Mandatory KYC but they are still implementing 3x wager of deposit before players can withdraw?
They need to have a meeting with all the management to think about their terms if they want to be competitive casinos.
The mandatory KYC will not attract small players while the withdrawal limit will not attract highrollers, so who are their main target?

x3 wagering requirement for all deposits is/can be a problem for small and big players. Except for keeping the players on the site as much as possible, I don't see other reasons. Anyway, they should focus on the site itself and make a good place where players would want to stay and always come back, but instead of that they decided to make some strange rules...

Let me explain the main problem with the x3 wager requirement.

If i want to make 1 sport bet, let's say it's a UFC night and i only want to risk my money in 1 fight. If i win that bet i should be able to walk away from the casino with my profit, i mean, i made a dapo, wager 100% of it and should be able to take the money. Most casinos let you do this, but if i have to place 2 more bets to be able to walk away with the money, then it will be a losing game for the users.

So, the casino chooses the rules, but users can decide if some of those rules are abusive, and that will make the site lose customers.

The casino's design looks nice but the website is loading slow! Images and animations take a while to appear.
You offer many deposit bonuses which is great except that the wagering requirement (40x) is a bit too high, imo.
There are deposit bonuses for every day ôf the week so why did you mention in the OP only the Wednesday bonus which has the lowest match-up?
Another question if you don't mind, in the bonuses terms it says you can't withdraw or deposit unless you complete the wagering requirement. Disallowing withdrawals makes sense but why we can't deposit?

Honestly, the welcoming or landing page you have don't need to have a lot of words. Few to no gambler would like to read them before depositing. What's best is to just get straight to the point and the games that you're boasting.

40x wager requirement can be said as standard wagering requirement for 100% deposit bonus in most casinos. I checked their welcome slot bonus, it is a bit different since wagering on slot counts 150% towards wagering requirement while most casinos it is 100% only.

Agreed, this is the first time I see such a rule which is a bit strange for me. Agree. I never saw a casino who are like this. Although it is unique but not the one that would impress us. This should be placed in the about page only or on the bottom of their site. It's already understood and those who have the intention to read more about the casino will always go on these places.

Another place where those wording will fit, is on their ann thread here because this was like an introduction to the casino. Nowadays it's not new to see a casino which are identical to the other one. But, I guess it will only boil down to their attitude like if how they respond to their customers, how fair they are with their operations, etc... .

Although license is not really necessary needed but give plus points when they have it since it means they are serious to impressed people by having that documents. it is their loss of opportunity if they won't be active here in the forum. as users/gamblers in the forum will only seriously play on a casino if they have active engagement with the community. because if they are not active here, how can you trust them to answer your queries or issues encountered in their site?

They might be taking time create a good design and also come up with exclusive offers for the forum members. I still would give the team some more time to get everything in order. Welcome to the forum mate. It seems like you were in a hurry while creating this thread. I mean you can compare with other site’s ANN and your’s ANN, and see the difference yourself. Design the thread with animated images and with the necessary information, like the games offered, the coins you guys are accepting etc. I visited the site, the color combination is great, but the design could have been improved.
