@NotATether: I've seen you've listed Wirex with VISA and 1.5$ monthly service fee. From what I know they no longer have that for years; it's MasterCard with 0$ monthly fee. Can you please verify? (They do have their costs, most of them hidden in the spread, that's another story).
I'll check it out once I get to desktop, it is quite a PITA to do any sort of research from a mobile device. ...I am reluctant to go through KYC once again.
Reluctance stems from? I can't speak for Rikaflip but it's generally not good to shell out your ID to every single service out there that you might use sparingly, because of identity theft potential following a data breach. They should be kept as few as possible.

I'm thinking about taking this topic and recreating one in the Portuguese tab, but with some more information linked to the target audience. No problem?
There is also version is Croatian local board if you need it,... not sure if it's up to date. Can you share the link? I will be able to verify some information, and narrow down my search. My idea is not to even make a copy of this OP. It’s about taking this information and recreating it with other data, also thinking about the Portuguese tab audience.

Care to share more info about Binance and new card partner, I mean is that just a rumour or a confirmed news? I am asking because I tried googling it but couldn't find anything related to that.
Binance frequently keeps its list of partners under its sleeves because it knows they're going to be banned by regulators sooner or later. This Blackcat card smells of a Paymonade roundabout style. When Binance lost its EU settlements partner they come up with this no name company that allows you to deposit to Binance by basically making a payment to paymonade instead of Binance and they credit that to your exchange account, so I wouldn't be surprised for this to be another scheme like that where the cards are for some ghost company that actually has all the data hosted over at Binance and just links accounts. There have been numerous ICOs that have pulled this stunt back in those days, issuing company credit cards for a few to fake legitimacy, Mastercard won't be happy about it, not after they've just canceled their South America partnership with Binance.

Reluctance stems from?
What NotATether said. Binance is the only crypto platform where I did KYC and I planned to stay like that. Can you share the link? I will be able to verify some information, and narrow down my search.
Here is the link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285324.0. List is based on Ratimov (now deleted) thread and afaik hasn't been updated for some time.

Bunch of other information in this list is also outdated... like I wrote before in this topic few days ago. NotATether forked it, now he has to suffer the consequences and criticism, since previous co-author is living dead account aka zombie. Can you share the link? I will be able to verify some information, and narrow down my search.
Sure, here it is,last updated by FatFork in April https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285067.0EDIT: I see now Rika shared the same link. This is one of the best online links I found for crypto debit cards: https://www.cryptowisser.com/debit-cards/

OK, so I updated the information about Wirex card and it seems that they are still using VISA as their card issuer according to this blog post: https://wirexapp.com/blog/post/weve-signed-a-long-term-global-strategic-partnership-with-visa-0720Fees have also changed, but the list of supported countries is mostly the same. Annoyingly, it was very hard finding any useful information about this card on their website.

What about https://card.onekey.so/? I can't find a single card website digital nor physical that works in Bosnia and Herzegovina.... Has anyone got any experience with onekey card? They ask for KYC Bosnia is one of the black holes of Europe but I am almost sure some of the cards from this list works in your country, for example Advcash card, OWNR wallet card, and maybe Kucoin card. I heard about Onekey card, but they are still in beta phase and I wouldn't trust them with my personal information. There are few more virtual cards that work worldwide and without kyc, but they are more risky. p2p trading with cash is also a good option.

I'm in the same situation as the other user, Binance card is dead, Wirex proved unreliable and I don't know if the physical card even works anymore as I don't want to end it locked in an ATM and have banks calling me, so for a quick emergency cash in the EU and occasional online purchases (including gambling) , what options do I have that I don't wake up to see my funds gone? Crypto and coinbase?
From this list you can try Bybit and Advcash as they both have EU cards. Coinbase also has an EU debit card. Not to be confused with Coinbase USA debit card. Is Coinbase EU debit card a crypto card? Because as I see on a coinbase help article here https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/trading-and-funding/other/coinbase-card-faq with title Coinbase Card for the EU, under section Funding Guidelines, it says: Do: Link your bank account, Paypal, ApplePay, or GooglePay account to your Coinbase account to fund your spending. Don’t: Use your vault, Apple Cash, Coinbase Wallet, Coinbase Prime, or Coinbase Commerce balance to fund your spending. So if I understand correctly you cannot use your coinbase wallet cryptocurrency to pay with the card. Is that correct, or I misunderstood? Also, Crypto.com debit card says in help article here https://help.crypto.com/en/articles/5977463-crypto-com-visa-card-fees-and-limits-europe, (title: Crypto.com Visa Card Fees and Limits (Europe)) under section Fees: Debit / Credit card top-up: 1% ATM Withdrawal: 2% on amounts above the monthly free ATM limit [ATM surcharge fees charged by ATM provider (if any) will be counted towards the ATM withdrawal limit] Close Account: €50 Physical Card Issuance: €4.99 (for new and replacement Midnight Blue card only) Inactivity: €5 per month after 12 months of inactivity So, I believe a new entry or update at the first post it should be added with info about the EU card, something like: Production Cost - $0 / EU physical card €4.99 Supported Coins - BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, MCO, BAT, BNB, TUSD, ENJ Supported Countries - US, Europe and Singapore. Service fee - $0 (monthly) / EU card €5 per month after 12 months of inactivity Fees - $0 ATM Withdraw - 2% EU card Close Account: €50

@panosst I think what I'll end up doing is make a separate entry for Coinbase EU Card. And to do this for the other cards where it is applicable, it also makes sense to do so I guess, because it is very common for cards to have different rules and restrictions per region.

So if I understand correctly you cannot use your coinbase wallet cryptocurrency to pay with the card. Is that correct, or I misunderstood? While I never had Coinbase card (I did use Binance card for years) it wouldn't make much sense if you can't spend crypto on your Coinbase account. I think that missunderstanding comes from the fact that Coinbase wallet (non custodial, meaning you own private keys) and Coinbase account are not the same things. Btw, few of my friends have Coinbase debit card (they are all in EU) and are satisfied with it

Hey would cashapp's card or crypto.coms card count? I cant speak for crypto.com cards functionality but cashapp has ties to be able to spend bitcoin You just sell it and it applies to your Fiat balance, Venmo has the function too. Although cashapp's isn't technically a crypto card the banking feature for Bitcoin alone is decent. It supports LN as well. 2% fee for exchanges. Benefits vary, if you get direct deposit the perks are actually good. They used to have Bitcoin cashbacks too but I think they got rid of it (or disabled it on my account)

Seems like Binance is trying again with a card, after Blackcat now Trustee Plus, don't know what they mean by Eastern Europe and Central Europe cause that's a thousands year debate where one begins and one ends and the partner website says: Are you in the EU now? No limitations - the ideal payment card
https://www.binance.com/en/events/TRUSTEEAnyhow, the ToS page is turnof, at least for me: Trustee Plus provides services through these operating entities, except for Payment card service as specified in clause 2.1.3: Hosted wallet service and Virtual Assets services, such as deposits, exchanges or transfers and other transactions between Virtual assets, are provided by MikePay LTD (company, registered in Republic of Seychelles, company number 238574); Exchange services from Virtual Assets to Fiat assets and vice versa, and all other services, unless otherwise provided for in the Terms, are provided by UAB Trustee Global (a company registered in Lithuania, code 306099031); Payment card service is provided by Quicko sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnowskie Góry, ul. Sienkiewicza 49, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry, Poland, https://www.quicko.pl/ . By using this service, You accept Quicko sp. z o.o. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Common... Also, has anyone tested the Blackcat card yet?

https://www.binance.com/en/events/TRUSTEEIt will be very similar to the old Binance card. It looks more like a loadable prepaid card, which partnered with Binance to make the transaction process faster and simpler. I'm still waiting for the Bitrefill card, but it looks like it will take a while (if it comes at all).

Seems like Binance is trying again with a card, after Blackcat now Trustee Plus Note that Trustee card is only virtual card, and for now there are no physical cards available (as far as I know). They are working with binance exchange, same like another card provider bit.store, so binance is taking different approach now to avoid direct ban from regulators, just like I predicted. Anyone can register for this cards with same terms even without having binance account. Also, has anyone tested the Blackcat card yet?
Nope.

-snip- I'm still waiting for the Bitrefill card, but it looks like it will take a while (if it comes at all).
It's already available for those who registered for the waitlist. I received an email a few weeks ago to finish the procedure but since I'm not from Europe, I couldn't do it. I would imagine you can still get in before the official launch if you were to apply for the early access now.

I haven't received any information yet, and I've been on the waiting list since November.
Since when are you on the waitlist? And does bitreffil offers only virtual or physical cards too? I am still on the lookout for my next crypto debit card after Binance Visa stopped working and having hard time deciding which one to get, if I even get any in the end.

I am still on the lookout for my next crypto debit card after Binance Visa stopped working and having hard time deciding which one to get, if I even get any in the end. I have heard people from our Balkan countries discussing and recommending the new Trustee Card in partnership with Binance. As was already said in this thread, it's only a virtual card that you can connect and use via Google Pay, but apparently it's working fine in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro. Looks like the fees are on the better side as well. I am not on Telegram, but I am sure someone from our local board could point you in the right direction if you asked.
