I agree with you guys.  Often times you'll see these "gambling guru's" whom advertise themselves as such, but when it comes down to it they are often more "bark than bite", so to speak. 

I think a lot of people are easily manipulate into believing these "gurus" because they can provide some sort of track record that is often skewed in their favor. 

I think the best thing to do is take their suggestions but with a grain of salt.  Use them as a tool to help decide, but not be the decision maker.

I don't really understand what you mean but I do, but trust can come because there is a little belief in something that is right in your heart and mind, people don't live measured, they are random and can change over time, walk according to their knowledge and move according to what they want to do and that usually has a reason behind it.

In any match there are difficulties with predictions, be it a match between equal teams, or a match where is a clear favorite, because outsiders are also capable of an unexpected outcome. Any forecast is just an analysis of one individual person, and if you look at different forecasts, you will see that the opinions of these people may also differ. Gambling expert can only predict correctly on games that are sport related because nobody can be good at predicting games that are luck related. Luck based games only work with your luck and no strategy can be used to get the same results that you got previously. Anytime you get the same results it will be just a coincidence. Those claiming to have the secret of predicting luck based games are just relying on their luck this is the reason they do not get every prediction correctly. If they give you you 10 prediction, they can get 40% right but the rest will be bad and when you are unfortunate to go with the predictions that were bad, you lose your money. If you are an active gamblers, then you must have friends and company who are gamblers too. For sure, every day we come across people giving gambling/betting predictions. Sometimes if you follow someone's prediction and by chance his few predictions become true, we tend to believe that all these predictions will be true and we start to follow him.

I was telling someone that professionalism is not applicable to making predictions because if it were possible that there were some group of professionals that could accurately make correct predictions all the time, then lots of people would be millionaires or billionaires in gambling because they would invest greatly in the hands of professional prediction makers so that they could win all their bets and make more money, but unfortunately, there is no professional gambler that can make accurate predictions all the time.
