thanks for reply,
anyway, can I assume all the cards in the first post can be topped up with crypto?

The list in the first post needs some updating. Jupiter has been defunct for 3 years, crypterium gives 404, paycent appears to be gone, tenx not working as well.
You can always fork his list and maintain it yourself.
That is what NotATether did with previous list but he didn't updated for months, and I think he works more on other projects.

I dont think there is any KYC-free debit card available anymore or at least I havent found one.
There are, but they are only virtual, not physical cards.

Bitrefill sells prepaid mastercards for cheapest but the only problem is you need residential USA IP to buy them (the prepaid codes work fine worldwide).
Or just use IP address from US.
There is one nice alternative for Bitrefill that works in similar way - thebitcoincompany.com.

The dollar denominated mastercards that Trocador sells are from the same issuer. Trocador euro denominated cards are from different issuer and Ive had best success with them, also a nice 3 years expiry as opposed to 6 months on the mastercard. Only problem is the high fees from trocador.
Bit.store has lower fees for some of their cards, but their support is very poor.
Only cards with 3ds that I know can be found on stealths.net, but do your own research.

Their rates are also not the best. It's always 5$ + 2.5%. It only pays off if you use high values.

What I think is the worst thing about prepaid cards is that it is not possible to top up, so there usually always ends up being some money left over, even if it is little.

Aren't all cards issued by a company in the EU required to have 3DS as part of PSD2 in the EU?
I remember that 2021 was the end of the delay will it became mandatory.

Their rates are also not the best. It's always 5$ + 2.5%. It only pays off if you use high values.

I can't believe I spent 5 minutes looking at this:

used the calculator, started from 250 then from 282.96 to see how they managed to get 2.5% to be 10% till I realized that the final price is in $ not euros.

Anyhow, quite curios on this, do those card work with ATMs? I might carry one with a few hundred $ with me on a holiday as second emergency fund and dump it after, not to go again through the same thing as in my last vacation. But now way I would go though KYC with some shady company, I would rather just order a second card from a local bank instead.

Yes, since 2021 it has become mandatory for card issuing companies in the EU and United Kingdom to have the 3DS security system.
If this service is eventually not available, the card (allegedly) cannot be used for online purchases.

Therefore, EU users should always look for cards that have the 3DS.

Then again, who dares to put bigger amount in one of those no KYC cards? Catch 22 if you ask me.

At this moment I just gave up on getting my next crypto card and instead I'll just do what I did before I started using Binance Visa and that's cashing out crypto p2p irl and putting money on my bank card, while those things that I want to pay anonymously usually have crypto payment options anyway. Still keeping an eye if something interesting shows up.

Don't compare all cards only by fees.
You can't find any other 3ds card in the world without kyc, so fees can't be the same like without 3ds, and they have other cards with lower fees.

What I think is the worst thing about prepaid cards is that it is not possible to top up, so there usually always ends up being some money left over, even if it is little.
Some cards are allowing withdrawals and top ups, so do your research better, but I don't care about leftovers unless they are sats.

Aren't all cards issued by a company in the EU required to have 3DS as part of PSD2 in the EU?
I remember that 2021 was the end of the delay will it became mandatory.
I think stealths cards are issued in United States, but you should better ask them how they are doing it.
From their website 3ds card:
Quote
The card is issued by U.S. bank. Card base balance is USD, after activation EUR amount of payment will be converted to USD and added to your card balance. It can be used internationally with different currencies, there isn't any currency conversion fee.

Then again, who dares to put bigger amount in one of those no KYC cards? Catch 22 if you ask me.
I would not put a lot of money there, but few hundred dollars is acceptable risk for me, for someone else this amount could be lower or higher.
If I need to buy something I send coins, I create a card and spend everything on purchase, so I dont keep money on cards.

Long overdue update done.

Do you guys think I should erase my squabbling with Symmetrick from post #5 and make them reserved posts instead?

As you know, he deleted all his posts in this thread so it currently looks like a monologue. They are quite meaningless now.

This only touches my posts. Nobody else's posts get removed. (This thread is not self-moderated anyway.)

Long overdue update done.
You need to update again and check all the links manually.
Two cards from this list are not available anymore, that is Blockcard and Spend, but maybe there are more of them that needs to be removed.

Do you guys think I should erase my squabbling with Symmetrick from post #5 and make them reserved posts instead?
I think it's fine to do that.

As you know, he deleted all his posts in this thread so it currently looks like a monologue. They are quite meaningless now.

The discussion made no sense in the first place so I don't know why you've kept it when he deleted his part.
People that would visit the topic later on would be interested in the cards not some discussion between users they might not even remember or know.

At this moment I just gave up on getting my next crypto card and instead I'll just do what I did before I started using Binance Visa and that's cashing out crypto p2p irl and putting money on my bank card, while those things that I want to pay anonymously usually have crypto payment options anyway.

That's what I did after the Wirex and Binance experience.
It's simply not worth it to have those cards as main cards, if you want to spend crypto just exchange and do a SEPA and that's it, if it comes to wirex it's even cheaper  with a bank transfer than their fees , plus with a national bank you at least get a bit of support good luck contacting their customer support departments.
I forgot to bump the wirex topic with that but when the cards went down I opened a ticket why they are not working, I got the reply for it and the ticket closed 2 months later, of course the same we're working on it.

Also, since somebody asked about Wirex a few pages ago, I can confirm that the old physical cards work now normally, so the ones issued a year ago, both for PoS transactions an ATMs, but really be careful if trying to withdraw money with it outside the eurozone, my friend went to an ING ATM and was asked for two methods of exchange, some forex rate and some interval bank or something, the forex option was coming with nearly 10% mark-up from euros to local currency.
Don't know if it's the bank or the card but just a heads up!

Aren't all cards issued by a company in the EU required to have 3DS as part of PSD2 in the EU?
I remember that 2021 was the end of the delay will it became mandatory.
I think stealths cards are issued in United States, but you should better ask them how they are doing it.

If those are issued in the US then that answers it, US cards are always finding a way to be a pain in the ass to use in Europe.

Yeah that sounds reasonable and not much different than what I was doing with Binance card.

The only reason I was using Binance card for a couple of years was because I already had KYC done so why not, and it was very easy to reach 2% cashback (iirc you had to have 1 BNB) which  covered all the fees. For a certain period of time (last bull run) it was my main card and I barely had any issues with it but not willing to go through KYC hassle again, especially since I have a secure option for converting bitcoin to cash.

I think I should do that.

And you can even take advantage, if you want to keep a historical record, by placing cards that are no longer operational in one of these posts. But, without links, at least without being clickable).

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

I personally don't delete any of my posts, and surely there can be advantages to cite other folks, especially if responding to controversial subject matters, including that the dweeb Symmetrick had already shown his character in terms of his having had already deleted the prior thread.

Do what you want, but I am not much of an advocate for deleting posts (or even editing long posts, if you had not noticed)..

hahahahhaha

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

If those are issued in the US then that answers it, US cards are always finding a way to be a pain in the ass to use in Europe.
Not really.
I know people who used US issued cards many times without an issue.

Yeah that sounds reasonable and not much different than what I was doing with Binance card.
And I would not be surprised if secret investor for bit.store cards was also someone from binance  Wink
Anyway, they found a way for this cards to work both with and without kyc, and they can't be easily banned by regulators becasue they are not directly connected with exchanges.

Please list cashback percentage offered for each Debit Card (if offered).

For example, Crypto.com offers 1% cashback on all purchases currently.

If you ever do add cashback also please mention how that cashback works!
Cause for Wirex the cashback is in WRX tokens and you can't exchange those for fiat unless you have some 300$ worth of it so you must be spending 30 000 at lower levels to get any kind of cash actually back!

So if you plan to ever add better only add it to the ones that offer one that can be immediately spent under no further conditions.

Of course there are cards that work with no issue, and there are the rest.
Wait till an american tourist shows up with an AMEX with no pin number and no chip and your terminal refuses the transaction since it's over the 30 euros sum. I've done my second year internship at the desk of a major airliner, the guys there were doing rock-paper-scissor games for the next american coming with a ticket problem.  Wink

Most cards that are supposedly available worldwide in OPs list are only available to EU residents.

Yeah, I haven't gotten around to updating the supported countries on most of these cards yet.

I'm planning to make a new format where I show a table with major regions i.e. USA, UK, EU, APAC, and so on, and there's just going to be a check the card mark or an X depending on whether the card is supported in that region or not.

I think that approach is better since the information for that is currently scattered across the websites.
