What a fcked up way to to react after being given a possible 6 figure airdrop.  And I'm here who risk real money staking tokens of some of the supposed to be Monad aligned protocols and got nothing for staking them.  Lmao.  Instead I got some tokens for using HL and for holding Hypurr NFT.

And pretty sure HL users will dump their airdrop too as they hate Monad from what I noticed in Discord.

That's the main consequence by giving away the tokens to the KOL and CTs who are not Monad maximalist. They treated it as a free money, and they can dump it to the market at once, then convert it to the HyperLiquid or something else.

Don't be surprised if there will be a dump on the first day of Monad's spot trade due to the so many non Monad supporters dumping their tokens for free money.

They get it for free, they can do whatever they want.

Even if it reaches a low price, i will think it for a twice to stack it on my bag. It's cuz i don't wanna see it to become another linea, or 0g, which is continuously dumping to the hell.

That makes it bitter and undermines the community even before the token even comes into existence. In case Monad observes heavy dumping in the first day, it will merely be because of rewarding non-loyal users. Airdrops are effective in cases where incentives are aligned, and not in pursuit of clout.

You're right. It seems the paradigm is just shifting to the how dev value offchain contributors more than onchain contributors. I remember what happened to the 0g. It has very similar case to the monad where dev abandon its testnet users, and rewarding KOLs and influencers more.

It's also very weird to see how dev these days put more allocation for yappers who always repeat the same tweet created by AI everydays.

They rewarded bot's tweet more than on chain effort.

Have any of you guys here farm HyperEVM?  There hasn't been a single good airdrop in it so far and the first one looks like it's gonna airdrop in a couple of days.  I'm talking about Kinetiq.  Supposedly a good one if some of the guys at the HL community is to be believed.

Anyway, it's always good to try things and use a new eco early as it will give your wallet a footprint that other protocols will notice.  That gives you more chances for other airdrops...

Is the ICO era back again? Some big projects are back with their token sales in order to raise a lot of funding --- as this attracts the attention of CT at X who continues to provide this narrative, is it possible that ICO will return to hype?

Maybe joining their token sale is still profitable but I think there will be other projects that follow the same path that end up becoming a scam.

In your list, the only worthy ICO to participate is rainbow. It's offering the lowest FDV, which is easy to expecting at least 100% ROI or more. The rest are just so damn risky caused by it's being priced with very high FDV Fogo 1b FDV, AI 1b FDV.

They're back on the menu but they're not back like it's 'hey we're back like it's 2017' back.  Lolol.  Lots of these folks getting into these will lose money.  The crowd is different now, they're a lot smarter and more not likely to be separated from their money.  

Gone are the days of the Dentacoin ICO when you could buy any ICO and 8 out of 10 you get at least a 10 bagger.  And that's the minimum.

^  It's also not just being smart before TGE.  The crowd is also smart after post TGE...  They don't just ape in anything anymore and they guys who participated the in pre market rounds are willing to take a loss and sell their tokens as soon as they get unlocked.  Lol.  No one holds anymore.  They know most these sht don't have any value.

And yeah...  The easy money is gone.  That's why a lot of the devs have left and have made their transition to AI or back to real tech.  There could be a possibility that crypto isn't 'the thing' to get into anymore.  The jig could be up.

3x ROI is not only more than enough, but it's beyond my expectation. I mostly made it from invested on Boundless, which changing my 2320 USD to the almost 7k USD during the listing, and it's only 50% of my allocation. So i still have 50% as my pure profit.

BTW, talked bout ranbow, the hype of rainbow ain't that big. So it makes sense to betting on 30% - 50% at very least. However, the pump is possible to happen only for the diamond hand, but the risk is also high. Considering it's starting the sale with 100m FDV, i think it's worthy.

Hey everybody, so...  What are you guys farming rn? 

As for me besides Ethereal and Curvance, I recently made a deposit at Fogo and also made a deposit at Variational.  Both Ethereal and Variational are decent, but they still don't compare to Hyperliquid.  HL is by far the best DEX I've ever used and I keep going back to it as my main trading venue. 

I'm also waiting for GTE and Ambient.  I think GTE could be a good one.

Guys..?  Are you still farming airdrops or has stopped being a thing?  I heard that the Lighter airdrop cooked for a lot of guys.  And the funny thing is the people left after receiving their airdrops.  Lolol.  I heard Lighter had a measly 50k USD in fee rev yesterday which is 50x less than Hyperliquid. 

Now it's making me think that I prolly should stop farming Ethereal and Variational.  They'll prolly postpone their TGE in order not to lose their users.  And meanwhile Hyperliquid could airdrop anytime even if they don't have a points program rn.

What do you guys think?

Yeah, lighter was cooked. I got this from burning around 900 bucks. I'm currently still farming almost all of perp dexs and prediction market. Just keep farming that will risk less money. Doing delta neutral or even arbitrade trade is working on perp and prediction market.

Apart from that i've also plenties of airdrop farmed, and only waiting for the TGE. Hopefully, this is gonna be another good year like last year.
