Sounds very dangerous to KYC haters  out there lol, just by refusing twice your account will be closed and will never access the site again?

I'll pass in this casino , this is not how we lure gamblers in Crypto gambling , you need to attract them with not so strict regulations so for some chances they will at least consider trying the site.

It would be great if you fixed all the things this site needs. The reason is, some users feel uncomfortable with an appearance that is still considered messy. Moreover, this casino still cannot be said to be suitable for launch, for example the large number of visitors makes the site down, etc. Clearly needs a complete overhaul. Yes, I got that error It is a glitch and it is not good for the platform and unfair for players if they are going to play with a glitch and not properly configured, they should have tested their platform a hundred times, it should first go to beta and alpha testing and make sure that the platform's features are all working.

I don't want to discriminate but I will not yet play on casinos that show glitches and bugs there are risks attached to them, and there are many issues and questions but I guess we and OP are in different time zones, he is still resting while we are checking their platform.

Representatives and admins should create threads on the time where they can allocate time to answering questions and issues, he may have posted this before going to bed.

Your default home page should be the casino lobby and not the game type selector page since most of the players wants to see all the games and promotions the first time they visit your casino. I don’t like the pop-up message too when I first visit your casino about adding the website to home screen of my device since I’m just visiting. This is annoying of someone click it accidentally while they are just browsing and not interested to play.

Also I feel the vibe of Betnomi when browsing your casino due to your logo design and the UI/UX. That is what I experienced when playing on Betnomi last year. By any chance, are you affiliated to them before? Your timing of creation date is right after they shutdown the casino.

It's not going to harm your computer the error is on their script but it's going to harm your eyes if these things or glitch keeps popping up, is OP aware that the platform had a glitch at the time he posted it here, It better for OP to lock this thread until they fixes the glitch because all the members that are going to visit this thread and their platform will have the same complaint.

I am confident that you accessed the platform using your mobile device as when I did earlier it worked okay for me. The screenshot is off when I used my laptop to access the platform. I did take a screenshot at that time which I am posting below. There is a slight delay in accessing it which I think is due to the server being unable to handle traffic.



Please use a desktop or a laptop to access the website and you should see those error messages on the screen. If not then please post the screenshot using both devices, I mean desktop/laptop and mobile. If you are not getting any error messages then I think it might be an issue with location.

The error is not showing on my end and I'm using a desktop, I'm sure they fixed it already there are coders who maintain the platform, and some of us here have access to the site when the bug or glitch is showing, but let's see what OP has to say when he gets online here.
For a casino platform to promote here with those glitches, people will question the integrity of the platform, until we confirm that the site is safe to play people should proceed with the precaution and play at their own risk.
I'm sure OP will address all these issues when he gets online.

Once I clicked on the link provided I didn't have any issues accessing it and personally it looks simple. Maybe it has its own characteristics. What I don't like about the registration section is that it places too much emphasis on providing data, so it would be more ideal to just enter your email and password. So I didn't register because I didn't like the long-winded registration method. It could be that in the end, KYC will be charged to the user at the end.

Welcome to the forum, the UI/UX looks really familiar.

When I access your site, I thought your casino is under maintenance or underdevelopment because it's full of text. I think it's better to make it simple by mentioning the important keywords e.g. "Over 1000 games", "150% Welcome bonus - up to 1500€".

After I scroll down, there's still a big space without anything, you can improve that and make the site looks more solid.

Don't know if that bolded part was just a clerical mistake on your side but the $ 3000 daily is on withdrawals,  not on deposits ( that would indeed be really weird).

I see some excessively severe, in my opinion of course, critics about minimum deposit ( come on guys  €10 are not enough for a beer and a pack of cigs in many countries) and on that 3x wager on deposits : it is not that far from the 1x that basically almost every gambling operator applies.

I can understand such measure might help the start of a new business in being sustainable at the beginning and I guess, but OP can clarify whether I'm right or not, that once they will be fully operational they might lower minimum wager on deposits and raise withdrawal limits.

Thats really too much if you do ask me considering that we do usually really be that finding on most platforms now on which on the time that you do make out some deposit which you would really be just needing

x3 wagering requirement for all deposits is/can be a problem for small and big players. Except for keeping the players on the site as much as possible, I don't see other reasons. Anyway, they should focus on the site itself and make a good place where players would want to stay and always come back, but instead of that they decided to make some strange rules...

I think it would be common sense for you or the casino owner to review these terms of service and put points that are more fair, with this I believe that your casino would attract more customers willing to put a lot of money in your casino.
