Maybe they suspect you of cheating/using exploits? Since this is not the first time this has happened to you, I am guessing that perhaps it was an automatic trigger function which limited you due to your consistent winning streaks. If customer service is not helpful in this regard, you should try to see if you can reach the higher ups. If they keep ignoring you or not giving you the attention you ask for then perhaps they limited you on purpose. At first, I thought this just a bug on my account since I didn’t notice that I can’t place bet on certain table in Evolution Gaming until I found out that I have same problem on all of my casino account on same games.

it could be possible that your country is restricted on the games where you can't place a bet. As far as I know, game providers have their own list of prohibited countries that cannot gamble on certain games that they provide.

by the way, have you asked the gambling site's support regarding this, perhaps they can check and see what is an issue as to why you can't place a bet on certain table in Evolution Gaming.

Have you considered reaching out to the casino's management or higher-level support? Sometimes, customer service representatives might not have the authority or knowledge to resolve certain issues.

FYI, I can play other evolution gaming games without any problem. Only certain table on Blackjack is not working which is the one I play frequently. I knew that the table has no problem because other players can play on it as shown on screenshot below.

It is not possible to be blacklisted only from certain games in all the casinos you play.

This led me to think the one possible reason which is the game might be restricted in your region to find out go and check the terms of the casinos you are playing and check twice in the restricted games region which you generally can see below the list of banned countries.

I can't trust a casino, to be honest with you, not what they say especially when the finger is pointing towards a fact. Something that was working fine before suddenly stopped working, while others could still be benefiting in their own accounts. That means that something is fishy and it can only be that you have been deliberately restricted simply because you are winning. This is not new, once a gambler is winning regularly, many of them get to find means to discourage it which is what I believe you are facing now.

I think I made everyone confused here by the title. I removed the “again” word. Tp clarify things, I experienced being restricted before on participating casino bonus and not issue like this one. I never experienced this kind of issue before and as many as wondering, I’m already reported this issue multiple times for more than a week on both evolution gaming and casinos that I’m playing with without any solution.

I will not create this thread if I didn’t do already most of the suggestion here. And please read the whole content of the thread first before making a post or else I will lock already this thread because there’s no substantial input regarding my case. The goal of this thread is find other user experience the same and at the same time to give warning for those players that playing like me on live games.

I don't think that it's a country restriction, Evolution is all over the world although it most of its dealer might be in EU, they are well versed though from Asia and other countries. Problem could really be in his way of winning as the operators are suspecting that he is cheating or something.

So the best action to the OP is talk to them in live chat, they have one obviously and ask about this issues and I doubt that this is a isolated case.

I think so too. You might want to check if there are any technical requirements or updates needed for your device or browser. On how many casinos that you face this issue? also check the betting and gambling provider of that casino (betconstruct, softgamings, etc).

It makes sense too, it could be that the restriction experienced by the OP was because he was always able to get a winning streak in a week or in the sense that he was really having good luck so the casino restricted his account from being involved in betting at the table.
