As for the 96 members you noticed. This was part of our testing process. We've been evaluating our chat function's capability to manage simultaneous messages from multiple accounts. This test involved using 96 different accounts to simulate high activity, however, the chat function seems to be a bit bipolar at the moment and only wants to work when it feels like it . We will be disabling it soon but we have a resolution for it so it shouldn't be down for too long. Thanks.

also, in my opinion, only licensed casinos should require KYC from their players. and if possible, your FAQ and terms should be viewable even if you haven't signed up yet in your site. because right now, you need to log in to see those sections. it is better to be acquainted with those terms and other faq items before creating an account. not all players wanted to create an account at the first look on the site.

because if you are against with some rules, better not to create your account, right? or one way is to create a dummy account first. but is this site strict with one IP, one user policy?

Nice I was about to point that out also,  because on visiting the site,  I saw a lot of features that are not working which made me to think for a second if this casino is still at its demo stage,  but reading your comment have clarified a lot about that confusion and since you said you are still working on the site to get some things fixed,  it is necessary to say at this point that,  it will take some time from now to see a fully set casino that will meet up with player demands in terms of games and communication features such as the chat box,  this is important since players will be leaving looking out for such features from the site.

We also agree with you AmoreJaz about the KYC, I guess one day all providers will be forced to obtain a license one way or another to be able to operate in this industry. However, until then, being anonymous is the best way to go. You're 100% correct about our FAQs and terms of service being public, we have brought it up with our developers and the fix should be done in the next day or so. Currently, you can make multiple accounts on the same IP. I visit it as well but unlike you, I didn't feel any extra-ordinary. So, sorry. But indeed it was only simple. There were lack of designs, writings, and other stuffs I see in the screen. I guess that is because there is only one game available. Speaking of game, I don't know what is it, but I think it was like a mines, due to its layout. Add in their domain name which indicates explosion.

As you pointed out, TOS needs to be viewable easily. Usually it is placed under the sign up and sign in button because of their importance. 96 members are still there, so they are definitely a bot. I think it's better that they are not making any noise, because bot's messages are not that good enough, and it's only going to annoy you more.

The platform needs a lot of improvement, I know that you are presenting something new to the community, and the community welcomes it but there should be an explanation of how everything works here I tried to access the FAQ and Terms page but it's not accessible and I need to sign up to access it, which for me is not preferable, I choose to read the FAQ, terms and everything about the platform so I can fully understand and can comply before joining.

I hope you can configure the platform properly so we can explore the site, since you have your YouTube link on the homepage it's better to create a video on how the games could be played, I marked the site to be in its testing phase for now.

We may also within the next week release a video tutorial on some of our socials, showing all that are interested how to play in both manual mode and auto mode.

It is great that you are actively developing and improving your platform.  This shows that youre committed to providing a good gaming experience for your users. If I can add a few more suggestions: I think the registration and sign in could be easier.  Forcing people to make up new passwords is annoying and people hate passwords these days anyway.  Maybe try using magic links and persistent cookies instead? When you click on a link in an email it logs you in automatically and  no password needed!  I'm no developer but magic links sound like an easy win to me.  It's worth looking into cuz making registration complex turns people off.  You want signing up to be as easy as possible.

Actually, I don't understand what games are displayed on this site or I missed it, so for lay users like me, the site owner should prepare the game for demo practice when other people have to try it on the front page of the site without having to register, that would be very good. Again, since some people don't have to create an account first to make a deposit and play, if a demo game is provided on the front page as well for visitors it will also attract them to become regular users if it's fun.

We have created this game from the ground up and have come up with the designs ourselves. We are currently getting a demo ready however to keep it simple, once you funded your account, you simply choose a bet amount and click a box, the box you have chosen will reveal a multiplier which will ultimately determine the outcome of your bet. The game is not loaded for me in firefox but it is loaded well in chrome, I dont know what is wrong but I can load other casinos well both in firefox and chrome.
The chat looks weird as well because it seems to be not shorted well based on the time, it must be a bug (at least visual bug).
Since it is a new game, I think you should add information about the game more in the homepage (can be under or top of the game) which is clickable.

Just took a look at the webpage and the interface and I must say that in my opinion there is still some work to do with comes to the development of the interface, animations and navigation through the casino. I tried to access to the FAQ of the casino and still asked me to sign up/log in, in order to read those answers to the most frequently asked questions. To me, it does not make sense to block someone without account from leaning more about a game/casino one must be interested to deposit onto.
The chat seems to lack of life or at least that was the impression I got, whether I suffered from some bug which did not allow me to see the most recent messages or there were no messages to be seen, which is even more strange if we keep in mind there is alledgely 96 users connected/online at the moment of taking my first look to the casino.

Yeah I only put in $25 so it wasn’t too much to worry about. Plus hey, I guess it’s the only way to learn if they’re a scam or not! It seems that some may be confused. The point you make is something we should have made more transparent earlier.

As any good platform no matter the, function, service or industry, should constantly be developing and improving. Partly, the direction of our development falls back on our customers, we have structured our platform this way so we can change and improve functionality to your (our customer) liking. We constantly have the customers preference first in mind, which is why we urge you to give us suggestions and feedback.

In saying this, all functionality that is available to you is fully developed, it does work. We would not have launched an ANN thread if we didn't believe players could sign up and make gains.

Of course like all software there may be an occasional bug, we have set up fail safes and we track every movement. This is part of our initiative to always deliver on constant improvements.

I understand the casino terrain OP and I know for sure one day there would be an update on policies and may be the government might have come knocking at the door of your casino and possibly you would have no option than to play along with the government and that is how the whole drama begins. The 10,000 balance is a demo balance or ‘visual money’ as you have stated. Our Demo Play mode does not require any sign up or log in. We did this so we can allow anyone to participate and get a taste for the platform!

If you would like to play in ‘REAL PLAY’. You will have to provide a payment and participate with your own funds, this requires you to register and log in.

The numbers you see turn around on the boxes are the multiplier values. After you have selected a box and clicked ‘bet’, whatever multiple that is revealed will equate to the value of your winning! You may see other boxes flip with higher multipliers as well. We have set this intentionally to show you what other multipliers are up for grabs at the time.

for now, they should really not require kyc because they are not licensed in the first place. so that's not a question for now. it is understandable if they require in the future, that is, if they applied for their license. but if not, i don't see any reason why such requirement.

Yeah it's a unique game, to keep it simple, just choose a bet amount, click a box, and the multiplier that is shown is multiplied by your bet amount. For example, a $10 bet on a 2x box will result in a $20 outcome meaning you profited $10 in that bet.

You are right. That has always been the norm where by a small casino would start without including KYC on their terms and conditions of service and so on when they start receiving hugh traffic and funds they deviate secretly without informing or giving a notice to their members.
They then start requesting for KYC details so as to enable them get what they want most times, such sudden changes is as a result of government regulatory bodies that must have come after them to get their own cake so the casino can not do much than complying with them by doing this. The community have had several complaints of this nature in the past with their clients.
Nevertheless, I believe your casino would make it big time here if only they do things accordingly as it is in accordance with the platform policies, I think they would be able to achieve new goals here as well.

Thanks for letting us know that’s very odd. We’ve never seen that before, McAfee is a bit useless anyway, from our experience Google reports is a lot more reliable.

We have been hard at work perfecting the platform whilst also listening to your requests.

Please see below as we address and explain the changes and new features we have applied to the platform!

Mobile Friendly Site Navigation: we have added a Navigation bar in the top left hand corner for all mobile users. This is where our customers can easily access their transactions, rewards/ bonuses and sign out option.

New Transaction Page: Tracking your Deposits, Withdrawals and Plays just got easier! You can track your every move that goes on within 8ombard. Simply Navigate to the Transactions button either located within your profile icon or on the top left corner mobile navigation bar.

Rewards/ Bonus Page: Once we roll out our official Rewards and Bonuses you will be able to track what rewards you are eligible for, active bonuses and also track your reward progression. Simply Navigate to the Rewards button either located within your profile icon or on the top left corner mobile navigation bar.

$20 Max Bet Cap: Like all good platforms in the industry Bankroll is everything! Without it the platform is redundant. This is why we have lowered the max bet to $20. This temporary bet cap will allow us to organically build our bankroll so we can invest more into the platform and give a more rewarding experience back to you!

Op I find out another front-end bug. So when you click on profile avatar -> profile and open the Account Modal, after closing the modal the scroll bar of the game page disappears and the page is not scrollable to me.

There is something strange about them that makes me think they are not real players or are part of the team!
Another thing you may consider reviewing is when you try logging in using the user name then you click on try "another method" the first letter of the user's email will be visible and the number of asterisks is exactly the number of the hidden characters from the email address. That may cause some privacy issues.

Well if you are a website designer then you will also understand what I mean.  In website designing there is a way you design your site will make things easy for visitor. If this website was meant for only news reading and and only to sign up for news participation then where the sign up is won't be a problem but this is a casino where you must register before having access to most of the features so in that case you don't have to hide two most important features in the site which are sign up and sign-in button. I was not talking of ToS but to rearrange the most important features to the public and not to hide them. If the casino didn't see anything wrong with that then who am I to tell them to rearrange their site. Yeah nothing wrong about it since they can do whatever they like on their casino and so the users will sign up immediately if they want to access the site and to see what's inside.

But I also understand what Agbe said its better if they make it more simpler to the site visitor to see the site and read some important details so that they could see what they need to look up before they register. What we have found thus far is that it is an internet connection issue that causes this. However, we have spoken to the dev team and we will look into possibly using a more efficient server. Sorry, I didn't mention which mode I'm playing in. When I'm playing with the bonus balance, that problem persists but when I'm playing with the demo balance everything goes well. Maybe the problem occurs when playing with the bonus balance. I received this bonus balance last time after post promotion about it, months ago.

I do agree that it will be similar to cash hunt bonus by Evolution. However, this could be why the team behind design it so that it will be unique and no one will tell that they have copied it?

One thing I noticed though is that when I played in on my laptop not all of the box or squares are seen in my screen? I have to like 75% of my screen resolution just to be able to see and pick which one I like to open?

Are you sure it's not your connection? I have been testing the site for the last 2-3 days and don't have any issues with the bet finishing. I faced an issue with my bets not showing up on the bets tab, but I cleared my cache and that issue was resolved. Maybe you should clear your cookies and cache as well and see if that helps.

@Wapfika I got that bonus balance here in discussion thread, OP credited it to my account. IIRC they just ask me to drop my username and they will credit 5$ actual balance (not bonus balance) but after I end up losing the actual balance because of I don't know how the game works they gave me the 5$ bonus balance.

The reason why you were seeing the 10x appear is because we are showing you what else you would have been eligible to win that round.

Obviously not every round will have the same multipliers available. This is why you only see the bigger multipliers pop up in some rounds.

As for your password registration. We use a third-party system which factors in all types of security risks and breaches.

This is a great suggestion and it makes way more sense practically speaking. As you mentioned, the current contest could possibly never end thanks to the huge range and is probably the reason why there is less interest in it.

My suggestion is that the winning number should be close to a particular range(Ex: 566 within the 550-570 range). This would make the contest far more entertaining.

You have a point there mate, the range is big and obviously they will only get 1 winner in their and it should be the exact guess. I like the simpleness of the game itself, but they should at least narrow it down or even get 5 winners that are very close in their guesses in the next 24 hours-48 hours.

After that, total reset of the game, guess again the numbers rinse and repeat. And I think more gamblers are going to attract with this kind of mechanics of game. And instead of just 1 winner, it could be 5 or less and then divide that $100 amongst them to the closest guess. 50/30/20 split.

Yeah, There’s only few users that is active on game and round boards even though there’s a lot of users that post on gambling boards.  The huge range of number is the main factor why I’m hesitant to join because this campaign will surely gonna take too long for us to luckily guess the winning number.

I think it’s better for me to make this a raffle style but with a requirements to hit certain multiplier on the casino to have an actual engagement on the casino before we can join on giveaway.

Once again, congrats on winning our challenge! It took a while but we got there in the end!

I can see on our backend there is an error within the awarded bonus balance causing these two issues.

I think whatever you win in that contest should be withdrawable immediately without needing any wagering requirements or anything, but if it's indicated in the contest that such requirements exist, then you should meet the requirements.

And I believe you should understand that not everyone likes to withdraw their bonuses out of a casino, most especially if they have nothing important to do with the money, that issues that aren't already sorted out, most would like to play with their bonus, even if the bonus doesn't come with e wager requirement, they like to play with it as it is an opportunity to win much more money if luck is on their side, but if luck isnt on their side and the money is lost, it's still no big deal since it's money that was given to them possibly for free.

Like I signed up on one telegram casino this morning, I was given a bonus of 1 ton coin with absolutely no wager required to withdraw it, I decided to play slot game with it, and luckily, I won over 10 Ton coin in the process, imagine I had withdrawn the 1 ton and left 😁.

By the way I somewhat agree that  a prize is a prize and in this case is also no big deal for me  : the goal is to have fun with it but is always better knowing in advance if there strigs atttached or no.
If you can withdraw when you have had enough fun for the day or if you have to keep on playing and you have to do it in a certain timeframe.

Also keep in consideration , in case it might help in identifying the cause fo the problem to switch from demo-mode to realmoney-mode I have to use the slider three times :

usually when I log in it is in demo , when I click the slider it scrolls to right and "real money" green writing is displayed but the balance is still the demo money one;
so I click it again it scroll left and a yellow "demo money" wording appears and balance is still demo one and clicking it once again does the trick.

By the way am experiencing the above issues ( the quoted part as well) on two different PCs.

- everything runs smooth when I play in demo mode but everytime I place a bet in real money mode the bet amount is istantly deducted from my balance but the tile I bet on keep on spinning on itself forever and I have to refresh the page just to see the outcome of my bet reflected into my overall balance...and it takes away all the fun.

- also under bet history tab  I cannot see any track of the bets I placed; they are not displayed under all bets tab as well btw.

Also keep in consideration , in case it might help in identifying the cause fo the problem to switch from demo-mode to realmoney-mode I have to use the slider three times :

usually when I log in it is in demo , when I click the slider it scrolls to right and "real money" green writing is displayed but the balance is still the demo money one;
so I click it again it scroll left and a yellow "demo money" wording appears and balance is still demo one and clicking it once again does the trick.

By the way am experiencing the above issues ( the quoted part as well) on two different PCs.

Yes everything is working smoothly now and I am enjoying the game : started rolling in autobet mode switching from low volatility level to normal and extreme ( played the most in normal btw) and turned your generous $100 contest prize into $245.8 the moment am writing this and am still rolling 
Lady luck has been on my side until now.

I see under faq you state about chat rules by I cannot see any chatbox, it would be a very good addition imo ( I like to socialize between rolls). Also, although I like the minimal style of your site, I think it would be nice also a page with leaderboards ( daily, weekly, monthly alltime) for wagered/profit/loss and stuff like as I think that could help in building players loyalty.
