I have played some hands and tried to find some lacks what would be improved / added. Maybe the team and previous tester are also aware of it. but still, I am mentioning them.

1. The minimum bet is $0.1 but It does not let me play (button disabled). and seems the minimum bet is $0.2



2. I did not find any option for disabling the game sound. It would be better sound enable/disable button.

3. Game history is not updated from time to time. After playing a few bets I could not see the update of the bet history from time to time. But after reload it shows.

4. Can not see any history in my bets



5. After clicking on Deposit Crypto, I assume the page should be opened. But nothing happens.



6. Withdraw page does not show any list of crypto for choosing as a withdrawal currency. It just shows the amount field and the withdraw address field (but which wallet address?).



7. 2FA feature should be added.


I know this is just a start. It's normal to lack some features. Hopefully, the team will take care of these features and add them in the future.

Thanks for the thorough response sujonali, we have sent this to our developers and they are starting to solve some of the problems now. We were going to introduce a new bonus, however, we believe it's more wise to wait for us to fix most of these features before we do that. Thanks again though we really appreciate it!

I would also add a support livechat plus members livechat (believe it or not, it matters a lot for members to communicate between them)

You are right. Though the design looks good atm but yes to survive with the other popular project it should be improved. I assume this will also happen when they add more official and third-party games.

We are pushing several updates as we speak. Some of these are based around the suggestions from the forum, the smaller things that need to be fixed.

The other updates we are pushing concern the transactions, bonus system and a database roll back.

Your bonus does not expire, if it is not showing it will return soon. We have everything documented in the back logs.

We have an exciting campaign coming soon, hence why we are taking extra care to make sure all aspects are perfect.

When i try to open the site i got this alarm. I do not know what could be the reason for this or it can be a false alarm by McAfee WebAdvisor. I would proceed with "Visit anyway" but you can check if there is some security flaw which triggers this if we have McAfee webadviser installed on our system.

Thanks for letting us know that’s very odd. We’ve never seen that before, McAfee is a bit useless anyway, from our experience Google reports is a lot more reliable.

We have been hard at work perfecting the platform whilst also listening to your requests.

Mobile Friendly Site Navigation: we have added a Navigation bar in the top left hand corner for all mobile users. This is where our customers can easily access their transactions, rewards/ bonuses and sign out option.

New Transaction Page: Tracking your Deposits, Withdrawals and Plays just got easier! You can track your every move that goes on within 8ombard. Simply Navigate to the Transactions button either located within your profile icon or on the top left corner mobile navigation bar.

Rewards/ Bonus Page: Once we roll out our official Rewards and Bonuses you will be able to track what rewards you are eligible for, active bonuses and also track your reward progression. Simply Navigate to the Rewards button either located within your profile icon or on the top left corner mobile navigation bar.

$20 Max Bet Cap: Like all good platforms in the industry Bankroll is everything! Without it the platform is redundant. This is why we have lowered the max bet to $20. I also want to ask about the bet results on the "top bets", are all of them made by real players (not part of the team)?

The bet results on the Top Bets are from people outside of the team. We are aware that it has stayed the same and changes are minimal. This is because plays aren’t frequent enough, which is understandable considering we are only new. The more people we have playing, the more the top bets will change, we are hoping to see some more 1000x wins!

I see someone is reporting most of the issues I have reported, so it's nice to see i'm not the only 1 who faced these issues and that they are being worked on. I also would like to add that once you hit minimum the bet goes to $.10 and you cannot type in $.20 $.30 $.40 or anything. If you hit the + it goes up by $1 increment. That needs fixed as well, thx.

Op I find out another front-end bug. So when you click on profile avatar -> profile and open the Account Modal, after closing the modal the scroll bar of the game page disappears and the page is not scrollable to me.

There is something strange about them that makes me think they are not real players or are part of the team!
Another thing you may consider reviewing is when you try logging in using the user name then you click on try "another method" the first letter of the user's email will be visible and the number of asterisks is exactly the number of the hidden characters from the email address. That may cause some privacy issues.

The users "cd8om" and ah8om" are users we are looking to sponsor, the bets they made are real bets with real money that they took in the testing phase and yes that 1,000x is real.
