It is normal for some casinos to require a minimum deposit.  As far as I know other casino are also requiring for $10 minimum deposit.  We can just skip casinos that have high minimum deposit and choose the casinos that have our preferences.

This is a fucked up T&C, and it's really going to mess most people up, as they might not even be able to see this before making a deposit. Why three times wager? 1 X is what we all know of and have been familiar with, and we have been good with that for some reputable casino in here; for a fresh casino, this does not really look good for them to start this way.
 
On top of the above, the minimum daily withdrawal is also very small, which shows how small the casino payout budget is. The error is not showing on my end and I'm using a desktop, I'm sure they fixed it already there are coders who maintain the platform, and some of us here have access to the site when the bug or glitch is showing, but let's see what OP has to say when he gets online here.

I wonder where this comes from, we can guess it's to keep players on the site as long as possible, but this is not the right way for that. And a $3k maximum daily deposit withdraw sounds a bit funny, I wonder do they have max bets as well? Don't know if that bolded part was just a clerical mistake on your side but the $ 3000 daily is on withdrawals,  not on deposits ( that would indeed be really weird).

I see some excessively severe, in my opinion of course, critics about minimum deposit ( come on guys  €10 are not enough for a beer and a pack of cigs in many countries) and on that 3x wager on deposits : it is not that far from the 1x that basically almost every gambling operator applies.

Thats really too much if you do ask me considering that we do usually really be that finding on most platforms now on which on the time that you do make out some deposit which you would really be just needing

x3 wagering requirement for all deposits is/can be a problem for small and big players. Except for keeping the players on the site as much as possible, I don't see other reasons. I think it would be common sense for you or the casino owner to review these terms of service and put points that are more fair, with this I believe that your casino would attract more customers willing to put a lot of money in your casino. x3 wagering requirement for all deposits is/can be a problem for small and big players. Except for keeping the players on the site as much as possible, I don't see other reasons. Anyway, they should focus on the site itself and make a good place where players would want to stay and always come back, but instead of that they decided to make some strange rules...

Let me explain the main problem with the x3 wager requirement.

If i want to make 1 sport bet, let's say it's a UFC night and i only want to risk my money in 1 fight. If i win that bet i should be able to walk away from the casino with my profit, i mean, i made a dapo, wager 100% of it and should be able to take the money. Most casinos let you do this, but if i have to place 2 more bets to be able to walk away with the money, then it will be a losing game for the users.

So, the casino chooses the rules, but users can decide if some of those rules are abusive, and that will make the site lose customers.

Agree. I never saw a casino who are like this. Although it is unique but not the one that would impress us. This should be placed in the about page only or on the bottom of their site. It's already understood and those who have the intention to read more about the casino will always go on these places.

Another place where those wording will fit, is on their ann thread here because this was like an introduction to the casino. Nowadays it's not new to see a casino which are identical to the other one. Almost all sites now has that cookie pop-up. I think there is no harm on it and it fact it can make things easier for us, and also for them. Another thing that is common is the support of different gambling game providers. The casino always ensures that they have a wide range of games from different providers so that players won't look for the other casinos anymore. As there are also gamblers who are meticulous enough to consider other/a lot of factors if the site is worthy for them to stay or not. I agree with you on this, but I ruled out the hypothesis that Scammer would bother buying cooper membership for the sake of a quick operation. But who knows? This may be a means within a well-thought-out strategy.

But it is professional not to neglect communication channels with the community, especially in the early stages of launching the website and publishing the official announcement, as is the case here on the forum. I don't want to go into too far a guess, but you can read the community's surprised opinions about this behavior, which cannot indicate professionalism.

There is only one way to know about it, trying it ourselves by sending them email asking about something . Live support agent? They claim to have it but it seems that it is not 24/7 because I tried it few times, since few days ago, the replies were from bots only. I did quick check their social media accounts and I can say that all accounts has no current activity. X account with no post, tiktok (account cant be found), youtube (account terminated), instagram (last post on October). It is already real concern, at least for me because they are inactive in most of their official accounts.

I think this forum is only a few percent, so they may still not be affected as they know they can still gather a lot of customers outside. Gamblers can still harm a gambling site. That is; they can throw accusations which have no solid proof. There are also gamblers who are not playing fairly. The forum can act like a review site but there are also many review sites outside. We aren't only familiar on them though.

I mean if the giver of those feedback are legit individuals and not just a dummy account. Speaking of it, a dummy or an alt account is still/also possible here in the forum but we have a thread here about it, if a user has them. And then, I can still trust this forum better.
