Solana - Is it still good to buy or it's FOMO

I don't know if some of you have observed this about Solana, the more bitcoin is stable a little bit and not falling or increasing, then this coin Solana keep pumping and increasing in market price untill bitcoin starts dropping before you can start with the experience of dip in Solana, while it rises as well the more bitcoin in showing indications for pumping, this coin is not going dip anytime soon base on its recent performance.

would you mind sharing where did you get that statistics? how many times did this happened f
or you to have that observation(if you have no proof at all) because I think there is no where we can find
that Data you said , because if this is just about this week then you have nothing to make sense
here because that is not a historical data at all and everything is normally happening when

Yes of course, this has been what i noticed right from the very first attempt of getting to $50+ recently before it got to this stage, now what proof again do you need when you can make use of your own chart to draw out this same conclusion from the Solana performance if you can speculate for that, am not here saying what i don't know, am talking base on what's happening currently, Solana may not have good performance in the past and this may not actually applies to it then, but we are talking about the present now in which we are in.

Solana has been in rally for a while as lot of speculations and news around it and new tokens on it's ecosystem has been credited for it's rally, shall we consider this as beginning and is it a good time to take entry? Someone new to crypto would say "Yes" but those who has been here for a while would be hesitant because we have seen SOL rising from $15 to $259 and then witnessed the downfall as well to less than $8.

I personally feel little bit confused because somewhere I feel if I enter now then I will be doing it in FOMO. Please share your opinion whether we can still take entry or should we wait if there would be any possible market correction and this is not for long term investment.

No one knows. But we can present theories on where we are. Most bullish scenario to me is that to me this looks like first leg that isn't even finished yet as there has been no retrace yet, and there will be 2 more (B & C) coming (if you believe in elliot wave principle that is). This one could go as high as ath imho. This scenario makes my skin growl as i was playing with sol nfts when it was $20 and less.

But that would mean we are heading towards altcoin season so big, we have not seen anything like it before. As classically wave 3 is the largest. But i am saying big in terms of in flowing money, not in necessarily terms of gains.

definitely too late for getting in anyway so there's no regret, but interacting with the smart contracts inside solana still prove to be quite the bountiful rewards to be honest there are so many coins in solana getting airdropped these days that I think they are really good for those that probably missed the solana rally and tries to compensate with finding other way to profit, recently jito was a thing now its jupiter thats gonna be giving out rewards.
moreover we can be very well investing in other altcoin that serves same purpose as solana anyway, recently matic is increasing, injective is increasing as well as some other altcoin out there like immutableX it is also having some good rally, even SEI.
no need to be so fixated on solana there are plenty coin out there that are just as good to be honest.
but the potential might not be as big as solana since solana is the most popular coin nowadays everyone trying to get that share of rally.

No regret, yeah. I still see people that are thinking of entering on its market and buying it as soon as it go low. Now that there's a flash correction, I still don't think that it's time for them to enter because it's just a few bucks away from the peak that it has shown. While as you've said that there are other options that someone can do, it's still possible for them to choose others if they want to. Or there's no need to go that far if there's Bitcoin that they can buy and they don't have much of it yet.

If we do speak about utility and overall characteristic then i could say that Solana is really indeed a good coin or project. Cheap fees and fast transactions on which it is something more better than ETH.
For those who had been able to make investment or entry point back in January 2023 then they are 10x of their investment now or even higher. No one had expected out on what SOL did. For those who had
been able to trust up this project and make out some investment then they are really making money now and on the current price and since we arent that still yet on bull run then we can say
that we can still make profits if ever we do tend to enter now but well its up to someones personal choice on which projects they would be investing.

Getting FOMO? It would be always best that this one would be applied on good project or to those who are sitting on the top. We cant really be still be able to sure
on how far it would go and we are still early. Even memecoins on solana chain are flying like hell.

that'd be good surprise if that truly occurring, i was so hesitant in investing solana i missed great opportunity but even if solana has the chance of reaching its all time high again i would still hesitate, right now im choosing other altcoin for the sake of not missing opportunity in the time when the bullrun, which is the biggest wave finally coming and all the altcoin are gonna be pumping so hard.
right now it seems majority of coin are just gaining some opportunity to recover back a little bit from the bottom price, there are still plenty of opportunities meanwhile with solana its already 10 times of bottom price this year.
I guess i would try to find the second solana that might have as much increase but surely its not gonna be easy since most of the coin out there will definitely have less potential than solana.

but still not breaking the ATH means there is just a small good act from supporters and investors 110  dollars is still something low for the ATH but maybe there is something coming in the bull market and not just now.

That's true! SOL chart seems bullish in my opinion. I hope it goes crazy, but it doesn't seem like it's happening right now. If you're looking at the next bull run, SOL has more room to grow, and it's not a bad move to wait for it. If your main interest is gains, SOL obviously has more upside in that regard.
And those are looking for faster gains, focus on fundamentals and the value versus the return.

Even if you bought SOL for $20, it would not guarantee that you would be able to hold this coin up to today's price.  I think that for many, like me, it is difficult to continue holding coins in a wallet when its value has increased several times.

truest statement about holding to this date, people keep talking about holding from the very bottom all the way up but im 100% sure that majority of people would just sell when they see 30% increase, fearing that they missed the opportunity of selling at peak thinking after this it will go down, only those peolpe that truly committed and have faith toward the coin will hold and they are probably holding until it hits all time high then appear again the same problem about greed when people tries to hold it until it gets as high as it can then unexpectedly around the peak the coin suddenly dumping, which leaves people with unrealized profit now have unrealized loss.
thats the thing with trading or investment, our mental are tested, whether or not we gonna hold, or instead we gonna sell, its overall really difficult to perfectly buy at the bottom and sell at the highest peak basically the all time high because we don't know what future holds.

the might be another rally for sol, as bad as the coin is rumoured to be with all the outages and so on, so many people favour this coin, threfore i believe people will keep pumping this coin, they also mostly really like solana because it is cheap blockchain. you know despite the fact that solana is having so many problems in the blockchain majority people just doesn't care what they care is that they are investing and soon their money will grow, thats it.
so its no wonder that even though many people that judge from the technical aspect just doesn't really favor solana but people are still investing in it.
im expecting it to be getting back on its all time high again after all this coin is the among the most popular with trading volume thats really high but for anyone that tries to invest these days, its gonna be a lot risky because the value is already too high, we are already 10x of initial price already with solana don't think any new investment gonna be safe from sudden dumping.
