I decided to create this topic as a tip to fellow gambler that wants to have a slightly increase chance to win on gambling.

Fella should know when to ride when you are on a win streak. You can test the water first by betting slowly until you get the tempo of winning streak then slowly increase your bet while you are still winning. Stop immediately when you encounter a lose or two because there’s a high chance that you will be tilted and chase loss until you lose everything.

Don’t increase your bet when you are losing because it will just amplify your loss immediately once you are in bad streak. Always test the water before you increase your bet.

Assuming I have $20 to be used to bet for the week. I want to go for 3 rounds. Anytime I win, I will stop gambling for the day. I go for a 3 odd game.

I bet $5
If I lose, I will bet $10
If I lose I will bet $20

This is called martingale which we all know and can be used to win. Anytime I win, I will stop playing. If I lost three 3 times, I lost for the week, but the chance that I will lose three time is very small. All losses after a single winning would be recovered and there would be more profit.

The disadvantages are that you will not be able to stay long to gamble and also if you lost more, the higer the losses in the next round. It takes discipline and responsible gambling.

This strategy looks similar to reverse Martingale, which consists in increasing your bets on winnings, while decreasing to bsae bet on losses. I've already tried this previously in dice game, but I must say the results were much worse than when using normal Martingale strategy, because it was almost impossible to recover losses when not increasing the bet right after a loss, especially a harsh loss following a long winnings streak.

It's due to the fact it's just not possible to know how long a winnings streak is going to last. There is no way to feel or predict it. A winnings streak may end on the next following bet, even though you imagined you were going to ride it for some more bets longer. You can test the water as you wish, but the water from a bet can be completely different from the water of the next bet. It's not like a real sea where the tides change progressively, rather it changes suddenly.

There should be some a number where we can determine if we're on a streak because 2 consecutive wins isn't really a win streak imo and the same thing with losses, even 3 consecutive isn't but maybe 4. There should be some sort of median number where we consider as a streak, that way we're not setting our own standards which is easily broken. The title's already a good tip imo because it serves the point across, teaches you what to do and how you should do things to insure safety from gambling. At the end of the day, these self-imposed limitations will be up to you if you'll be able to uphold them or not.

The martingale strategy is a fine strategy specially for those with small bankroll and that have stipulated number of times they have set to play after which they would have to stop for the day. If you don't do it that way and peradventure you encounter streaks of losses which is very likely to happen, a continue increase of stake  upon each loss without a limited gambling plan can run dry your pocket cause your loss gets higher with every bet made going forward. So to be successful with the martingale a gambler has to apply absolute discipline knowing when to stop when is not his/her day rather than chasing the losses.

Well, that pretty good question and indeed I'm also curious about how many wins he has gotten, he shares tips for all of us fellow gamblers and from this it is clear that what he has done has been successful.

Many gamblers are approaching it differently when we're losing and that's to increase their bets next because that seems to be the best approach at all.

It's like martingale for some but the reality is that they're just triggered and think that it's the easiest thing to do just because they've been losing. But that strategy won't work in the long run and that's why you just have to do what you have to do.

And that is to stop and forget the day and move on.

This is just like in trading where timing is also important and once you are able to spot the hint for you to ride, you can be lucky enough to get the profit. Always have your target profit and when happy, know when to withdraw and take profit. Gambling can very tempting, we know this and we should avoid it at all cost. Let's be more responsible, and stay on a budget, don't gamble if you feel you're unlucky.

Lucky for you that you get the correct way of executing this strategy. I somehow think this can burn your funds if you get unlucky to get caught on a single red. Well most of the strategies do but when you experience this kind of situation, I think it would be fun especially if your face this kind of opportunity and get a chance to do this strategy. What if you win two bets and lose two or maybe three? Let's say you started with $20 as the first bet, you won the bet and got $40. You bet $30 in the next bet, you get $60 and the total becomes $70. Next, you bet $40 and lose the bet, you are back to $30 with $10 being your profit since the initial bet. You make another bet with $20 again, and you lose the bet. What next? You are gone in loss already, and you can't bet more now since you only have $10 left behind, and if you bet that, you might even lose it in the next bet.

I don't know what makes you guys think that some strategy, plan, or pattern can make you win money constantly in gambling, there is no such thing at all. You managed to get a win streak, that's great, you got lucky, but I bet you won't have the same results if you try the same pattern tomorrow. That's how gambling works.

That is an "strategy" or a way of thinking I have seen before, I think I have actually used it before while playing dices and plinko. I first start using a small wager and when I see I start to lose and lose during the beginning of the session I avoid to increase the wager, even though I could feel tempted to see to use some random strike of luck to recover all of it which I have lost already. If it sounds like chasing losses, it is because I believe it is.
On the other hand, if one starts with a small wager and there are some wins, it could be tempting to increasing the wager and eventually see how the continuing good luck brings a good earning for that same session.
In the end, it is all about luck and how to recognize one is having either good or bad luck during a specific session on the casino, if one is having good luck and do not recognize it then it would be a "waste" of such luck and one would not make much money, but if one is having bad luck and one cannot recognize it, it will likely end up in unintended losses to the casino and chasing on them.

No matter what strategy that you use, if it is not your lucky day, you will lose the bet. Martangle might work for you but I don't see it as something that can guarantee wins. It is good to gamble for entertainment and not because we want to make profit, so that one don't think of chasing his losses.

This is why I agree with you that the moment you have up to three straight losses, you quit and gamble the next day to avoid having more losses. It is good to be discipline and have self control over one's gambling activities, so that you will enjoy gambling.

This idea has a large contribution to the amount of severe losses people has accumulated while gambling. You can be channeled to stop when you experience loss but then you can experience the loss so big your winnings would not even be able to remedy your situation.
Although it's still a strategy that works for some people but rather than that I would suggest you have the amount of money you hope to win and amount you can't exceed to loss and then have a reasonable staking budget.
