Here we go for group D, Colombia have a huge record ahead of Paraguay, they haven't to Paraguay in their last four meetings with two wins and two draw, can we judge today match with the previous performance? I can't really say anything because anything can happen even the euro that is going on now are full of surprises here and there, teams you know can perform well are disappointing me. Colombia just scored. I didn't start the game but from what I have watched so far the game has been Colombia all through. Paraguay were more direct but it's very difficult to cope with pressing like that. If Paraguay had been able to defend well and try to get a goal they might have stood a chance because they made it difficult for Colombia to break them, but they slipped up and Colombia scored with their first attempt on target.

I would really like to watch Brazil Vs Costa Rica. I expect that to be an easy win for Brazil, but with their recent form, it might not be that simple. Costa Rica is not supposed to be a tough opponent, especially for Brazil though.

Colombia led 2-0 in the first half. And in the second half, Colombia kept their defense tight. Colombia are now at the top of the table with full points from this match.

I can't remember the last time I saw Colombia lose any match. Colombia team has won consecutively in the last 9 matches. I am waiting for Brazil vs Costa Rica match. This match will be exciting. I watched the last few matches of Brazil. This team is not in very good form. It sucks to have lost a bet on them, I would agree but I don't If I would say they're a terrible going by their performance today, Costa Rica just became a prime Atletico Madrid defense against Barcelona team that looks for opening and creating chances, more than 70 minutes of the to 90 minute was played in Costa Rica's final 3rd, Brazil were rather just unlucky I'd say, they were able able to create chances upon chances, with a ~10 man defense deployed by Costa Rica. On a good night this match could have been 4-5 nil victory for Brazil, maybe my opinion of the team would change before the end of the tournament, but I think I like what I've seen from them this night.

I had to sacrifice my sleeping time to watch them, due to time difference and I'm not really impressed with them drawing in that match. Well, their performance was good and you're right to say they weren't lucky, they created more chances and even had a goal by Paris Saint Germain central back, Marquinhos cancelled by VAR. I don't think this is the first time I've seen a national side with superstars failing to perform spectacularly, so it's not that surprising. I can see their chemistry as a contributing factor though, it's not easy to integrate players from so many different clubs on a new system, etc. Then again a slight change in luck will change the narrative quickly so it's not doom and gloom for them. Hopefully, there's enough time to figure out how to play better against a defensive team so they can at least convert one goal next time. CMIIW.

Brazil has become a shits team in recent times, there is no pride from every player in Brazil, they don't show that they are a team that has won the World Cup 5x and also the Copa America several times, it's just surprising that this disappointing performance continues in the Copa America because I think they only bad in the world cup qualifiers because they didn't have enough time to build unity among the players but apparently that wasn't the case.

I don't think this is the first time I've seen a national side with superstars failing to perform spectacularly, so it's not that surprising. But basically this is still early days and they have just finished their first match in the group phase, there are still several more matches ahead and there are many opportunities for Brazil to top the group standings and qualify for the next round.
Moreover, today match against Costa Rica also showed how great Brazil game was with complete dominance throughout the match, they dominated possession of the ball and also their attacking efforts, they had 4 good opportunities.
But in reality Costa Rica defense and pattern of play could not really be penetrated by the Brazilian players to produce goal, Patrick Sequeira as Costa Rica goalkeeper really showed how great he was at saving the goal from every dangerous shot.

Hope is that in the next two matches Brazil will at least get win and also get full points from each match and that way they will be sure to advance to the next round to fight again and fight for the title in the final.
Brazil is filled with some very great young players and it would be shame or disappointment if they were to be eliminated from the 2024 Copa America competition.

This game was not only uninteresting as you said but it was very shocking to everyone. It was very unfortunate for Brazil team not to be able to secure a goal against a weak team as Costa Rica. Someone said it here earlier that no team can be underestimate as they are all here for trophy and Costa Rica just proved him right. I know they dominated the game throughout but this is a tournament for God sake and opportunity should not be wasted.

Dominating game without a goal in a tournament is as good as losing the match because it adds no value to your point. It was a draw game but I see it as a lost game for Brazil. Ronaldinho was right about this Brazil squad and we all see what he is seeing here when he said that the Brazil team will not play well in this Copa America, imagine Brazil can’t score a goal against Costa Rica, if I was told that the match would end without any goal I will not believe, Brazil is among the best country that has best players in the world, imagine Brazil has Vinicius the number one current ballon Dior contestant, Rodrygo, Raphina, and all these young players but to score against Costa Rica is a big problem them, what a poor performance from Real Madrid players like Rodrygo and Vinicius.

Even though they managed to get 1 point in the match, but at this time Brazil showed us their very small mentality, facing Costa Rica should be an easy match for Brazil considering that Brazil has a better squad than Costa Rica, achieving one point of course makes Brazil currently have to be satisfied with being in second place,  Against Costa Rica which is a relatively weak team and even Brazil managed to control the match up to 75% of course it is quite funny if in the match Brazil has to draw 0-0, Brazil has many chances in the match but only a few are able to endanger the Costa Rica goal.

Brazil fans must admit that they could not play well in this match which is why Brazil failed to win the match. It is not an argument that Brazil could not score because the field was small.

I don't like Brazil's performance in this match. It is true that a lot of attacks are made by Brazilian players. But Brazil's attacks were not strong. Brazil's players had a total of 19 shots, but only 3 shots on target.

I think the main reason for Brazil's bad condition is their bad match strategy and formation. Brazil team played in 4-2-3-1 formation in this match. The interesting thing is that none of the Brazilian players can pass the ball properly to Vini. Vini might have been able to score in the match if he got enough chances.
