It is very complicated in Europe to have Visa cards without KYC. However, this model of the card being linked directly to the wallet is not interesting. What remains is to know the levels of security you will have.

They are advertising this service as ''bank'' on Safepal website, and you can only apply and use the card with safepal app
In general I would never connect hardware wallet with fiat payment cards, that would probably make all coins in wallet connected with personal identity and real life addresses.
Another strange decision is to support only USDC stablecoin, and I am not sure they have the lowest fees like they claim.

I'm going to hold back at adding Safepal to the list until I get a chance to analyze it, but meanwhile I did add the PayWithUs card. It's a reloadable virtual card so a bit different from most of the others here, which are physical. They kindly allowed me a test balance of $10 for trying the card, and here are the places I've got it working on:

- Internet Archive (a donation)
- AWS - they actually made two verification charges of $0 before actually applying the charge.
- the Tor Project (another donation)
- <that's it. To be honest, I'm having a hard time finding sites that I'd want to spend $1 or $2 on.>

The card cannot be used with Paypal.

Try buying something on Amazon. (Well, maybe it's only viable if you have Prime.) But, I think this would be an excellent testing platform.

You should add information that this card is only Virtual, but seriously why adding them in first place on the top of the list?!  
And why not adding all the other virtual cards that are available for much longer than paywithus, they also have much lower fees and/or better terms?

There is no special preference, I actually add every new card at the top so that I don't have to scroll all the way down the page to do a Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V.

Regarding the Virtual designation, yeah I've been thinking about where to put that.

I've been working on that too. It's just that I've got some urgent things to take care of regarding BitMixList.

I just received the invitation to participate in the Bitrefill card. As expected, KYC is required. I haven't done it yet, I don't have much time to analyze everything calmly. But maybe I'll sign up.

I see they are saying only ID document is needed to sign up for this card Starter tier, that means maybe they are not going to ask for additional images of your face holding the iD.
On this card you have a lifetime deposit limit up to 15,000 EUR, and 7,500 EUR Monthly/Daily spend limits, with only 200 EUR available for single Contactless payment.
With higher Plus level you need additional verification of identity and address, but you will get higher limits.

Yes, I applied to the waiting list, to get in before the launch. And I now received the email to register.
I only progressed to the moment when he asked me for a copy of my country's passport or citizen ID. Which was expected. I didn't go any further to see if they asked for anything else. But, I'll sign up, and then I'll share the steps.

As for limits, for me they are more than enough. Therefore, I will not do checks for higher levels. For me the most important thing is the rates, if they are really as indicated, it is an excellent card compared to what currently exists on the market.

I have already completed the Bitrefill card activation process. What is requested is a copy of the passport or identification ID, a photo of the face (face only, no need to hold the ID). There are then other levels of KYC authentication, if you want to increase the current limits, which are as follows:



It should also be noted that to activate the card you need to top it up, with the minimum top up always being €30.

This is not so strict kyc, especially since they don't ask for holding of document and address verification.
Now the question is if this card can be accepted on all websites, or there are some hidden restrictions.

I don't know if it's that 2% or not, because it's the exchange rate that is displayed when I try to load the card.
As I haven't loaded anything yet, I don't know if the value is immediately in fiat or if it remains in crypto. But, from the way the information is presented, it seems that the change is made immediately. When I have the opportunity to test it, I'll let you know.

Based on the numbers you've shown, it looks like 2.4%. It may indeed be the 2% plus a tiny diff that doesn't really matter.

When I have the opportunity to test it, I'll let you know.
