I played for a while at https://rollbit.com
After I won $4500 (there is also an uncashed bet with a chance to win another $4500), they banned my withdrawal.

I went through one KYC, then went through their second KYC video, in which I showed my wallet, as well as the accounts of the exchanges from which deposits were made to this wallet.

After that they demand to provide my other accounts on their casino, which I don't have, lol. I don't have any other accounts with them, and I don't see any way to prove it.

did you perhaps use a VPN when you are accessing their gambling site or if you are living with someone, did that person created an account on Rollbit before you created your account? I am asking because there were two Rollbit cases recently posted here where the OP's account got banned after the OP created an account on Rollbit and made bets because the person they are living with already had an account in Rollbit before the OP created the account on Rollbit.

here are the two cases that I am talking about.

Nah, I haven't used vpn and no one could have created accounts on my computer before.

Maybe the past tenants of the apartment I've been renting for over half a year have played on rollbit. But I think that's very unlikely.

I've already stumbled on scam at cryptobookmakers twice (my two threads are on this forum). Didn't expect this from rollbit, because according to many people on Twitter they are considered second after stake.com, and their token is trading well now.

Same story, different day.
Another multi account accusation, even after going through the ridiculous previously discussed video call verification. Why even let the player go through all this if you then accuse them of something you don't even want to show proof of?
And it always happens when people win minor "big" .

I am curious to see which cold silly replay razor will have this time. He is such a bad representation of this site, or actually he is a good rep since he and the site can't be trusted.

In my opinion is slowly is time to consider rollbit a not trustworthy site. I mean how often do we have to see all these scam accusation threads? There is no week a new report is come out these days.

Maybe they should tell you why they think you have another account with them because you surely can't prove to them what you don't have, especially if your claim is genuine. I think I saw a similar case where someone had to go through the same KYC verification procedure like you did, but they eventually refunded that person his money.

If the case ends up in a stalemate, try filing a complaint with third-party mediators like casinoguru or askgamblers.com

I re-uploaded the image for everyone to see, this is another old issue that always pops up they accuse a player of double account but when asked for proof the casino will deny it because it might compromise the security, the burden to show proof should be on the accuser but it's unlikely to happen here in gambling, so OP's chance to prove his innocence is through mediation, if OP decides to take his case further or just admit it.

Not 100% sure but if I had to name one I would say sportsbet.io.

They also sponsor a premier league team and are very big. If you have to money to make sponsorships like that your must earn well I suppose. Also they exist much longer (founded 2016)  than these rollbit jokesters (2020) .

I'm a winning distance player, so sooner or later (usually after a big win) most bookmakers ban me from playing at them. After that I start playing at another bookmaker.

Some scammers start coming up with different reasons for not paying winnings.

I still have a nasty feeling after the KYC verification video where I literally turned my pockets out on camera and through screen sharing to a man who didn't even show his face.

Based on OP's reply here, I don't think the second one should be weighted into the scale, the platform itself is questionable, IMO. The first one, though, have one point of interest. I just took a glance at it, so I am yet to really read them, but OP was banned by betby, it's the same provider that used by Rollbit, might explain why, though the reason for the two cases is different.

This is a very silly reply from Rollbit support. Why in the freakin hell they will ask their customer to list his multiple account while they are the one suspecting the user for having multiple account. I don’t see what kind of logic Rollbit using on handling case like this but this issue surely smell like a rotten fish.

They can simply provide the accounts connected to the OP and attached the proof of their connection instead of asking the user for the list of the accounts to proceed their conversation which is a dead end if you really don’t have any other account.

It’s a total stupidity to ask the customers for the proof of what they are accusing. Hilarious AF!

Rollbit depriving people from withdrawing their wins and banning of their accounts has been a regular case repeating itself and this has made me to start smelling something fishery about this casino because it is the same reason that they come up with that a user has a second account with them and the users will say that they don't. Instead of rollbit to provide prove of the second account, they keep it within themselves and make it look childish. Is this the new way that Razer and Rollbit has come up with to deprive people from their wins. An account on Rollbit can accept deposit but when it is time for withdrawal after a win, the story of alts comes in play. This is not proper and Rollbit needs to stop this their attitude or else it will show that they are scamming people.

They can simply provide the accounts connected to the OP and attached the proof of their connection instead of asking the user for the list of the accounts to proceed their conversation which is a dead end if you really don’t have any other account.
I'm also curious about this matter. The anti-fraud system of Rollbit should have the evidences of account connection along with the names (if OP really have any). But the support agent is telling OP to provide the name of his other accounts. @OP, you have only described the story here without enough evidences. The screenshot can't be considered as an evidence which you have shared in your post.
