I think you are so optimistic about money and skill, they are not the only things we need whether we are businessmen or not, we also need luck with it, we can not just ignore luck based on money and skills we have. I will not support the idea that says money can cover up everything, in my opinion it's a must to have an idea of what you want to do, the idea of employing a manager when the CEO have no idea of the business sounds funny, not all managers are perfect when it comes to investment or managing a company they just bear the name manager.
