I'm tuning into the show right now, and it crossed my mind that I should start this thread to check if anyone here placed bets on this pageant.

We're down to the top 5, and we're just about an hour away from finding out the winner. Here are the betting odds before the competition.

I actually stopped watching the show when the Philippines wasn't included in the top 5. She got a lot of awards, so it's surprising that she wasn't part of the top 5. I thought she'd perform better in the Q and A part. The odds could have been better than the winner, which is at +1400.

Same here, I stopped watching the live show after they announced the top 5 Finalist and PH is not included, However I think there's something fishy with the result because MU2023 Instagram page's posted the top 5 Finalist wherein Philippines is included. Anyways, Ms.Nicaragua is my bet since 1st day, I have no idea that there's a MU betting today, If only I had known, I would have won. Congrats to the new Ms. Universe 2023, To all participants and most specially, Congrats to Nicaragua for having the first ever Ms. Universe Crown title, which remarks in their country's history.

           -  Just like you, when I found out that I didn't make it to the top 5 of our Stone Ms. Philippines, I lost the desire to watch. When it comes down to it, it's really hard for the Philippines to be in the top 5. What we as supporters think is that the opponents are not.

Although it's not that easy for him to defeat his competitors, anyway, that's how we can choose to fight in this kind of battle. It's a good thing I didn't agree with my cousin to bet in case I lost a big amount.

I’m sure only few spot this as winner since many is aiming for Thailand as winner due to the new owner of Miss U is from Bangkok which means there’s a high expectation to their representative.

Miss Nicaragua is very solid inside out. A total package of both beauty, brain and charity works since he is an active animal rescuer even before Miss U.

But betting on pageant in general is really very hard to win unless you are just doing it to support a candidate.

It was the 2022 Miss Universe pageant, Alejandra Guajardo, the Salvadoran beauty queen, wore a golden bitcoin-inspired outfit as a tribute to her country being the world’s first to adopt cryptocurrency as official currency. There's a Bitcoin logo part of the national costume but not on the head.

I also felt the same way since I support the Philippines of course it's my own country, I even bet some money with my cousins that she would be part of the top 5. I think the results are quite right as he mentioned, she won a lot of awards so it seems like they put a lot of reason for them to eliminate PH in the top 5 by raining of awards. What you have seen on Instagram might be a fake account of the Miss Universe cause for sure they have learned a lesson from the previous Miss Universe where Steve announced the winner wrong, it has an impact on the audience as well as the country. To be honest, I would really like to bet on Ms. Nepal cause she's actually beauty and I love how confident she is despite being curvy. But yeah other candidates really have a good answer in Q and A, still congrats to Nicaragua for winning MU2023.

Yeah. Live betting is available on most of the available bets especially on pageant like this which top 5 has different portion that will affect the current scoring like the Q&A. Sportsbook nowadays offers betting possibilities as much as possible as long as the event itself is still undetermined the winner.

But some casino doesn’t offer live bet once the match is already halfway. It’s better to use big bookie since they are the one who keeps open the bet even on the final minutes of a game.

I was also surprised when yesterday I saw in the news that they had already announced the winner and when I entered this section I saw this thread, and I was surprised to know that this contest is something that is listed in bookmakers for people to place bets, I don't know and I don't understand how people analyze each participant so that they can choose which one will be the winner, as I don't understand anything about this contest, so I wouldn't bet on it, but I must say that the world is heading towards a strange path, I heard that in this contest they now accept that men who have become women also participate

Why these things turns out to be that something to be obvious that it is really that intentional? Mistakes like these are really that simple or it is really just that impossible that they would really be letting it slip
or there's really something happening out there? or they do really just love on making some scene which it would really be making out some noise. Of course it wont really be something
a simple thing that Philippine fans would really be skipping out easily. There's always a question on how and why it did happen.

Organizers at least should be minding on giving out some explanation for this one so because if not then credibility of such pageant would really be questionable or something
that cant be trusted anymore if this one continues.
