Looks like there is something wrong with the the RoboStatus uptime status? It says it's offline (and last checked an hour ago when I hover the mouse over it) when in fact, both the clearnet and the onion link has been accessible for quite some time now.

You mean Robosats? Or some other service? Robosats uptime is checked against dex.robosats.com |

Robosats .com (which I see is posted on their X account bio) is not leading anywhere. Yes, it checks the .org domain as onion links checking is not supported. The Tor network is way too unreliable for that. I'm surprised that neither dex URL is resolving in a normal browser. This is going to complicate status checking for this site a lot. I think it's because the DEX only supports connection through Tor - I read this on their website a few months ago. They must have finally dismantled the .com subdomain. |

Some light maintenance is being done on the BTCPay Server admin dashboard and so the payments for the AML checker may be briefly unavailable during this time.
Edit: This has been fixed yesterday with no downtime required on the BTCPay Server. It turned out to be a Cloudflare issue.

Pasted from the altcoinstalks thread ( here): Should I create a Tox account to use as a contact method for BitMixList? I was wondering if I should add more contact methods besides the forum, email and Telegram. I think Session has probably shut down by now due to the lack of funding, Matrix is not used in this industry, and I don't like the fact that Signal can leak phone numbers and notifications. What do you guys think? |

Should I create a Tox account to use as a contact method for BitMixList?
I tried it once to see how it works, but nobody I know uses Tox so I switched to SimpleX chat. More people are using SimpleX and there are even bots that work similar like telegram bots, plus there is no need for using phone numbers for registration. |

SimpleX is the most appropriate and private way of communication that I know of, and it is used by a lot of crypto users... I know some good projects that uses or used it in the past. |

We've upgraded the AML Checker. Here's what's new.
- Account balances now display as USD credit. Legacy balances were converted at the rate of 100 checks = $40.00 credit.
- In addition to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BSC, and Arbitrum addresses are now supported.
- Misttrack was removed as an AML source. Now AMLbot is the only source.
- As a thank you to our customers, we have lowered the price of an AML check to $0.70.
- Cached reports remain free.
- Credit packages are now $4.00 and $40.00.
- Balances, payment and invoice history were preserved during the migration.

Can you share why Misttrack was removed? It did not give a good AML score or it was too expensive to make it be worth?
People were complaining to me that it was not showing the parts of the transaction history which come from mixers inside its score, and also the telegram bots are much cheaper than the API which I had running on Quicknode, so I ended up cancelling my subscription. |

Dear users!
Over the last few days, AML checks were being intermittently disrupted because the Telegram session token used for the automated checks was revoked during routine maintenance.
I had attempted to solve this by using a custom Telegram Desktop automation, but that solution turned out to be too unreliable. Today a solution has been found to authenticate a new session token, and the GUI tooling is no longer in use. No credits have been consumed by the failed AML checks.
I sincerely apologize for any AML checking that was disrupted during this time, and we hope that you will continue using the BitMixList AML checker now that the underlying problem had been fixed.
As mentioned above, a new privacy tool is coming, so I am looking forward to all the benefits that it will provide in this space.

Monero payments for the AML checker are temporarily unavailable because of a billing issue. We are working to restore this ASAP. Bitcoin payments and Trocador are not affected.
Additionally, the mempool mirror is also temporarily unavailable, because it is located on the affected server too. We are working to setup the new hardware with these services as well.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update: these issues have been resolved.

Apparently, the VPS provider's network containing the AML checker bot has been unreachable since last night. This is causing AML checks to fail. I am now trying to reach customer support.
Your AML checks, tokens, and payments are safe as they are stored elsewhere.
Please wait while I find a solution for this. Once again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
A backup of the bot has been located, and I'm busy rebuilding it on another server.
Update 08:07 UTC: The bot has been rebuilt. Deploying now...
Update 09:04 UTC: The issue has been successfully resolved. AML checks are working again.

These checkers attempt to connect to your wallet and instead of running an AML check or asking for payment, they empty the connected wallet completely. Please only use verified, safe checkers, like BitMixList AML. Do not use random checkers you find on the internet! BitMixList AML will never ask to connect to your wallet.
