I haven't played here which is why I can't say for sure whether it's legit or not. They are relatively new which is why it's better to wait for a while before investing big amounts here though you can go ahead with investing small amounts currently.

Is the KYC hassle-free or are they going to want video-KYC's and source of funds once you want to withdraw your winnings?

And then I was surprised, because in the casino rules there is no mention of seven working days; the support service did not tell me then that verification could last more than seven days. In order to speed up verification, I asked them to make an online call where I would show all the documents, but they refused. I can attach screenshots of the correspondence where the employee refuses to provide a link to a specific point in the rules where seven working days are indicated. Can you provide screenshots which support stated that they will verify your account within 24hrs? As shared by @jawhead, The casino ToS shows that it was 7 working days max.

You can use the support chat as reconsideration to speed up your verification progress since you based on that words. You should check the ToS for yourself to assure that support word is matched to their ToS since you can check whether they updated their ToS or not after you made the deposit.

This is a good learning experience for you to rely always on the ToS rather than asking the support solely since they sometimes provide information that doesn’t match in ToS.

In the support the staffs are not always well trained. I have seen these type of claims before and saw problems too. It's always better to read the terms and conditions properly which we do not do unfortunately. Jawhead999 already posted a part of the terms. I don't want to make the same mistake as the support agent but unless they find something suspicious about your account/bets then I don't see any reason why the verification process should take more than a day.

I used to be a customer support staff and I understand work line in customer support. Human resource for customer support can be from internal source or outsource and outsourced customer support staffs will lack of many knowledge about the platform.

The company surely will have training for outsourced staffs (usually work as part time staffs), but many times outsourced staffs will have to pass users' question to internal direct line in order to get answer from internal staffs. This procedure can cause delay in response firstly, and possibly can cause bias in information used to answer users.

Difference between answer and ToS can be from lack of real time cooperation between different teams in a company, if ToS is updated recently.
