Both are almost same. The fees are not very different. If you are using Binance then definitely BEP20 will cost you comparatively cheaper fees. The network time is also almost same. So whatever network you choose, it won’t make any big difference. If you want to save each and every penny, then definitely BEP20 will be beneficial.

To be fair this is the biggest advantage that TRC20 had that it didn't utilize. Everyone KNOWS that TRC20 is cheaper, it is not a secret and it is obvious and we all know it and yet at the end of the day we are not really doing anything regarding this, it's really a shame. If I had a coin that had a chain that was clearly better and cheaper and faster than every other option out there and being accepted by all the major exchanges as a way to send money, then I would do everything I have in my power to make it a top 5 coin.

It is insane to think that there is a coin and specially a chain this great, probably the best at what it does, and it is not getting any attention at all, it is definitely a big shame. It all comes down to Justin Sun being a very disliked person of course, he has done so much to ruin it, and now that he is gone, the damage to the reputation of this project is already done and him being out of the picture doesn't really change anything.

In which exchange they charged 1.7$ in TRC-20? I used a few major exchanges i didn’t see such high fees as like in Binance only charge 1 TRX (0.10$) to make a transaction, I think it’s pretty low fees and you can't transfer less cheap price in BEP-20. Tron isn’t using as like BSC because it’s not popular as like BSC. Mostly coins are also implemented in BSC network.

both blockchain have different address because I presume tron used a heavily modified EVM in which also change the address formats thats why if you are inserting your tron wallet in BEP20 wallet or either you are inserting your BEP20 address into tron the app will usually detect mistake so no need to worry about that.
regardless i'd be more worried with the existence of dapps deployed in both blockchain since I think the amout of dapp in binance smart chain was definitely so much more than tron, but if its matter of sending stablecoin then I guess tron will suffice but usually exchange has fixed rate of $1 for sending USDT so thats can be a concern.
regardless couldn't go wrong with one of the two, they are just as cheap in term of fee and as fast.

For me, when I do transfers to TRC20 with my USDT, I don't find it cheap. But it doesn't mean that it's expensive, I think it's just in the middle.

I can still afford and not find it too expensive but with the comparison. It's just like cents to a few bucks of comparison and that's not hurting me. What's good here is that we've got choices on these networks when we want to transfer and receive USDT.

So when we move funds, it won't cost that much and we've got options.

Bep-20 is better than Trc-20. There is very less devolpment in the Trc-20 due to which most of the people using bnb chain for buying many tokens by paying low fee. Most of Ethereum projects are migrated to BSC chain due to it's popularity and low fee. Now every second person will hold bnb for fee while very few numbers of people will hold TRX because TRC-20 chain has limited number of tokens.

I personally hold 5$ worth of bnb for transaction purpose and didn't even think about holding trx. The only priority of usdt (trc20) is that, it is available in all exchanges while bep20 chain usdt are missed in some good exchanges.

Yes, BEP20 USDT is not supported in many exchanges so users only have to choose the bcep20 if they are using exchanges where it is supported or else just going with trc20 should be the smart choice.

I am using some exchanges where only trc and eth USDT are supported so my preference is trc in that case since the eth gas fee becomes insane from time to time.

Tron has a complicated bandwidth, energy and staking system that determines how much you pay in fees. It’s been years since I used Tron, and they’ve made some changes since then, so I’m not too certain about how this system works. USDT has much greater adoption on Tron but BSC is better as a smart contract and token platform. You can get low fees on either chain so it depends on what your needs are and how well you understand each blockchain.

I think they are both the same. I have made transactions with both and both went smoothly. Although at that time I felt TRC20 was slightly faster than BEP20. But that's not a significant difference. You can use whichever you feel comfortable with because it's not that big of a difference.

In my opinion, both TRC20 and BEP20 transaction fees are cheaper. Even when making a withdrawal from the exchange the transaction fee is only $1. Moreover, if you want to send USDT to an address via Metamask it is much cheaper, the cost is less than $1.

Apart from bep20 been cheaper, it is more popular than Tron network and many people would prefer Binamce Smart Chain compared to Tron Smart Chain. There are so many tokens that are built on the Bep20 network and that is one of the things we need to look out for before we think of using a network. The Tron Blockchain is a good one and it has low network fee too like binance smart chain but we also have to consider different factors when investing or using a network for transaction fee.

I think bep20 and trc20 also cheaper gas fees but most of people use it bep20 for low network fees with faster transaction. You should avoid erc20 network because there has lot of gas fees which isn’t comfortable for small and middle class investors.

thats true right now I think the most used blockchain for USDT is either Ethereum main blockchain or tron blockchain its always these two because with ethereum it has the many holders in blockchain also majority of token issued are in this blockchain and TRC20 is for the cheap side of sending the USDT. to be fair it highly depends on the purpose of using the stablecoin if it involves no interaction with smart contract then TRC20 is good enough, but with BEP20 there are many things like defi that some people might be interested in therefore it might be worth it to use the BEP20 USDT.
however one could always use other form of stablecoin thats not limited to USDT so that they can have more leeway for them to choose the blockchain.

There was a time I was using more of the Trim network than even other network. Recently, I have realized that we can be more profitable especially when we are using Blockchain network that is not stressing us or making us to pay too much of transaction fee. Congestion is one of the things that could make investors to keep spending more money for them to sell cryptocurrency to other people. I am happy that the Tron network and Smart Chain network and are able to make compete difference.
