Agree with all you said, Argentina played very badly and Ecuador played well, it's really interesting to see nowadays small teams can give a fight with the top teams, it's not only happen in Copa America, but it also happen in Euro.

Venezuela has a high chance to beat Canada, Venezuela haven't lose in group stage, on the other hand Canada isn't that strong too.

I watched the match from the first minute until the last penalty goal scored by Otamendi. Argentina played well in that match, Ecuador also tried their best. I'm not saying Argentina's performance was so bad that they deserved to lose, but of course they won't always be able to control the pressure well when the opposing team applies high pressure.

Yep, its not true that Argentina played very badly yesterday, but it is true that some of the Argentina players did not play as usual.
Argentina strategy could not develop because Ecuador played extraordinary yesterday, they had to play aggressively rather than just defending against Argentina because they will definitely lose if they only play defensively since the beginning.
Actually, I hope Enner doesn't miss his penalty,  the match will definitely be more intense and Argentina will definitely play aggressively after 1-1.

The goalie made some amazing saves that kept them from losing. So far it looks like the old guard is being put down. They can't depend on their names, Argentina and Brazil. Seriously, this Copa is crazy! Playing games is always a craps shoot. There will be early elimination for Argentina if this keeps up

Any finishing of Argentina less than the first position will be considered a failure, Messi and his men will be mocked. Messi missed his penalty kick, Luckily it did not cost them the game because if the person of Lionel Messi could miss the first kick, many other younger players in the team would have been affected by it, and missed their chances, but they responded well, stay cool headed and made sure that they were able to make sure that they score the remaining kicks.

Well who would have thought that Ecuador was almost able to kick out Argentina. I didn't follow the Copa very closely and only saw the final result, but hell what a mess would it have been if they eliminated Messi's Argentina. I would what the odds were that the game ends in a draw after 120 minutes. I thought that Argentina would be the dominant team in this tournament, but it is much closer than expected.

There is no extra time in the quarter-finals and semi-finals of 2024 Copa America and teams would go straight to penalty shootouts if their match ends in a draw after 90 minutes.

Venezuela as been in a good form right from the beginning of the tournament which they are playing excellently, they finished the group with the complete matches won that why they will be playing against Canada who finished second place in table, nothing can be said in this regard because shocked as been catching me because unexpected things are happening, the one you expect to qualify are qualifying but with narrow win, that is luck get them covered. Let see how this will be but my favourite team here is Venezuela due to their consistency since the starting of the tournament.

Unfortunately Venezuela run out of luck, Canada play better than them, so Canada really deserve to win. With poor performance by Argentina in the last match, Canada could pull an upset. Canada just need to chill down a little bit since they made many fouls.

Nothing is a clear win for anybody I mean haven't you seen what is happening in these rounds of the knockout stages and I am relating to both the euro and Copa America because I think all the game are likely ending in draws and penalty is the one deciding the game.  I won't be surprised if Argentina or Brazil are knocked  out of the competition because Argentina was nearly knocked out during their penalty shoot out.

Canada and Venezuela played very fiercely and after the 1 - 1 draw they tended to be more careful by optimizing each other defensive strengths and slowly attacking to gain the upper hand, but in the end they had to go to penalty shootout as the decider.
3 - 4 became the final points in the penalty shootout and Canada emerged as the winner who was entitled to enter the semifinals against Argentina, this will be quite difficult semifinal match for Canada considering that Argentina is very strong team.
As previously predicted, Argentina is the favorite and they will be in the 2024 Copa America final.

Other two matches in the quarter-finals will take place tomorrow and we will see how they compete to get place and enter the semifinals, if the first match is clear Colombia is the favorite and for the second between Brazil vs Uruguay is match that is difficult to predict.
But in the Colombia vs Panama match we can make Colombia the favorite and it might be the right option to bet on.

I was expecting Venezuela to advance honestly. It was a fierce fight anyway though. I really liked Canada's determination. But now they are going to face Argentina in the semi finals. They already played against each other in the group stage and Argentina were so comfortable. I think we are likely to watch a similar game so it shouldn't be a big deal for Argentina to reach the finale. 

Tonight the last semi finalists are going to be determined. I still think Colombia and Uruguay will advance. Uruguay - Brazil is such a tough one so none of the possible results would surprise me. I just think Uruguay play better these days.

This is the second penalty shootout Argentina are surviving in this tournament. Beating Ecuador 4-2 in the penalty yesterday. Getting closer to the final round of this tournament and beginning to believe in Argentina that they will win the competition. Meanwhile, they have to step up their game because they were quite dull yesterday and did not play how they did in the past matches. Maybe Ecuador was a very competitive opponent yesterday but not good enough to beat Matinez in penalty kicks. He is still my favorite in a competition like this.
