did you have private keys (I guess) this is not a transaction from an exchange so you can accelerate by yourself, just try to google online "RBF transaction (name of the wallet etc)" and you have solved the issue...

As for paid services, you can try mempool.space or viabtc.com, but it will probably cost you more than it's worth.

You can do that using https://www.viabtc.com or you use electrum wallet or Blue wallet to bump up fee for a faster confirmation of your transaction. I see RBF is enabled so you can bump up the fee and the size is below above 500 bytes.

Yep that's correct, he still have some coins to speed up the transaction. Assuming there's no RBF feature in his wallet, he can download electrum, bluewallet or mycelium etc which has an ability to bump the fee by himself, import his seed phrase, then bump it.

If you can wait for few days, you can wait, the transaction will likely be confirmed. If you can not wait, the transaction supports replace-by-fee, you can increase the fee on the wallet that you used. If you do not know how to increase the fee, you can let us know the wallet that you used.

Waiting is always an option if the transaction has no urgency, but the fee is almost x3 less than low priority, so the only hope in waiting may be that the pressure of new transactions will be reduced because people will be busy celebrating the new year and recovering from the celebrations. gave it a shot at 11:59:59/12:00:00 time Frame missed it.  As I said it is hard to grab as you are fighting a lot of bots.
