Why dont you get some from exchange like buy some trx then deposit on your wallet to withdraw your usdt. I assume thats an airdrop isnt it? First thing rule about airdropper, dont hesitate to load for gas fee as it really needed on your claiming for most tokens or reward. Dont be like relying on donations only.

Maybe they do not want to pay the tx fees and service fees of the exchange for such low amount of TRX. They could possibly buy more and use it over a long period of time, but they may not be too sure how often they will use them after this transaction.

OP for privacy reasons you may not get someone to send to you, if you have a local community here, you can ask there and someone may be able to help.

I had to check my binance account to see the minimum withdrawal amount and also fee that I’ll be charged for the withdrawal and it turned out to be ~7 Trx (withdraw fee + minimum withdrawal), and it’s going to cost less than  $1 to get everything done.

@Op, I only have 4.9 Trx left on my binance, which isn't enough to meet the minimal withdrawal criteria, but if you still want it, send your binance ID to my PM and I'll send it to you because I don't see myself needing it anytime soon.

You must know you always must have a native currency of any blockchain to broadcast your transaction.

If it is USDT on TRC20 chain, you will need the TRC20 chain's native currency, TRX for transaction fee.
If it is USDT on ERC20 chain, you will need ERC20 chain's native currency, ETH for transaction fee.
If it is BUSD on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), you will need BNB for transaction fee.

Now you have to buy TRX on exchanges, withdraw it to your wallet and broadcast your transaction.

Simply put, you buy TRX through any exchange account and deposit your TRX into your wallet. After depositing the trx in the wallet, you can easily transfer the amount of USD you need to transfer and the remaining TRX can be kept in your wallet or deposited in the exchange account.

Use your own money to buy trx in an exchange then you can now send your usdt to a wallet where you want it to send. If you are planning to borrow trx then it won't be so easy and also your rank is also low which makes it more suspicious or not easy to trust while you also don't have good reputation here in the forum. Try asking someone you know if you don't have money yet to buy! Rz yourself. I don't know if there's someone who's willing to give or even let you borrow trx to help you get your usdt. I don't know what obtains now with faucets but I can confidently tell you that withdrawal limit for most faucet sites is very discouraging and can take several days (if not weeks) to even accumulate.

OP, your best bet would've been to buy from P2P if you've any you belong to. It saves you transfer charges and the hassles of trading on Cexs.

Don't even go towards the direction of finding alternatives through faucet, it won't make sense if you later got hunt by some of their tricks, it's very simple for you to just make use of an exchange and check the minimum amount you can afford to make a transaction with and the corresponding fee need, if what you're having isn't enough, then you can make a buy with your fiat to add up to what you already have, another solution is to exchange to Bitcoin and place an order by setting a limit at your own risk, you may be lucky to experience pump in price and then later exchange it back to USDT.

If I'm not mistaken, sending USDT from the TRX network requires Energy and bandwidth, so 1 or 2 TRX is not enough if there is nothing I mentioned above.

Maybe here won't help you even if it's 2 TRX you need, they want to maintain privacy and don't want to send to anyone especially new users by asking for TRX.

Thanks for asking for help here but I don't think you'll get much help with this type of problem. Please try to buy from any exchange. If you have to work a little harder to buy from an exchange you have no other means open. Also if you have someone local then you can discuss there and solve your problem.

It is to solve this issue by himself and it is a best way. It is also a lesson for him to avoid similar trouble in future, not only on Tron blockchain but on other blockchains.

The help request is hard to verify and it can be considered as scam too. I don't say OP is scam but what will happen with 10 times to ask for help like this or use 10 accounts to ask for similar help, with these it will turn to be scam.

I did not think about that but your post is interesting. Faucets with Bitcoin is no longer worth to spend time but TRX, let's try.

OP can try with those TRON faucets and if they work for him, he can return here to confirm it with us.

Claiming faucets with a new, empty wallet as a first try. If it works, OP can send $TRX to his current wallet. I don't recommend to use the current wallet to interact with faucets.

Well, no the best beginning, but let's wait and see (with no more than little hope). It surprises me that nobody warned the OP about the prohibition of begging in the forum, and I won't be that man either because he is just a newbie looking for a punctual help. The minimum amount for purchasing TRX on Binance is $10 and OP is looking for 1 or 2 TRX. Now the question that comes to my mind is which wallet is OP using. If he is using Tronlink then he has to freeze a certain amount of TRX to obtain the Energy to transfer USDT which is free of fee. I am sure that 1 or 2 TRX won't help him to obtain good energy in the Energy. Since this is OP's first post that is looking more like begging to me. I think the best option here is to ignore the plea or he should provide more details about this transaction.

Yes, it's not enough. USDT transfer on Tron will require between 10-20 TRX, I did send 4 TRX to op because I had 5 TRX in my Tron account lying around, sent 4 and 1 TRX for fee.


Best bet I'd suggest to op is, if he has something on cheaper chains like Polygon/BSC/Optimism chain or Dogecoin, convert from these to TRX using https://stealthex.io, ~$5 minimum transaction amount, withdraw USDT first, and then remaining TRX and be done with Tron chain.

You can also use same instant exchange to convert USDT to TRX and receive it in same wallet and then withdraw TRX. There is no point in  using DEX to convert USDT to TRX because it'll be expensive, last time I tried, it was asking 110 TRX to complete transaction, back then TRX was cheaper so it was $7 fee, still expensive as hell.
