Since it's a Bitcoin forum and every casinos being promoted here are crypto ones, it's likely most people here use Bitcoin to gamble. If people had interest for gambling in fiat currency, they would probably seek for another category of casinos which doesn't belong on this forum. It would be really strange and contradictory if the public of the largest Bitcoin forum of the internet was using fiat or even stablecoins to bet, instead of BTC currency.

Bitcoin makes gambling much more convenient, accessible and practical. You don't have to deal with the bureaucracy of local regulators and banking services in order to make your transactions to or from a virtual casino. You exclude a worthless middleman from the situation. It's so good that Bitcoin gambling is a growing industry for more than a decade already.

      -   I haven't tried to use Bitcoin as a match for gambling, and at this time, it doesn't seem to be recommendable in my opinion. Because this is the period of Bitcoin accumulation due to the upcoming halving and also the bull run in 2024–2025.

The only thing I always use is USDT stable coins, and sometimes I also use Dogecoin to use for gambling. That's why not all crypto gambling has dogecoin choices to match.

I have been of the opinion for several years now that the Bitcoin network has become very expensive, not only for casino deposits, but for any other transactions. And after the Bitcoin network became a technology for using NFT - Ordinals, it became meaningless. Many people prefer using other altcoins for gambling and avoid bitcoins. The reason is not only the high transaction fee but it is also the confirmation times. You may use Litecoin, tron or Dogecoin and can have the transactions confirmed in seconds and with almost no transaction fee. Those gamblers with low portfolios and those who often deposit in and withdraw from gambling sites may prefer other altcoins over bitcoin.

Some might even prefer to use conventional means such a debit or credit cards.

I don't think anyone who knows about cryptocurrency would go back to the conventional payment methods and use debit or credit cards for gambling deposits. Unless anyone is playing at a site that has no option of crypto deposit, only then we can think of credit card deposits, but I will avoid those platforms with no crypto support.

I am using Litecoin again after the surge in Bitcoin price.
I don't think I am going to use Bitcoin again for some time. The fees are too high when converted to dollars. Well, maybe until they lower the fees again because I believe they should be dynamic and it should change once this is all settled.
For now, I will be using the cheapest one when it comes to fees and it's also fast so it's not like it's that bad.
Also regarding the weekly and monthly bonuses given, I now prefer LTC because I could somehow receive more numbers that could be divided into many bets unlike when it's in Bitcoin.

I have used bitcoins in gambling before and not just once, I still will use it in gambling later, but the conventional means is what is working for me at the moment, I am trying to have as much bitcoin as I can for the next year, and you already know why, so I am limiting my use of bitcoin for gambling right now just as I have limited it's use for other purpose as well. So it's good to think about these changes when using Bitcoin for betting. This is only applicable for those user who stored their Bitcoin on exchange or not a Bitcoin holder naturally but as a Bitcoin holder, I still use Bitcoin to gamble since I need to still hold it while gambling so that I will not missed out the pump. A 2$-3$ fee can be easily recovered through a single bet and it’s really inconvenient to send my token from non custodial wallet to exchange just convert it on token that has cheaper fee.

I see many of us must have stopped sending BTC because of the high fee. Crazy that it won't adjust automatically, there should have been a system for this because this happens every time the price of BTC goes high.

But even before the high fee, I have been using altcoins in playing on casinos. From Doge to TRX it's always a good option to make use of them whenever the casino accepts them as well. Among the altcoins, I prefer Doge though.

That's true, it's a shame if you use bitcoin when the bullish situation is made for gambling tools, so logically we should hold the bitcoin that we have for the Bullrun Halving Bitcoin phase.
It is better to use Altcoin to gamble, and I also think the same that most people or gamblers of crypto use Altcoin as a tool they gamble in Crypto casinos, especially small investors as you say.

That's an interesting poll and to be honest I'm not surprised by the results so far. Bitcoin blockchain fees are a real concern when you gamble, because even if some casinos are offering BTC withdrawals like the one in my signature(Livecasino) you will still need to spend a mining fee when you want to make a deposit in order to be able to send and to get your transaction mined. But if the fee you've sent is too small, your transaction can get stuck during days, weeks or even months. That's a real concern that you haven't with other cryptos. So currently I'm mainly gambling with DOGE, FUN and stablecoins onto Tron and Gnosis blockchains or Layer2 networks like Polygon, Arbitrum and Optimism.
