I haven't played here which is why I can't say for sure whether it's legit or not. They are relatively new which is why it's better to wait for a while before investing big amounts here though you can go ahead with investing small amounts currently.

Is the KYC hassle-free or are they going to want video-KYC's and source of funds once you want to withdraw your winnings?

In order to speed up verification, I asked them to make an online call where I would show all the documents, but they refused. I can attach screenshots of the correspondence where the employee refuses to provide a link to a specific point in the rules where seven working days are indicated. This issue worries me greatly, so if there are no specific verification deadlines, then 7 days can be increased. If I had known about the number of days, I would not have registered there.

Can you provide screenshots which support stated that they will verify your account within 24hrs? As shared by @jawhead, The casino ToS shows that it was 7 working days max.

You can use the support chat as reconsideration to speed up your verification progress since you based on that words. You should check the ToS for yourself to assure that support word is matched to their ToS since you can check whether they updated their ToS or not after you made the deposit.

This is a good learning experience for you to rely always on the ToS rather than asking the support solely since they sometimes provide information that doesn’t match in ToS.

In the support the staffs are not always well trained. I have seen these type of claims before and saw problems too. It's always better to read the terms and conditions properly which we do not do unfortunately. Jawhead999 already posted a part of the terms. I used to be a customer support staff and I understand work line in customer support. Human resource for customer support can be from internal source or outsource and outsourced customer support staffs will lack of many knowledge about the platform.

The company surely will have training for outsourced staffs (usually work as part time staffs), but many times outsourced staffs will have to pass users' question to internal direct line in order to get answer from internal staffs. This procedure can cause delay in response firstly, and possibly can cause bias in information used to answer users.

Difference between answer and ToS can be from lack of real time cooperation between different teams in a company, if ToS is updated recently.

To expand on this, I had all my bets voided with them for no apparent reason, they then adjusted the odds from 1.98 to 1.68 (this was not a palp error, just incorrect valuation by them).
So just voiding to save their bad position, all bets lost which is funny, but after the void my account got instant limited on the sportsbook side to $0.05.

Withdraw got declined, so I then got asked to KYC which I completed.
They then asked to rollover balance on casino, after realising they are inactive here and calculating that I would only lose $54 on EV playing blackjack decided to just do it.
Ended up losing like $1600 (lol) completing the $2700 wagering, withdrew a few days ago with no payout yet.

Apparently in their terms they do not allow UK customers, however when I asked on live support prior to depositing there was no issue, just that some casino providers would not be available.

Rainbet is scam!!

I saw it here last week and became a member, I deposited $500, I withdrew $500, they asked for kyc, I did it, they sent $500. Then they don't approve my $1000 withdrawal request. Don't deposit here. STAY AWAY from this bookie, they steal me for 1150 usd , the froze my funds when i start winning some bet's , very bad experience , i rollover over 15k , and when i made a little up balance they come with all stupid reason first they say i had multiple accounts etc , thats a big lie never i made multiple accounts here because i don''t see reason ...and i just find this bookie a week ago....after they say i abused their sport betting and their ODDS (seriosly you are a sportbook , what should i do ? to dont bet Smiley) crazy ) i play a lot also casino , lost money etc , i had a good day when i won around 500$ (first leagues , some bets from china second league etc), they are very agreesive when need to pay some withdraws ..they closed the live chat with me , because in their opinion i make abuse of them ? seriosly when i lost money i have been a good boy , now when i recover the losses im a bad boy with them Smiley) incredible i i asked them to prove me what i did wrong , and the final answer it's that i take advantage of their sportbook and their odds , amaizing !!

bazanachi should do this right away, so other players on their platform is being warned by their practice. If he feels, he didn't violate any of their protocols, he should fight his case. Because if this will continue, they will screw more players on their platform.

This is the advantage of having thread in the forum, you can really ask for assistance from other people who can able to address your situation. If the casino can't answer satisfactorily, they will lose their players coming from this forum.

These are the complaints; of course, three scam accusations within 20 days isn't good. However, two did not provide more details about their accusation, while the first created a scam accusation three weeks ago.

You saw about the casino last week but didn’t check the 2 posts above you before posting. It’s clearly mentioned that there is an open scam accusation against the casino. Ignoring this, not only you joined but also deposited money in the casino. You deserve to be scammed. Your example should be used by all the newbies to be careful with new casinos. You should consider yourself lucky, because at least you got your deposit back. Currently the status of the casino is really bad, and we need to avoid it at all costs.
