, especially the ones with 3DS, as long as you don't deposit an enormous amount and you don't pay with a VPN turned on.

Ladies and gentlemen....

I present to you -

CryptoCardsList

Your new home for cards data.

After many long and tireless months of development, I've put together a centralized directory of all of the crypto cards.

And because the cards are stored in a database, it will be much faster and easier to update than a bbcode table.

And this is the advantage that this site has over other sites, because their lists are so old, they must have given up from all the effort required!

Some things don't work properly though and will be fixed up over the next few days. Particularly dark mode. That one caught me by surprise, because it was working in all my tests. Drats. Edit: Dark mode toggle is fixed now.

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy it!

This list will still be maintained but I will use exported site data to just paste new bbcode on top of it.

https://cryptocardslist.com

Make sure you subscribe to the Telegram channel at the bottom of the page too.

Despite being a supporter of a version here on the forum, even if it has less information, I congratulate you on the site.

I've already taken a look, but I'll wait a few more days to do a careful analysis and give more detailed feedback.  Wink

I am glad you finally get this project running but get ready to accept a lot of criticism from me and other members.
First when I opened Cryptocardslist website I had to solve g00gle puzzles, I don't like that but I can live with it.
Visually speaking I think you need to change logo asap or use a different font, this is extremely hard to read.
I don't like how you listed a bunch of crypto.com )and some other) cards in so many different colors, they are taking a lot more space than needed.
This was just initial impressions and my constructive feedback, more is coming soon.

Yes, I am aware that many improvements are required.

I guess I *could* change the font of the logo. The big one I mean. I think the small one is fine. Anyway, I'm not really a marketer Cheesy

However, I have not placed any sort of captcha on the website, and it's not using Cloudflare either. So there is not supposed to be any captcha. Can you take a screenshot of what you saw?

PS. The Crypto.com cards aren't actually supposed to be at the very top of the home page. It was just to test the "Featured Cards" section to make sure that it worked.

So far, I'm quite happy with the amount of space I have to work with, as I was very close to the 50,000 character limit in the OP which prevented me from adding new cards.

When you feel it is appropriate, you can start to reduce the inflammation in the OP by leaving a link to the card page on the website. This way, you will be able to put more cards in the OP and make it less loaded with information, which makes it difficult to read.

But over time, you'll be able to manage it. If you need any help, he says.  Wink

Eventually, I want to only list card brands in the OP. That means only unique cards. No listing the "Advcash/Volet Physical Card", the "Advcash/Volet Virtual Card", the "Advcash/Volet Global card", etc.

There are about a thousand cards being promoted on X, that we have never heard about on Bitcointalk and I am reaching out to them to gather info about their cards.

Yet I am still waiting to see the first Croatian crypto debi card, Bitstore Card, coming one of the most reliable Croatian crypto exchanges.  Wink

I don't own it though as I kinda gave up on crypto card at the moment, after Binance Visa stopped working.

Honestly speaking, you should change it completely, this is not readable at all, big or small Smiley
Just use some different clean font type, there are plenty of free options available to choose.

Sure, it's just a standard google captcha and I saw it again today:

PS. The Crypto.com cards aren't actually supposed to be at the very top of the home page. It was just to test the "Featured Cards" section to make sure that it worked.
It's better to group all the cards of same manufacturer, and than to expand and show as subgroup all cards with different colors or for different region.

What I meant, is that the one you have just quoted is the "big one"  Smiley

There is a different logo that is more square shaped and is shown especially on mobile devices, as the favicon, etc. I call that the "small icon".

However, I have not placed any sort of captcha on the website, and it's not using Cloudflare either. So there is not supposed to be any captcha. Can you take a screenshot of what you saw?

I've found that most neobanks have absurdly low withdrawal limits on their cards and that's including Revolut. Something like 800€ a month max.

I guess they don't want to gather attention from regulators because with high limits money laundering can be an issue for sure. But Whatever the case is, I'm just wondering if it's worth to explore crypto cards for cashing out. Do ANY of the cards in the OP have a decent withdrawal limit?

Would be very kind of OP to add this in the comparison.

For ATMs? Or do you mean the feature where you can extract funds from the card back to your account/IBAN?

I figure that any concerns about money laundering are easily quelled by all the layers upon layers of KYC and biometrics they ask for when you sign up for the product.

Yes ATM cash withdrawals is what I mean.

Well, as of AML... Banks are the ones that invented KYC but that alone isn't enough to quell money laundering. For all the talk about crypto... Banks are still the most convenient way to launder cash believe it or not. But that's a story for another time  Cheesy

Sure cash can be nice and flexible too in terms of number of folks that might accept cash - yet aren't we moving to a world in which more and more merchants are ready, willing and able to accept some form of credit card payment, and if we are able to transact with some merchants who are not going to ask questions to identify us, as long as they are able to receive the payment, then there are going to be instances in which we don't need cash.

Frequently when I travel, I will ask if the place accepts credit cards, and surely some folks do not want to accept credit cards, and sometimes I will ask if they accept bitcoin (especially if we might be talking about a larger item and they are not even wanting to transact with a credit card, but wanting to transact with cash or maybe a bank transfer).  And, so the other day, I was at a restaurant and the server said that they take "all credit cards" except American Express.  I did not ask her about accepting bitcoin.

By the way, sometimes when traveling, especially if purchasing larger ticket items such a renting a car, buying lodging, buying some kind of an electronic good, there may well be some preference to be able to reverse the transaction in the event that something goes wrong with the transaction.  I recall one instance about a year ago, I was lodging with someone through AirBnB (maybe it was something like a 2 week stay), and the unit was not available for extension and so we were discussing other possible similar units for me to rent for right around 2 weeks more.

I am pretty sure I mentioned bitcoin to the guy, and that was not an option because he did not have a wallet or familiarity with bitcoin, and he kept insisting on cash.  I told him that I was not going to agree to the transaction for cash because I was not comfortable doing it like that (and there were already several back and forths and even various red flags), so in the end, we agreed to a credit card payment and so we processed such credit card.

When I moved to the new unit it was getting quite late in the day.. something like 7pm or something like that, and as I was looking it over and trying to figure out how I was going to set up my desk area and other kinds of considerations regarding what to put in each of the bedrooms, I noticed that the refrigerator/freezer was not working.  I contacted the guy and I said, holy shit, I thought that everything was working (mostly), and I specifically told the guy that not having a refrigerator freezer was a deal breaker because I had both frozen items and refrigerator items.  The guy said that he would send a repair person over, and after he was not communicating with me for more than an hour, and I think that I was requesting further confirmation that "the repair guy was on his way."

After about an hour I could not tolerate the situation anymore, and I think it was getting close to 9pm, and I really needed to have a place for that night, but I did not want to stay in a place in which the freezer/refrigerator was not working, so I left the place and I left the keys and a message that I was leaving.  It took me a few weeks to dispute the charge and to confirm that no payment was going to be made.

If I had paid with cash or with bitcoin, it is quite likely that I would not have had been able to receive any refund.. even though on that particular occasion I was willing to transact in bitcoin, even though surely I understand the consequences that the transaction is not reversible.

Surely sometimes we want the protections of our transactions being reversible.. and surely when we are dealing with a variety of merchants, there can be a lot of variability..

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

That is strange! There is not supposed to be a captcha there.
Maybe g00gle is taking initiative and spreading this captchas everywhere  Wink
I saw this captcha on your website both with Tor browser and with normal browser,
captcha was not always showing but I managed to reproduce it during my testing.
It's not a big deal, but I never liked solving those stupid puzzles.

@JayJuanGee

The reason that cash is becoming harder to find is exactly why cards that allow higher withdrawals are also more sought after now.
There's 90 something physical cards as per OP but I doubt any of them would allow withdrawals higher than 2k EUR a month. Which is still low.

In Greece they brought forth a law that states you can't make any purchase with cash above 500€ legally. IMHO this is complete BS because whoever is paying these amounts will seriously consider avoiding the VAT if possible.

I've never met a plumber, electrician, builder, farmer or generally any professional involved in handy work to be told they want electronic payments. If you ask to pay by card they'll stick an extra 24% to their price becsuse that's just how it is. Taxes for smalltime professionals in Europe are so high they can't realistically survive and keep their prices low with also paying VAT on their earnings.

Generally speaking the imposed economic system is very unfair. Paying and receiving payments in cash only ain't gonna save no one on it's own, but in some instances it makes things much easier.

OK, I think I have located the setting that is causing problems for you.

Our good friends at Hostinger (I say this with sarcasm) *as long as you don't host any mixers seem to think that your IP addresses are risky.

I have one of those long term packages that I bought two years ago, so I don't have to pay for anything until 2027.

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an "off" switch. This is the lowest setting.

This captcha appears before the page even loads, right?

Imagine a world where you can't buy any items that aren't cheap without a card (!) or Google Pay/Apple Pay (!!!)

That is correct.
I can't access anything on website until I solve that captcha.
Hostinger is one of the hosting providers on my blacklist, because of bad experience with them, and I would never use them for anything.
If you are stuck with them until 2027 that use it, but I don't expand the deal in future.

I came across an ad for a new virtual debit card yesterday and wanted to mention it here. Bold Virtual Vise Debit Cards.
I am not sure if you need to be a user of other Bold services to get it. Bold is a financial tech company that offers checking accounts in the US.

The card offers BTC cashback from 0.25% to 10% per use. I think it's limited to US merchants and shops. You can set it up with your Apple or Google Wallets. It's free to use. It has no signup, monthly, annual, or transaction fees according to the FAQs.

People who have Bold checking accounts don't need to load their virtual cards. It will draw the money from your checking account when you use it.
