India vs Pakistan match will probably the highest ever recorded for number of viewership so the broadcaster will just hype it and aim for few hundred million viewership that will make them more money. And Pakistan team is not really worth the hype, they are not the same 90's team which can give scare to any team but the current one is competing with smaller nations so it will be 8-1 in ICC tournament head to head results.
