Indeed, sports betting, especially football, has several types of bets that can be made, for example: Guess the Correct Score, Mix Parlay, Home Draw Away, Total Goals and so on, of course it all depends on the gamblers, their individual tastes, which the point is to win.

If you ask me personally, obviously I often place soccer bets such as Staking points [1], I will lock my bets until the match is over and there are also times I lock them until a certain time, the first set but I rarely do things like that, I happy to dountil the game is finished.

For the second point, I've also done it, but not often, I only do it in the second half, and that also depends on the game and the team competing, the point is Staking often.

Actually there is a high risk of losing money in virtual matches but i enjoy a lot and think more during the match. But if that match is won after i place the bet then that's complete peace of mind. Besides i feel helpless at some moments from casinos when i don't want to stop even after losing repeatedly. Also gambling in my area makes me happy but the amount of money is less and everyone criticizes a lot of things that happen to them. In fact we learn a lot from gambling and sometimes it leads to depression.

I don't like betting on live matches at all,they can go wrong in such a short amount of time.I know of some people who have bought what they call "fast satellites" which are about 30 seconds ahead of the fastest stream and they use them to place live bets on lower division leagues through bet365,they place the live bets next goal just before the goal is scored,it is extremely expensive to get those type of satellites yet they claim that they are making money,I have not seen any difference in their life style so I don't know if they are lying or not,anyway,I always prefer to place bets before the game starts and lately I am only playing basketball over games.

Why do I personally don't like betting on live matches is because the odds keep changing and it's so annoying(for me, at least). But the amazing bit is that it's not always like that. Like I just did a multibet on 5 live matches for the sake of experiment

I usually bet on live matches because it’s more easy to analyze the game if you already watch the current condition of the game like when the team star is not performing well and other important things that will give impact to the game.

Anything virtual in the gambling world comes with higher risk way of losing money, I don't so it but I have people that do, and they have lost even more money than those that gambles on sports matches before the games starts, I have considered those who are betting to make money as fools, because they will always lose money more than someone who have not too much focus in gambling, either live matches or virtual or other, I don't care, what is the most important is your management with gambling.
You can't outsmart gambling, you can't always defeat gambling, it's design in such a way that you will lose more money if you are wired by making money from gambling, this is the trick, you need to be abnormal to gambling yourself, learn to take leave when you lost money that you plan to risk for the day, build some discipline in you towards gambling.

I agree with you. Real time betting can bring more profit as you can sell and buy odds quickly. Static bets are less effective as you have to wait for the end of the sporting event, which is not always convenient. Although here everyone chooses what they like -- speed or gradualness

I prefer to bet more before the start of the matches and if I see another opportunity while watching the game, I can also place a bet during the match, though its quiet risky but if its still on a budget then why not. Live betting is not that easy as you will have to decide on the spot and you have to move faster so you wont regret it. I usually bet before the game starts. That wouldn't make me rush into placing the bet. Additionally, before I place a bet, I will research each team and only place a bet if I have come to a final conclusion so it is my choice to place a bet. But if I don't have a choice or doubt, maybe I'll wait until the game is about to start. But if I'm still in doubt, I won't choose it if I lose.

And many people choose to bet before the game starts even though they don't vote.

I have never been attracted to virtual sports because they don't look real to me. I also see virtual games as an easy way of becoming addicted to gambling since you can play these games at any time of the day.  I prefer staking on matches before the game because I will also like to concentrate and enjoy the game. Betting only on matches also helps me to control my gambling activities.

That's why I don't like Virtual bets, you could lose money very fast without knowing. The only time I can consider betting on virtual sports is when most leagues have ended for the season. We just have to manage virtual to ensure that we keep on greasing the wheels of gambling. Gambling doesn't lead to depression it is over-gambling that does. If you gamble with only what you can afford to lose, you will never suffer depression due to gambling.

How it's possible? football is the example, a team can play really good and dominating the field, but even they've shot 30 times, there's no one successfully able to score a goal. While the opponent is really lucky get a chance and able to score a goal even though they only shot for 3 times.

I can't proudly say I have made any substantial winning on gambling since I am still inexperience concerned how to choose games I mean matches collectively, so I picked my games before match starts but I don't know if that is the best options though I have tried both side but I mostly noticed that live matches doesn't have the advantage of high odd. That is to say, whenever those matches goes live there odds reduces to 60 - 70 percentage which makes your output  (potential winning) very small especially when you are betting on a single matches.

I often bet before the match starts because I have a lot of time to do analysis and I can do the analysis comfortably and very relaxed compared to analyzing during the match which makes me rush and usually often lose.
and I read that most of the people here choose to bet before the match starts for various reasons, but what is certain is that if the match has not started or an hour before it starts, we can already see the formations used by both teams and at that time we can know where we will be bet and what I say this refers to football betting.

but to be honest, I dont really like betting on virtual football because for me it's not too stressful and looks normal but this is just my personal opinion.

I only bet on live events.
I rarely make pre-live plays but only to try to do a minimum amount of scalping-bets.
benefiting from this series of events with the right experience (especially with a betting exchange) clearly increases the chances of winning/amount you can win.
with a fair amount of training it's not impossible reach decent results.

I never bet on virtual sports and will probably never do so in the future. For me it's all about betting games that I enjoy watching myself. Betting on something that I see, follow or watch the highlights after seems wrong to me. This probably also comes down to that I only bet on sports that I follow regularly and watch. In university I had a few friends that where all about fantasy league sports games and would actually bet money on it. Somehow it never interested me, because there are already so many different live games happening each week. It's also makes it harder to control our betting history if we bet on a wide range of games.

I tend to place my bets before kickoff rather than live.  There's something about having that ticket locked in ahead of time that sets my mind at ease.  Pre-match, I'll carefully look over the recent form, make a prediction, and hopefully pick a winner.  Once the action gets going though I just try to sit back and enjoy rather than stress over in-play wagers and  those can turn south real fast if you let 'em.

If you are betting before the start of the match then you will get a lot of better odds as compared if you bet on a match after it has been started.

As everything has some disadvantages and advantages the cons of betting for the matches before the match starts that you are just making a random guess and you do not know which team will win hence the bet can go all against you in this case.

The advantage you have with the lower odds if you place the bet after the match starts that you know that which team is winning so even though the profit you will get will be less but the probability of winning that bet increases a lot.

I usually bet on live matches. that's what I do more often. but in some matches, I still place bets before the match. it's like a match that will take place in the next day or several hours. especially when I'll be busy enough with other things that I won't be able to monitor my bets.
Because it's a habit, I bet and then just leave it. unless the team competing is my favorite. I will bet on live matches while watching the game play. some gamblers may have different habits.

Betting on live sports betting is available from there, but here winning is almost guaranteed and if you choose a team before the game starts and place a bet there, then your chances of loss are a little higher but you will get higher odds here.  So of course you need to have a good knowledge of the game and the performance of the players of the good teams so that you can place a potential bet before the match starts. Professional gamblers place bets both ways, sometimes before the game starts and sometimes during the live game.

I don't really like betting on live matches. I find it simpler to predict outcomes in virtual games than in live matches because live events can change suddenly based on the players' mood. Some people excel in both live matches and virtual games. It all comes down to understanding the players. To make accurate bets, whether before or during the match, knowing the players is crucial. Without that knowledge, you might end up setting the wrong odds and ruining your chances if winning.
