And maybe by kidnapping just to get a private wallet or other means, just to get Bitcoin.
So in my opinion, something like that is best avoided even though it is a great way to introduce Bitcoin, but for security and convenience it is best not to do it.

It's just best to be silent and choose the people you'll talk too about Bitcoin but if it's with finances, maybe some little bit of casual talk that one may mention Bitcoin about it. I think that is why bitcoin is much better, it makes sense that it would be something that you could make a lot of money from BECAUSE it is new, and people should realize that we are going to end up with something that should benefit everyone. I believe that the best thing to do is to get a lot better approach to it, and we should definitely consider that as the most important part.

Do you really believe that getting a few people into buying BTC can change anything? The BTC price won't get pumped, just because you convinced several newbies into buying BTC. Do you expect someone to give you a medal for your service?
There's no point promoting Bitcoin, unless you get financial incentive(in the form of commission for every referral), but Bitcoin isn't a product or a company. Be careful about telling people that you own Bitcoins. Some people with bad intentions might get in touch with you.

Promoting BTC to non-coiners is kinda dangerous, I don't think you need to push people. Only if they ask you to explain to them how to buy it or stuff like that.

Why would anyone now need to promote Bitcoin? Firs through negative publicity by mainstream media it got promoted after 2017 ATH. The next it got promoted by Elon Musk and after 2021 ATH positive news by mainstream media promoted Bitcoin. It's really scary, that's why I don't really open my activity about bitcoin to strangers, I personally only share about bitcoin (promoting) to people which are already know before. We must always be careful of our assets, especially if we live in a quiet place. In my environment, Bitcoin no longer needs to be promoted, most people know what Bitcoin is. But on the other side, there are still many who are not interested yet in investing, maybe the price is too high or they don't have enough funds to own bitcoin.

But one side is that while promoting bitcoins, is that you will then be putting yourself at a position where people can blame you if things do not happen the way they expect. Anytime you are promoting bitcoins, the mistake to avoid is being not completely truthful about the market and how it can be very volatile. Tell them the whole thing to avoid being blamed.
