I have no idea what kind of game is this but looking at how it looks like, is it type of mines game? Do you have "how to play" information or maybe video tutorial to play the game? I tried to open FAQ and Terms page but it requires an account to continue opening the page, why dont you make it public so anyone can read it without an account? I believe it is the first time I see this game, are you the first one who have it or maybe are you the one who created this game? Signature campaign has been suggested already which is highly recommend but you're going to need some funds for it, you might also want to hire a designer for your ANN thread so it's more appealing to the eyes of the people that's going to check out your casino. Another one that seems to look good for your casino is hosting giveaways or games in the Games and Rounds board of the Gambling board, that's definitely going to appeal to many forum members as it's a giveaway or you can do some sign-up bonus for your casino or something like that, pretty cool that you've started from scratch and I hope you find success and players here in the forum.

Hi Bureau, glad you liked the design, in terms of the issue with the FAQs and terms of service, we are currently solving the problem so it should be made public to everyone in the next day or so. As for the 96 members you noticed. This was part of our testing process. We've been evaluating our chat function's capability to manage simultaneous messages from multiple accounts. This test involved using 96 different accounts to simulate high activity, however, the chat function seems to be a bit bipolar at the moment and only wants to work when it feels like it . We will be disabling it soon but we have a resolution for it so it shouldn't be down for too long. Thanks.

also, in my opinion, only licensed casinos should require KYC from their players. and if possible, your FAQ and terms should be viewable even if you haven't signed up yet in your site. because right now, you need to log in to see those sections. it is better to be acquainted with those terms and other faq items before creating an account. not all players wanted to create an account at the first look on the site.

because if you are against with some rules, better not to create your account, right? or one way is to create a dummy account first. but is this site strict with one IP, one user policy?

but on the aspect of uniqueness, i can say, it may attract interest as some gamblers are looking for fresh games. not the usual stuff you can see on a gambling site.

Nice I was about to point that out also,  because on visiting the site,  I saw a lot of features that are not working which made me to think for a second if this casino is still at its demo stage,  but reading your comment have clarified a lot about that confusion and since you said you are still working on the site to get some things fixed,  it is necessary to say at this point that,  it will take some time from now to see a fully set casino that will meet up with player demands in terms of games and communication features such as the chat box,  this is important since players will be leaving looking out for such features from the site.

Let me commend you,  on your activeness here in the forum at least you have been active in responding ASAP to queries and that character will help you to avoid members' assumptions about things on the site because you are already giving clarity in a number of issues raised already.
