...
This situation with crypto cards somwhat reminds me in a way to streaming sites.

Back in 2016-2017 when I got Netflix they had bunch of movies and series so I slowly started using private trackers less and less to the point of barely using them. Then bunch of other streaming sites showed up and took a lot of Netflix content so at one point I ended up paying for Netflix, Amazon, Disney, and Apple+ which then kept increasing the prices and even that wasn't enough to cover everything I wanted to watch. So, month ago I cancelled all of them and reverted back to private trackers in the same way I went back to selling bitcoin for cash and depositing money to my bank account, as i was doing prior to crypto cards.

At the time of this post:

...

Maybe it's that 2%, I don't know. Undecided

I've topped up the card and they've started writing it clearly that their exchange rate contains all the fees. And indeed nothing else was deducted from the top up coins.
Plus: in my few tests the Bitrefill card seems to be more reliable = more widely accepted than Wirex
Minus: minimum top-up is 30 EUR (also for future top-ups)

The long-awaited reformatting has been completed! Smiley

This new format is compact should make it easy for you to find which cards support which country, Paypal, and other data.

3DS data is not available for many cards, so I'm still trying to look for those.

I am keeping the old legacy list around until I finish adding the numerous new services that have been posted over here and in other places.

New format looks much better but I would personally add some dividing space lines between each rows if I knew how to make this tables.
I know about many other cards that exist, especially virtual and I will try to collect them all and post here for next update.
You should also add row for KYC, there are many virtual cards that can be used without any verification.

3DS data is not available for many cards, so I'm still trying to look for those.
This one is tricky to find, but they exist when verification is performed.

Hmm... that is going to be complex. I can't use the regular {hr} tags because they break the table formatting, and I'm not really sure what to replace it with. Maybe dashes or underscores on a single {td} would do the trick?

3DS data is not available for many cards, so I'm still trying to look for those.
This one is tricky to find, but they exist when verification is performed.

Currently I am relying on the vendor declaring this support themselves.

KYC data would be interesting to add too, but it is prevalent for almost all debit cards except for the prepaid cards. So for now as a little workaround you can look at the Bank/Card Fund fields (indicates KYC) and the XMR column (indicates no KYC, for obvious reasons).

I have no idea, but last time I needed to make table I asked someone from community and he made it for me.
Good example would be one of my topics for hardware wallets that use square separators, but I guess you can use anything else instead:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5434512

Currently I am relying on the vendor declaring this support themselves.
In some cases we don't know who the exact vendors are but card providers always announce if card supports 3ds or not.
Right now I know two or three non-kyc with 3ds support.

it looks like there will be a new/additional provider for debit cards with Tangem pay
specifically a visa debit card is being planned. Tangem is a swiss-based company that has so far produced crypto-based wallets

GnosisPay already has self-custodial Visa debit card (without bitcoin suppoort), so I think Tangem is going to do something similar,
but it's interesting to see how Tangem is going to combine hardware wallet and payment card in one product.
One thing I don't like about Tangem products is closed source code and I think they are going to continue doing the same thing with their new product.

It seems that the Bybit card is not available for new customers (overall, I would not recommend this exchanger as it is very laggy)

Do you happen to be outside the European Economic Area or Australia because they seem to have limited their service to residents of those Areas? Until recently, they have been promoting their card service, so it's awkward if they are not accepting any new users. it might be a good idea to find out more from their support.

It depends on where you reside. In the top left corner of this page, you can select the regions that are supported. As you can see, they list the EU, Australia, and Argentina. A bit of a weird selection if you ask me. Further down in their FAQ, it says that the card is available in the EU, but not in the following countries:

Quote
Croatia, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein and Romania

Finally I've made the update.

I'm going to be going through this list for the rest of the day making sure everything is up-to-date.

PS. If you have any of the cards on this list and you used it to buy something, post here if it asked you for an SMS or text message during checkout! (this means it supports 3DS).

the Bitaroo Express App (v1.5. 0) is required for this service

I hate how they are only showing the last four digits of the card, it would be much more useful to me if they displayed at least the first 4, but preferably the first 6 or so digits so that I can easily identify the BIN number.

The BIN lets me pull details about the card's issuer which helps me estimate whether it supports 3D secure or not.

In general it's hard for me to get that information with crypto debit cards.

They often omit this information to try to "protect" their business. It's not that they are very protected by this, but anyway... they try or they get that feeling.

When it comes to 3D secure, in the information about the card, on the website, don't you usually have this indication?

The BIN lets me pull details about the card's issuer which helps me estimate whether it supports 3D secure or not.

In general it's hard for me to get that information with crypto debit cards.

They often omit this information to try to "protect" their business. It's not that they are very protected by this, but anyway... they try or they get that feeling.

When it comes to 3D secure, in the information about the card, on the website, don't you usually have this indication?

I have a card like this that doesn't show the card number, expiry, cvv and name on it only shows the card's name holder and what kind of card it is e.g. visa or mastercard. But on their app it has an option to show everything, so i bet its the same, that once you get registered you will know everything on it, or in the other hand you will need to ask whoever (in any forum, subreddit) has a card like this to ask such questions.

Of course, for customers, they have to have all this information, because that's the only way they can use it.

But, for those who are not yet customers and want to understand how the card really works, the lack of information will not help their choice.

The metamask card (not listed yet) is using the same card provider as the 1inch card - crypto life i.e. baanx.

So if I am able to see if either of them support 3DS then that means so does the other one.

Edit: https://web.archive.org/web/20231216134004/https://withcl.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Monavate-Issuer-Terms-2023-Nov.pdf Section 6.1.2 says that biometric data may be involved during purchase authorization, so I'm going to go with the educated guess that all Crypto Life cards support 3DS.
