Recent match of Kabul Premier League competition was finished and in this match, Abasin Defenders squad and Band-e Amir Stars squads were participated and both played thrilling match today. Band-e Amir Stars  squad was begun match first with batting inning and batters were managed to collect 184 scores after playing 20 overs inning and lost 6 batter wickets. Kamal Barakzai played crucial role in victory and his performance in bowling was brilliant and picked up 2 important wickets and also other two bowlers picked up total 4 wickets. Abasin Defenders squad emerged victory in match and successfully achieved all scores easily. Bahar Shinwari  played wonderful inning and he collected 56 scores.

Kabul knight riders and Abasin Defenders showed a game full of competition and cooperation. Kabul knight riders opened the innings first with Imran and Sabir who scored a great 98 runs partnership in just five overs which boosted the runs to sky. Kabul knight riders didnt lost many balls so they got an advantage with some extra runs. Abasin Defenders eliminated five wickets but the KKR had a strong lead at that time. KKR scored a target of 247 runs.
Abasin defenders no dought gave a trough competition to KKR unfortunately they couldnt name this game with victory. They couldnt take a strong start but their top order played its role. Just by the small mistakes of last three players they lost this game by 15 runs.

BAS did not encounter KZ runs and they chased down only 173 runs and lost game by big margin 49 runs. Lalbaz bowler took down 3 wickets in 4 overs and gave 29 runs.

Yes, 1 st game was played between Canada-W team ans Uganda-W team and this game was held at Lugogo Cricket Oval ground and this stadum was in favor of Uganda-W team. Canada-W effort in 1 st game was very worst and they set 69 runs target in 20 overs by losing all wickets. Achini and Amarpal batsmen only made runs above 10 otherwise mostly batsman showed poor batting effort and made few runs like 0, 2, 3 etc. Kevin bowled out 4 wickets in 4 overs and gave 17 runs to Canada-W team. Uganda-W team easily chased down all target in 12 overs and won this 1 st game by 7 wickets. Janet did not get out and she made 37 runs in 34 balls and hitted four 4s and her effort in opening of lineup was outstanding.

I am increasingly witnessing these sort of bilateral and trilateral series between associate nations in women's cricket. And it is a welcome value addition to the sport. And one more thing that I like about women's cricket is that it is mostly played by native players (unlike the men's sport). But for teams like Canada, they don't have any native players even in the women's team. Gone are the days when Canada had native players such as John Davison and Ian Billcliff. Now their squad is 100% expat.

This is the 2nd match of series Canada women tour to Uganda In this match Uganda women team won the toss and decided to field which is appropriate to the pitch and weather conditions The match started and Uganda women took the advantage in the bowling and Immaculate Nakisuuyi became the player of the match in this match. Four wickets and six balls were still remaining and they won this match. Canada Women's team had given a target of 82 runs in this match. If you look at it, it is not a special target and the opposing team had to meet it. Amarpal Kaur played her role by scoring 30 runs but the rest did not show teamwork due to which they had to face failure. Kabul Premier League has came to its final game between Kabul knight riders and Kabul zalmi. The game was full of suspense, craze and competition. Kabul Knight riders opened the innings with Imran and Baitullah who couldn’t make a long term partnership as Baitullah was knocked out at just 14 runs partnership. Kabul zalim bowled out one down player at zero runs so however the hard work of middle order players lead the scores to a strong lead. KKR scored a target of 214 runs which was a superb lead. Yesterday 2 nd T20 game of Canada Women tour of Uganda series was played and 1 st game was Won Uganda-W team easily and they won by big margin.  In 2 nd T20 game, Uganda-W team won toss and they elected fielding first and gave batting lineup to Canada-W team. Canada-W batsman again performed very poor in batting and their batsmen set 82 target in 20 overs by losing 6 wickets. Kaur effort from Canada-W team was good and she scored 30 runs but her single effort was not enough to beat Uganda-W team. Uganda-W team is very strong team than Canada-W team and they chased down target and won game by 4 wickets and 7 balls.  Immaculate struggle in batting was very helpful for Uganda-W team and she scored 37 runs in 57 balls and hitted four 4s. Naume helped team in bowling and she took down 2 wickets in 4 overs and gave 10 runs.

HH women won game by 5 wickets and 24 balls. They won 6th game of this tournament and this match between HH and ST was played  at Cricket Central. HH won the toss and elected to bowling first. I hope ST will return back in tournament and play better in the future matches. ST set a target of total runs for 92 and lost. HH easily chased complete total runs for 95 and won the match.The best batting performance in the HH team was by Lizelle Lee  scored 23 runs and 15 balls hitting 4 fours and 0 sixs. I hope HH will continue to play well and keep wining in future. Congratulations to HH
