It was already known that the Copa America will be held in the USA in 2024. Conmable, the South American football governing body, has announced which cities in America will be played this time.

Conmable has announced the names of 14 cities. Those cities are Las Vegas, Arlington, Charlotte, Kansas City (Kansas), Orlando, Kansas City (Missouri), Miami, Santa Clara, Atlanta, East Rutherford, Houston, Austin, Inglewood (California) and Glendale

Last time champions Argentina will be seen in the opening match of the 2024 Copa America tournament. Argentina will play the first match at Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The 2024 Copa America final will be held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida

I don't know what ideas with Copa America including participants teams from other region are invited, are there less countries participants of CONMEBOL zone? difference with Asian, African and EUROPE never invited the other participants national region and looks difference later if the invited teams participants will be the winner although less possibility.

Based on group drawing potential the final stage between Argentina vs Brazil, both national candidate teams to be the winner have in far way group with Argentina in Group A and Brazil in Group D, both teams if finish on first or second place standings group stage not matter to face in the final depend success won from 16 round until semifinal stage. Last edition of Copa America Lionel Messi success made his country Argentina become the winner after in the final beat Brazil 1-0.

For this edition I think Brazil more favorite to be the winner with completed squad than Argentina, based on my opinion only

There is still a lot of time for this tournament to start, something like more than 5 months so I highly doubt that there is much to discuss, this is because in addition to there still being a lot of time for the tournament to start, in my opinion Argentina or Brazil Uruguay will be the winners of this tournament . They are the only teams that have won the most in this tournament and currently looking at the squad of each team I would say only Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay have strong squads. I don't see them being able to win this competition. Now one thing I see that in my opinion will not be so good for this competition, is that this competition will take place in June to July, so far I don't see any problem, but the problem starts when they put it on the same date as the euro. 2024

euro 2024 will take place in June to July, and because it is European football in which all the best European players will be playing, so the attention of news channels will be focused on euro 2024, many countries people prefer to follow European football, that's why that in my opinion the euro will be the competition that will have the most importance while the Copa América will not have much attention, I wonder if the Copa América organizers will be able to make a profit from this event since most people will travel to watch it the euro, TV channels will prefer to pay royalties to broadcast the euro

The results of the draw, the most awaited match is the Argentina vs Chile match. Why not, Argentina has the opportunity to avenge their defeat against Chile in the 2015 and 2016 Copa America finals. Eh!... the America's Cup includes the American continent, right?  

Now it is true that the first editions only included the teams from South America, where the real soccer was, right? Well, actually, being organized by CONMEBOL, which corresponds to South America, is the reason, perhaps they exaggerated with the name.

1 have been a big fan of Copa America for years now and I was beginning to wonder why nobody's talking about it, I wanted to create a topic about it, but I searched and found this.

The Copa America kicks off in about 17 days from now and I'm pretty excited about it. I don't like the idea of adding countries from different regions but I get why they do it. They need the money and the awareness. My only worry is what if a country from a different region wins it. I like how all the invited countries are from North America, that way the name Copa America still holds.

One thing I'll miss in this Copa is Neymar. I like watching him when he's serious and means business, but it's sad that he's injured and won't be available. I'd also like to see if Messi can lead his Argentine team to back-to-back Copa America wins. The legend's career seems to get better as he's ageing. The real definition of ageing is like a fine win.
Brazil is in good shape too with Vinicius showing that he can lead a team, but can he lead Brazil? We'll see.

The difference between Brazil and Argentina is that Argentina is more balanced. The defence, midfield and Attack of Argentina are balanced, so even if they don't have as many stars as Brazil, they're still one of the best national teams in the world which makes the favourites for this tournament too.
Let's patiently wait for the 21st, but I think I'll put my money on Argentina.

In Group A Argentina will joining with Peru, Chile and Canada and their first match on group stage will be helded at June 21 against Canada which on the paper Argentina should be able to overcomes Canada without any problem because from squad quality obviously Argentina is much better than Canada and in Group A i think the strongest opponent for Argentina is Chile this because from their previous meeting in this tournament Chile is hard to beated by Argentina and about Argentina chances on group stages i think they can advances to the next round without any problem even possibly Argentina will finish at the first place of Group Table

Argentina would most likely be the team to keep an eye on although there is the samba boys (Brazil) with the likes of vinicius Jr and all the other Brazilian youngster's that are crazy hot, they too will be red hot in trying to win the title although am still skeptical about the rating of the balloon Dior award this year and how and who it will be given to because for the first time the likes of Ronaldo and Messi would be out of the picture and the likes of new faces would probably claim the award.

Brazil should be the Champions this time but one problem I have got with Brazil in the recent past Copa América football competitions is that they got eliminated when there were high expectations on them to move to the next stage of the competition, I still believe that most likely that Argentina is still capable of seeing the trophy on back to back note, and to me, this time Uruguay is a bit far from becoming the trophy winner, I even see Chile to be next online after Argentina and Brazil.

I actually think the Brazilian team is very bad, one of the worst in recent times, and without Neymar... it's really complicated.

Maybe not at the level of the previous squads, but this is no bad squad list and they are strong challengers for the trophy.

This is the new generation of players and they don't have very good boots to fill cause the previous team did not win a lot of trophies. Brazil have a solid midfield, I'll love to see how the coach rotates them around. Up front there are more obvious starters but still youngsters with a claim to some minutes.

My favorites for the trophy is Argentina. Will be a amazing way for Messi to bow out from international football.

For real, hopefully they won't offend European and Latino fans screaming soccer instead of football, this is definitely the best thing, if they're able to make the most out of this opportunity, we might see the US become a fan of the sports forever expanding the influence of this already big sport. For me though, I feel like it's going to be an Argentinian cup this time, that's my belief in this one, the team is solid with Messi in the forward, I think that means something.

Actually is difference level interested when comparing between Euro 2024 and Copa America 2024 because most of fans will priority for watching Euro 2024.

When I look at the composition of the group of Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, I see that these three teams passed to another stage very easily, we just need to see that in the case of group A:



Peru and Chile can sometimes play well, but they won't cause much danger for Argentina, who in the last 4 games they played against Peru won 3 and drew 1, and in the last 3 games Argentina played against Peru, Argentina have won all of their last 3 consecutive games with a record of not having conceded a goal in the last 4 goals against Peru. Seeing this good track record that Argentina has against Peru, I predict Argentina will win when they play against Peru.

There hasn't been a game involving Argentina against Canada since 2015 until today, it seems like they haven't played against each other in the last 10 years. But I also predict Argentina's victory because Canada did poorly in games against teams like Jamaica and Uruguay, but Canada cannot be underestimated. I also predict a victory for Argentina when they play against Chile, but Chile is a team that in the last 3 games has done well against Argentina. Since in the last 3 games in which Argentina played against Chile, they won in just 1 game and drew in 2 games, I predict a difficult game for Argentina when they play against Chile
