But they also have a public/community chat though, with admins/moderators who are always checking it every hour, before they start giving away small amounts of altcoins. Perhaps they could help anyone, to either get chat support to accomodate users quickly, OR they could also check a user's situation/concern through email.

i don't think it is good idea to play on a casino that is hard to reach. active support is always advisable to sustain your players. if someone is having difficulty in reaching out the rep or any support, that would turn out as a disaster, especially if you need to get out your funds and you badly need it. In general, it is one criterion the players should be looking for in any casino, whether the casino is old or new, their support should be consistent and dedicated and they should be fair, I remember there was a thread about what we're looking on a casino before playing and support rank high on the list, its the support's consistency and fairness is what gives the casino its reputation. Players should always also check how support handles cases in case new complaints are coming so you'll get the idea if Casino changes its direction. If they see the representative is hard to reach when issues came on then they should better stop playing on those casino since support presence is really important especially that we are dealing with them online and we know how frustrating to encounter this problems then there are no people attends on our case. I don't matter much how long they exist since what's important if how they solve their issues also if they are really giving those huge rewards to the winner. I think they have a representative on this forum with the same name. I have done a job for them a few months ago and I wasn't paid for that, I waited a long time for the one who gave me the task but he wasn't able to give any satisfactory answer, thus I sent a message to their representative on this forum and they asked me to send message on Telegram, I contacted them on Telegram and within a few days I received payment for the work that I have done for them. I would say that they aren't that bad but I have noticed that their team is very busy and the messages we receive from them take some good time. I hope they will improve their customer support team because without a proper customer support setup it becomes hard for players to get their issues resolved.

Blackjack.fun used to have a very good reputation here I used to be part of their campaign for so many months and now they closed their thread here and there's no representative here anymore but they have build their name here on the many months when they are active here, many people are still playing here, and are not aware that they do not have a representative here. So I support that we still have an independent thread here so in case there's an issue those players can find this thread and drop their issue or whatever that has something to do with the platform and all help them. This is a reference thread for Blackjack.fun for now, until they decide to open a new thread or open their locked thread. I almost thought this was even the official thread ann thread of blackjack.fun, since it's been a while, or should I say, a long time they left this forum, locking their initial ann thread, so I thought they possibly have unlocked it, but while reading your comment, I quickly glances at the number of pages this thread has, and realized that this is not their official thread but one created as a place to continue discussing about the casino since their main thread remains locked. You are right though, blackjack.fun indeed had a good reputation on this forum, and though I never did participated in their signature campaign, I remember I applied several times but the manager never accepted my application, possibly because luck wasn't on my side since there are always alot of good applicants. And it's unfortunate they left this forum though, and even right now, I don't think they are advertising anywhere, the casino have become unpopular but I believe they still have lots of loyal customers. And though I wish they return back to this forum, but i think chances of that happening is rather slim.

Yeah, remember that there were a campaign by this casinos and it did run for several months under a manager and they seems to build up a good reputation already. But we know that sooner or later someone will have an idea to try and break this casino and take advantage of it. Probably they are too generous, and perhaps they just wanted to show the community that they are for real. So most likely, they feel betray or frustrated that after giving everything to the community, someone still find it not enough and did take advantage of it and so they lock their thread already. Maybe there will still few gamblers who play on them, but just chose to keep quiet.

I am yet to see a "legitimate" scam accusation against them, the ones being masqueraded with are lacking substantiation, even if the accusers say so. If that was the case their account would have been painted with red and flagged. The ones still in doubt should dig carefully and do the math before misinterpreting facts. It would have been better for the site to stand their ground and not pay a single compensation to such blackmailers, in my opinion and accuse the reputation of the same with evidence of the harassment. Sick people need professional treatment, not appeasement and in this forum, negative trust.

Blackjack Fun happens to be one of those casinos that had a good time here in the forum and the entire cryptocurrency gaming community and at such will definitely have a good comeback if they are willing to do so, and aside from the numerous upgrades and slow in loading of the site, I don't see anytime that the casino have hard any bad reputations or experience any unpleasant treatment from them, but much more also, blackjack fun is one that just took a strong decision to exit from the four and that has affected a lot of customers.
This decision to exit the forum is something that has affected many gamblers' confidence in the casino since they will find it hard to reach them anytime they have problems with the casino and want to sort it out via the rep.

My withdrawal is still pending since 7 January 2025, after a long hassle, they finally told me to submit my KYC documents in 22 January 2025 which I did on the same day. BUT, if the admins already told you that your account has "issues", then ask them for another update. PATIENCE.
This feature is still available the last time I check and they already have live support which admin quickly responds on all the queries. I’m assuming that this user account is under investigation or else his withdrawal should be accepted already. Blackjack.fun has manual approval for withdrawal but not this long delayed to approve withdrawal if the account is clear.

This feature is still available the last time I check and they already have live support which admin quickly responds on all the queries. I’m assuming that this user account is under investigation or else his withdrawal should be accepted already. Blackjack.fun has manual approval for withdrawal but not this long delayed to approve withdrawal if the account is clear. I have made that presumption too before I replied to his/her post. Many brand new accounts/newbie accounts in BitcoinTalk who have complaints against casinos usually have issues with their casino accounts that they don't want to tell everyone. But because we must always give everyone the benefit of the doubt, I replied in a more neutral tone with him/her. Plus there are trolls. Because they probably lost their money in a particular casino, they would accuse the casino of scamming them.

I’m assuming that this user account is under investigation or else his withdrawal should be accepted already. Speaking of Blackjack.fun itself, I am happy to come across this thread today and to also learn that this casino is still online and operating normally, been over a year or more since last I saw anything about this casino on this forum and this board in particular, and until now, I've completely forget that a casino with this title exists lol, and without any doubts in my mind, this just made me understand indeed why keeping a marketing program on always is very important in the industry where things are changing rapidly and with heavy competition between businesses. Anyways, the casino was and still is a trust one I believe, so, anything with delayed processing of withdrawals simply tells there is an issue with the account that the team must be investigating, at least, I was very active on their official Ann last previous years and I've come across issue where withdrawal request stood as pending for over 40 days due to investigation the team were conducting according to them, the excuse then was that they were waiting to read from the game provider who was taking a lot of time to read and respond to messages.

I manage to shortly play on this casino to try their BJF token mining and I notice that they still didn’t implement instant withdrawal until now. I need to wait couple of hours before my withdrawal was approved. But some user on the main ANN thread manage to have an instant withdrawal on their account. Maybe instant withdrawal is a case to case feature on this casino.

The fact that they locked their own thread on here does not mean we cannot talk about them in here. Anybody still playing here and what are the experiences?
There is no way any casino can shoot their door against the forum and the fact we have hard discussions about other casinos that did not even have a presence in the Forum before making Blackjack's case different and easy to talk about as most of the Forum members have a lot of knowledge about them and can make several comments as contributions to whatever the discussions are in the forum, most time accusations are made on a new thread so if there are any accusations against blackjack in the future, a new thread can be open against them at any point in time.

Well to this day, they are still ignoring me. I don't have a problem if my account gets investigated, but they should at least tell me what's going on. My KYC is still "awaiting confirmation" even though I uploaded documents in 22 January 2025. Live Support agent just keeps repeating "I am forwarding the info to the relevant team for checking. Please wait" and then nothing happens.
EDIT : They paid me now on 27 Feb 2025. I'll try to withdraw my remaining btc balance

It's actually very obvious behavior of someone who's guilty - but who's trying to be the victim. It might work many years ago when internet users were very naive, but currently? The people to your left might be the same person to your right who's pretending to he another person.
