My strategy may look like a person that is afraid of the market but if I ever experienced another bear market, I will skip trading for the entire month and focus on buying the dip, it's saves a lot of energy, a lot of emotional attack with the market that you have to use stop loss multiple times and those choppy losses can give you something if put in good use.
