Sadly this is what drives the novice/beginners crazy. I once had someone telling me that a popular YouTuber said this and said that, and I had to tell him that these people are just human like he is and have their own viewpoint which isn’t necessarily the truth. Cryptocurrency as a whole doesn’t have anyone that it talks to and maybe give them a heads up. It’s always speculation and surprise. No one ever sees it 100% completely coming. As usual, do your own research and when you’re done, invest only the amount you can afford losing.

Many KOLs have different good/bad purposes, so understand that when the market becomes active again, there will automatically be many people giving their opinions in the media. Sometimes that information is copied from some source, and people's ways of navigating the news. I understand that no one can really help this market better than you. Indeed you right about what you are saying. Scammers has come to crypto and have device several means of decieving people on the type of altcoin that will pomp massively where as those proposed project are there product, which they leed ignorant people to it. No doubt about that. The problem is that we always fall for cheep scam like that, and the primary reason for this is because of greed. It's only greed that will make someone to fall for such. We all knows that bitcoin is the father of all, but we always go for the cheaper ones and want it to pump massively for us to become super rich. Exactly sir. We mostly see these kind of news analysis. They just always made it just for traffic for their earning I think so. They are not good analysers.
They just do their daily routine work and people think that are giving a good advice. And they just trapped by them.

The next big things are just catchphrases but if you look at those platforms they don't have anything to offer, the same thing as burning mechanism and profit percentage for every transaction, pump, and dumps are like this.

Don't go with any such predictions and rather do your own research because I have seen people randomly investing into shitcoins just because it's mentioned over Twitter and the person who has tweeted has huge followers. There will be so much of deceiving as they will share some 10 coins and even if one of them prospers they will use it as upselling point.

That's the easiest way to lose your money listening to these so-called experts, there are so many shitcoins marketers right now pretending to be market experts because they are paid to do it and they are making a living out of it, its preferable to have a discussion with your fellow average investors about investing.

I think this is the common problem in the crypto market, everyone acting to know but the truth is no one can predict the market 100% rightly, everyone pretending to know mostly on social media commonly on Telegram no doubt they're humans like us and they have their own view on the market it's not a must to believe, just like the way everyone has their own predictions but the difference is they decide to broadcast their predictions on social platforms. No one can be an expert in the market that's just the truth, surprising beginners will fall for this trick and some investors who lack the idea of making research, it's best to make research and do your own thing

Rightly said! Also with the recent advancements of AI and deep fake videos, it has become very easy for the scammers to spread false information in the market. I am seeing couple of videos where Elon Musk and Warren Buffet is promoting a cryptocurrency. That video is obviously fake and made using deep fake technology. But for an average person who are not aware of AI, can get confused and convinced easily.

Personally I would not suggest anyone to investing meme coins. It is more like a gambling rather than investment. So if someone is prepared to lose their investment, they can go ahead and invest in such coins. Otherwise it is always better to stick to Bitcoin and ETH.

I agree. A lot of people from the older x generation are going to get duped just like boomers got duped with fake phone calls from scammers claiming to be family members in need of money.

And it is only going to get worse. Fake AI voices certainly level up the entire situation.

I would have thought that by now, we would have some more anti-AI AI tech that could deal with such issues but it seems there is no huge market for that. For whatever reason. Maybe because AI is not advanced enough to be considered a danger.

Truth!
They will always be there at both bear and bull times but we have to be more cautious at these moments of time. Do remember, there are those who are trying to pump a coin that had been in their safekeeping for years and they want to ROI using the bull run now. I won't bite on that trap because I already did before and I learned my lesson.
There are also projects that will try to revive their coin but the truth is they are already dead, they are just trying to make money out of nothing or they still have a large volume of that coin. Although they are listed on some unknown exchange, they are still dust and they will take advantage of this opportunity to sell it if they can somehow increase the demand even with just a cent of a dollar.

Let us all be careful and I agree with OP that investors should understand that this ain't really new but all must be warned just so we won't forget. Let us try to minimize the victims of such phenomena.
