While I don’t really see the benefit of opening a side topic with a new account to adress the issues, we can only hope all issues will be resolved quickly. Some damage is already done but as Efialtis pointed not all claims are valid, but the ones that are valid need to be adressed asap. Not only saying that it will be solved but showing concrete actions that they are solved.

Until  there is real evidence of the problem being resolved I will remain  firm with my initial view of Bc.game casino as a fraudulent casino.  So I don't care where you start from  and with a new or old account because we here only want evidence like what you claim to solve cases. There no need to beat around the bush that in reality  everyone wont just stay silent just because you bring new news doesnt mean all complaints are resolved.  You have time to clean up your reputation but if it continues there  will be no solution and the more users complain that your actions don't  match what you say.

And I agree this thread is pretty useless if complaints in the scam section keeps accumulating and old ones are not resolved and closed, they have to resolve the old ones for the community to believe that you have a good intention in creating this thread, there are cases where you undergo mediation and lose and yet you delay payment.

Its good that you did not moderate this thread if this is moderated you will get more bad feedback because it will become self serving, you have to accept that people will not like you creating a thread like this when there are open accusations that needs to address.
Lets see in the coming weeks if this thread serves it purpose of building trust and transparency.

That's why aside for posting those message to fix some issues they need to show proof that they are really working on it. Since many are skeptical about words telling that they are here stepping up then want to fix issues but nothing happen. its time for them to show something great to the community and if there are legit people telling that there old issues has been solve then maybe it can change the mind of people and convince that they are for real here.

Those open accusations need to address first before anything else since those people which create a thread could verify if BC.game representative is really solving their issues and didn't just hype people since they planning something that they think they can benefit on.

It's true that every complaint is not valid/legitimate. But if they act like they don't care if it's legit or not, who else will help us understand which is legit and which one is not? They already took a long time and now if they want to resolve things, they should take action to solve these issues as soon as possible. Another thing, I have heard you suggested player dplay to take what's on the table even though he didn't agree to take 124K in USDT. He wanted his deposited money in Bitcoin. Suggesting a player to take what's on the table isn't a good sign

Another casino fell. It does sound familiar, 1xbit also created a new thread to rebuild trust in the casino allowing users to voice out in order for them to solve the case. It got worse instead when the users came to tell the scam committed on them. When BCgame ignored those accusations for a long time, it consolidates and delays justice too. Now it's biting their asses and the situation is too late.

I suggest you go one by one to those scam accusation threads pointing to BCgame and from there you solve their issues.

They should, because those accusations are why they have ugly feedback on their main profile and announcement thread and it will remain as long as those accusations are not resolved because those who tagged their main account will not just take out those tags and support from the flags if old unresolved issues are not properly addressed.
I'm okay with them opening this thread but it will backfire if they do not keep their promise, the community is watching this thread so they better show something good, or more bad feedback will come.

What is the difference you resolving your issues with your main platform account and creating a new account for this purpose. Tou might mean well but not all members here would see it as a good move. Some would see it as an attempt to decline or ignore some of the BBB cases on your major handle if it happens that some of the complainants are not aware of this new account and thread created.  Do you not know that it is possible one think that this is a strategy used by your casino to avoid answering or responding to cases awaiting your response.

I have not posted a scam accusation as I don't believe it was a scam, but rather a mistake.  

If you can make your own thread in the scam accusation board with the proper format and attaching a good evidence to back up your story, that'll be helpfull as it'll help us see if it's a legit case or [sorry to say] a baseless accusation. I'll put them on my list and will try to usher them your way when other, older, cases has been solved. Please remember that the board were running on evidence, so giving a comprehensive story and proofs is much preferred.

To the three of you, the err... new representative were in communication with me earlier today, they're in the middle of getting to the bottom of one case. I believe they're publicly promising to get into it in 24 hours. Let's give some time to prove themselves, it can be a good start toward resolution for the currently active cases. I'll give my best to make sure they handle each cases [doesn't mean every resolution has to be in absolute win for each of those complainants], and after that, we'll see what those actions bring to their reputation.

I followed a case here in gambling section, where a gambler had issues to withdraw his winnings and your support asked him to lose his balance in BC.Game intentionally. You should start looking after these kind of cases and explain from where these orders of asking players to lose intentionally came from. It’s hard to believe that the support moderator or manager did this act on his own. If we don’t have a reasonable explanation then everything in your business is shady AF.
I won’t say you took long to respond to all what is happening right now, but let’s see and hope that you fix everything and every case get resolved.

So who or where do I go to for help with appealing my perma chat ban, It's been well over a year now. After six months I followed the protocol and emailed your support but they haven't returned my emails which have now been about once a month for the last 7 months. I mean ya'll banned me for posting a bet link in sports channel which I think is the dumbest rule you have considering you can't share winning sports bet in the channel and if you went to a casino in person if you won a sports bet at the book and walked over to a friend spinning slots they wouldn't ban you for sharing your win with them. I could even understand if I was a spamming my win but I shared it once and I also thought I was in English channel but to just instantly perma ban me without even a warning leads me to believe that haters gonna hate and mods have a grudge against me. I've seen noob players spamming wallets, begging for money and all sorts of offenses and only get a warning. Until that mute I had never been even warned about my chat behavior neverminded banned. Permanantly ban me for a first offense and then justify by saying before the share I was begging saying "can't a brother get a win" It's just mods abusing their power. I've never begged once in chat or in private chat for that matter never asked another person on the site for a dime I was one more tip away from the medal and shared that in chat and then I get banned suspect to say the least

I just knew they would create a dedicated thread with a new account here to try to regain the reputation that is heavily tarnished just like what 1xbit did three years ago but in the end, you will do what 1xbit did just confusing the community that you are really honest in trying to resolve all the issues here, there's no need of a new thread all you have to do is to go to all complaints in the scam section and address the issues fairly, with your main account of course just like what members recommended you to do.

Let's just hope and see what the end will look like. No one prays for bad things to happen. They were not here when the 1Xbit madness all started, but from the few I have read about them, they have already made countless mistakes and have failed to keep to their worlds, and their reputation has already been damaged beyond repair here on the forum.

I still see B.C. games having a little chance of correcting their wrongs. At least let's watch and see how they will deal with all the accusations they have at hand. At least they have been able to partially solve one of the outstanding cases, even as the person was not fully satisfied, but it was better than going home with nothing.
 
If they fail to solve more issues but create more new ones and add to the list of already existing scam accusations against them, then they will find themselves on the scam list of many, and their grace in giving them the benefit of doubt won't be theirs any more.

Your comment stands out from the rest to be honest, i read the op, then came down to the comments and reading one after the other, I felt some sort of really disappointed because like you said, everyone seemed all to be attacking.

Atleast, it's a good thing that this company is making some effort to reclaim their lost glory by trying to see how they can help resolve issues with clients and users who in one way or the other have lost money unduly through the use of their services, the best and little we can (as a community) do is to commend their efforts for taking the steps to resolve every issues, and encourage them as well, not attack them.

In the end, if they get discouraged and leave, those who lost their money may never get it back, but right now, with this steps, they all have a chance to, let's support rather than attack.

We have thoroughly investigated the matter and determined that the problem is related to an anomaly with our odds source, 'Betby.' We had no control over this issue, which led to a negative experience on our platform.

BC Game and 500 Casino both use 'Betby' as our odds supplier. In this instance, a customer placed bets on the same market on both websites simultaneously. The odds provider: 'Betby', monitors betting patterns across the platforms it supports and places restrictions on players to prevent excessive bets on particular markets. It appears that the user was limited from placing bets on that specific market; however, the provider did not realize this restriction until five days later. With the user having already withdrawn money from 500.Casino, the provider had no choice but to void the bet on our website, where the user still had a balance. This situation was entirely beyond our control and not due to any fault on our end. The provider has the discretion to handle bets as they see fit.

The awkwardness arose from the delayed voiding of the bet and our lack of an immediate response. While, typically, we wouldn't honor winnings in such circumstances, we have decided to do so out of good faith. We acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the delay and lack of communication.

Good to hear that they want to solve all the ongoing issues that are being faced by community members. Unless they start working on resolving them I think this thread is useless. I haven't seen any action being done by the support team after the thread was created. I do feel it is too early for anyone to expect them to provide resolutions to all those threads on scam accusations. It will take some time and I feel we need to give them some more time. I would still like to see what are they planning and how will they work on resolving and any deadline they have for resolution to each accusations.

When Jannn and earlypaco confirmed their resolution, I'll change my rating to neutral [for the time being] just so people can still exercise caution, and monitor the scam report against your platform for a while. If I may... about the update of your bonus terms, taking an experience from other case with other casino, how feasible is it for you to make a pop-up message to appear when your user accessing your platform and inform them that there is an update in bonus term? Just to make sure every existing user knows that there is an update and they're not being "misled" by thinking the bonus system was as what they read on the old ToS.
