Since the previous thread was unceremoniously erased, I took the last good archive of it and intend to continue maintaining this list.

This list is continuously updated to add new card and to remove not-working ones, and I try to keep it as up-to-date as possible. In case you cannot see the whole table, zoom out, move the mouse over the table while holding Shift, or activate Reader Mode. You can also simply swipe the post right/left on mobile or use the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of this post.

As with the other thread, for full information about the card, go to the vendor's website and beware of scams.

This table only lists the websites which provide a crypto debit card program. Websites which provide a neobank (e.g. Revolut) and websites which resell prepaid cards will be listed on another table below.

Prepaid (non-reloadable) cards can be found here.

Cards may support cryptocurrencies other than the ones listed here. Check with the website for more information.
* May include any of SEPA, ACH, and Faster Payments in addition to regular wire transfers.
* World means worldwide spending, not issuance. World does not include any countries or territories under sanctions e.g. Iran, North Korea, Cuba. Services may or may not work in sanctioned countries. Also, just because a card is world-supported doesn't mean it will work in your country. Russia is listed in a separate column.
* No Native Segwit support - do not send funds from bc1, ltc1 addresses to this card.
1 Free up to €/£200, then 2% thereafter. Fees are denominated in GBP for UK users, and EUR for EEA users.
2 Volet was formerly known as Advcash. Only load the cards from Volet wallet or they will be blocked.
3 Only the Mastercard version supports Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4 Card is temporary unavailable.
5 Card is shutting down.
6 Ad-blockers and popup blockers may prevent 3D Secure payments from working.
7 Nexo Card can operate in one of thre three currencies at a time, but the fees are denominated in EUR or GBP depending on where you ordered the card from.
8 This is actually four different cards, each one with a different combination of network (Mastercard, Visa) and currency (EUR, USD). For brevity they are listed as one entry because they have the same regions, parameters, and fees, but the currency they use for them is the same as the currency for the card.
9 This is actually a an annual fee, not a monthly fee.
10 The HKD card can only be obtained in Hong Kong and has different fees. In the case of OneKey, it is the only currency that supports 3DS.
11 Higher tiers offer lower load fees.
12 This is a credit card, not a debit card. ATM withdrawals are more restricted and come from your credit line.

If I deleted this topic, this does not mean that anyone can now freely copy it and pass it off as their own work. You didn’t even ask me about running my own topic with my original data instead of me,

I really liked your original thread and appreciated its contents.

The ideal scenario in this situation would have been for you to never delete the thread. I don't know why you did in the first place actually.
If your thread was never deleted/locked, nobody could have copied it as it would have been a duplicate.

You didn’t even ask me about running my own topic with my original data instead of me,
To me it doesn't make sense to have to ask for permission to create a thread about debit cards just because you did it before. It's just public information. The importance is in updating the info. Not collecting and formatting it... Likewise I had a thread about debit cards in 2015 but got bored of maintaining it. And after I abandoned it I didn't go after anyone creating similar threads.

Honestly I don't see why all the fuss here. Threads on bitcointalk don't make money anyway so no reason to get upset at someone for wanting to spread information. But if you want to restore your original thread, I would be supportive. What matters is to have information available. But if you restore your thread it would indeed be the true original and hence no duplicates could exist unless NotATether made significant and meaningful contributions to alter it.

For the original (now deleted) topic created by Ratimov, see this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5280997.0. This is a continuation of it based on his design.

Instead of that line you should have used this one: "In this article I would like to touch upon such a theme [...]".

I am not claiming your work.

You should. This way he will also understand better how it feels when his own work is stolen. Unless it was also a work stolen from another author.

If I deleted this topic, this does not mean that anyone can now freely copy it and pass it off as their own work.

Actually, it does. Besides, have you asked any author when you stole his intellectual property and introduced at as being yours?

You present this information as if you are the author

LOL! This is the most hilarious situation: BitcoinTalk's greatest plagiarist of all times complaining that someone stole his work =))) This is getting ridiculous.

I enjoyed the list and participated in the previous topic which I was quite surprised to find the OP on it deleted..
I will not enter in this drama, I just think that creating a table with the "name of the card" | website | Card Type | Production Cost | Supported Coins | Supported Countries | Service fee | Fees | ATM Withdraw | Funding Methods | Wallet Availability... Will be more interesting and avoid what was said above about copy paste..

Maybe, but tables are do not handle long elements as well as lists. Look at the signature campaign list for example. It works because all of the text is very small. But the nature of this text is such that things like "Supported Coins" and "Supported Countries" will naturally be longer. Unless, I list only the main coins and regions and make yes/no columns for each one. But maybe that is not a bad idea.

I'm not here to join the argue or misunderstanding above, but i just observed the wrong info to make it fix by the OP,  looks like wrong side up.

Don't want to get into the drama either, just suggesting using a table like below. I think it's more pleasing to the eye. Grin

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
OWNR Wallet

  • Card Type - VISA
  • Production Cost - €30.00
  • Supported Coins - BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20)
  • Supported Countries - Worldwide (except for restricted countries)
  • Service fee - €1.50 (monthly)
  • Fees - 3 - 5%
  • ATM Withdraw - €2.00 + 2%
  • Funding Methods - OWNR Wallet (instructions)
  • Has Wallet Service - YES

Maybe, but tables are do not handle long elements as well as lists.
Couldn't they be abbreviated with the ISO 3166-1 code[1] and also based on the coin ticker (symbol)[2]?

Don't want to get into the drama either, just suggesting using a table like below. I think it's more pleasing to the eye. Grin

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
OWNR Wallet

  • Card Type - VISA
  • Production Cost - €30.00
  • Supported Coins - BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20)
  • Supported Countries - Worldwide (except for restricted countries)
  • Service fee - €1.50 (monthly)
  • Fees - 3 - 5%
  • ATM Withdraw - €2.00 + 2%
  • Funding Methods - OWNR Wallet (instructions)
  • Has Wallet Service - YES

That's perfect!

Quote
Maybe, but tables are do not handle long elements as well as lists.
Couldn't they be abbreviated with the ISO 3166-1 code[1] and also based on the coin ticker (symbol)[2]?

1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1
2. https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all

I think that will work with the country codes - the coins are already labelled as tickers.

You should create a unique thread instead of copying from someone else. Nevermind, the original thread has been deleted or whatever. You must make it your own style and format. Anyone can post about cards, but they should be unique and shouldn't steal information from others that they struggle to collect. Otherwise, you must quote the whole thread. I will advise you to archive this thread and collect information yourself about the latest and most active cards. I won't really welcome such a thread; otherwise,  your choice.

Well, yes and no... First of all it's unclear if there was good reason for Ratimov to delete his thread.
But so long as his thread remains deleted/erased, I don't think it's reasonable to say that he owns the formatting of text about a certain topic more than anyone else.

I mean yes, in a court of law this argument might stand. But hey we're right here in this forum for running the bitorrent of money, we don't value copyrights that much as real rights.
BUT! If Ratimov wants to bring back his thread, as per forum rules, his thread would be the original, at least in my opinion. He showed to have strong feelings on the matter and yet didn't show interest in maintaining his thread. But Really there's not much he can do. To me it's on him for deleting his.

...Eh? Huh

Here we have the following format which is very good and much more suitable than the previous one:

Quote
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
OWNR Wallet

  • Card Type - VISA
  • Production Cost - €30.00
  • Supported Coins - BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20)
  • Supported Countries - Worldwide (except for restricted countries)

  • Fees - 3 - 5%
  • ATM Withdraw - €2.00 + 2%
  • Funding Methods - OWNR Wallet (instructions)
  • Has Wallet Service - YES

Where's the issue? You know there's so many cards in here and that it can't possibly be updated at such short notice.

Is it just me or spend.com is completely down and therefore one of those defunct services? I keep getting the Origin DNS error.

I tried checking out some of their social media channels and it's equally disappointing
1. https://www.reddit.com/r/Spend ---. Just spam. No moderation activity at all
2. Twitter ---> Last activity July 2021
3. telegram ---> Username not found.

Website doesn't work for me neither/

I just checked some of the cards and spend.com not the only website that is not forking as for example bitplastic.com domain is up for sale and few other website are not working (or links are broken) so  NotATether will have to go though the whole lust and remove those that are not available anymore.

I'm going to have to move all those links into the defunct category. I'm also in the process of updating that section to the new design.

There are also quite a number of new services that need to be added as well, for example Bitrefill which was already mentioned. All that is going to be taken care of in due time.

Yeah, that would be good... or maybe just a simple list of defunct and scam service in one of the reserved posts like it was done here for easy tracking

I tested a few services that claimed to be operating worldwide according to the post, but it turns out they support a few countries. For example Nexo card is only available to citizens and residents of the European Economic Area (EEA)

I will be checking more with time.
